confirming consultation schedule: after the selection of the consultation date and time is automatically completed, the time period can be still modified before submission; supporting consultation priority setting; support selection of a manager (host), which can be changed in the process; the appointment reminding is supported, and after the appointment is submitted, the system can automatically send an email or a short message to the experts participating in the consultation; through mails, experts can confirm participation or cancel non-participation; in the future, the mobile terminal can realize the notification and confirmation operation through WeChat or short message.

4. Audio and video conference center

6. Bidirectional referral management module
