step two, the patient who calls the number enters a diagnosis area, the patient firstly carries out basic health information measurement through an electronic monitoring platform to form a personal health electronic file, then the patient faces a diagnosis display screen, a pre-diagnosis department and a corresponding remote medical worker are selected to be in online video communication with the remote medical worker, physiological data information is collected through the electronic monitoring platform, and a monitoring module is installed in the diagnosis area and carries out real-time photographing and recording on the behavior and conversation of the patient;
step three, the electronic monitoring platform sends the collected information of the patient to a work server of remote medical care personnel, the remote medical care personnel open corresponding medical advice lists according to the information of the patient and transmit the medical advice lists to a system control platform of a treatment area, and the patient selects printing or purchasing according to needs;
the electronic monitoring platform is connected and communicated with a working server of a remote medical worker in a wireless or wired mode, and the system control platform is connected and communicated with the working server of the remote medical worker.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step one, the doctor enters the web page via the web page port, and enters basic information of the patient according to the web page prompt, thereby completing the online real-name appointment registration.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second step, a rest bed is arranged in the clinic, height adjusting columns are respectively arranged at four corners of the rest bed, a humidity detection module is arranged on the rest bed, and a CT image acquisition module of an electronic monitoring platform is arranged right above the rest bed.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the humidity detection module comprises a moisture absorption layer, a protective layer, a conductive layer, a circuit board and a waterproof protective layer, which are sequentially laid on the rest bed from top to bottom, the conductive layer is connected with the circuit board through an electric wire, and the circuit board is connected with the buzzer through an electric wire.

The remote outpatient shelter monitoring method according to claim 6, wherein horizontal bars extending along the width direction of the rest bed are respectively arranged at the bed head and the bed tail of the rest bed, and the horizontal bars are wrapped with soft membranes with the thickness not less than 1 mm.
