The service terminal according to claim 1, wherein the body has a speaker, a microphone and a touch screen on a surface thereof, and the processor is further configured to receive target address information input through the microphone and/or the touch screen, determine a route according to the map data and the positioning data, and control the driving motor according to the determined route, so that the service terminal moves according to the determined route.

The service terminal according to claim 2, wherein the processor is further configured to record a route that has passed, determine whether there is a route that the service terminal has not passed according to the map data, determine the preset route according to the route that has not passed if yes, and obtain a default route as the preset route if no.
4. An artificial intelligence community internet of things service system, which is characterized by comprising the service terminal and a community server according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the service terminal is connected with the community server in a wireless mode;
the service terminal is used for patrolling in the community according to a preset route, shooting images in real time and transmitting the shot images and shooting position information to the community server;
the community server is used for receiving the shot images and the shot position information, combining the images according to the shot position information to generate a panoramic image of each position, and judging whether an abnormal event exists according to the panoramic image.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the determining whether an exception event exists comprises:
acquiring a standard image of the position according to the shooting position information;
comparing the panoramic image corresponding to the shooting position information with the standard image;
and judging whether an abnormal event exists according to the comparison result.
6. The system of claim 4, wherein the determining whether an exception event exists comprises:
acquiring a personnel image in the panoramic image;
determining personnel characteristic information through face recognition and/or posture recognition;
comparing the personnel characteristic information with pre-stored community personnel characteristic information to determine personnel identity;
and judging whether an abnormal event exists according to the personnel identity.
7. The system of claim 6, further comprising a cloud server, wherein the community server sends the panoramic image to the cloud server;
the cloud server performs intelligent analysis according to the panoramic image within a period of time, acquires personnel action data of the community and sends the personnel action data to the community server;
and the community server adjusts the preset route of the service terminal according to the personnel action data.
