The method can support the processing of multi-source alarm events, and improves the data access of multi-source alarm, thereby improving the processing efficiency of alarm response and improving the user experience.
Corresponding to the multi-source alarm processing method based on the unified alarm platform provided by the above embodiments, an embodiment of the present application further provides a multi-source alarm processing device based on the unified alarm platform, and since the multi-source alarm processing device based on the unified alarm platform provided by the embodiment of the present application corresponds to the multi-source alarm processing method based on the unified alarm platform provided by the above embodiments, the implementation manner of the multi-source alarm processing method based on the unified alarm platform is also applicable to the multi-source alarm processing device based on the unified alarm platform provided by the embodiment, and is not described in detail in the embodiment. FIG. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a multi-source alarm processing device based on a unified alarm platform according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 4, the unified alarm platform based multi-source alarm processing apparatus 400 may include: an alarm data acquisition module 410, a data parsing module 420, and an alert assignment module 430.
Specifically, the alarm data acquisition module 410 is configured to acquire alarm data for a multi-source alarm event. As an example, the alarm data obtaining module 410 is specifically configured to: providing a service interface of the unified alarm platform; and accessing multi-source alarm information to the unified alarm platform according to the service interface so that the unified alarm platform converts the multi-source alarm information into alarm data of multi-source alarm events meeting a standardized alarm format.
The data analysis module 420 is configured to analyze the alarm data of the multi-source alarm event to obtain the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event. As an example, the data parsing module 420 is specifically configured to: extracting parameters of alarm data of the multi-source alarm event to obtain alarm information of the multi-source alarm event; and structuring and storing the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event in a correlation manner.
The alarm condition assigning module 430 is configured to assign the multi-source alarm event to a corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal device for processing according to the alarm information and the business rules of the multi-source alarm event. As one example, the alert information includes an event type and an event level; the alert assignment module 430 is specifically configured to: and according to the event type and the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm condition type grades of the alarm receiving and processing system, distributing the multi-source alarm event to the corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment for processing.
In an embodiment of the present application, the alert assignment module 430 is specifically configured to: when the event type of the multi-source alarm event is a first alarm mode, according to the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm type grades of an alarm receiving and processing system, the multi-source alarm event is dispatched to corresponding alarm receiving terminal equipment, so that the alarm receiving terminal equipment carries out text information recording and/or alarm receiving call recording on the multi-source alarm event; the first alarm mode comprises at least one of short message alarm, fixed line alarm and mobile phone alarm; when the event type of the multi-source alarm event is a second alarm mode, judging whether the multi-source alarm event is a real alarm condition according to the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event; the second alarm mode comprises at least one of video alarm, one-key equipment alarm and social media alarm; when the multi-source alarm event is judged to be a real alarm, the multi-source alarm event is dispatched to the corresponding alarm handling terminal equipment for handling according to the alarm type and the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm type grades of the alarm receiving and handling system.
According to the multi-source alarm processing device based on the unified alarm platform, the alarm data of the multi-source alarm event can be obtained, then the alarm data of the multi-source alarm event is analyzed, the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event is obtained, and then the multi-source alarm event is assigned to the corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment to be processed according to the alarm information and the business rules of the multi-source alarm event. Therefore, the alarm data of the multi-source alarm event can be obtained through acquisition, then the alarm data is analyzed, alarm information can be obtained, then the multi-source alarm event is distributed to corresponding alarm receiving seats or alarm dealing seats according to the alarm information and the service rules, so that corresponding processing is carried out on the alarm event by the alarm receiving seat personnel or the alarm dealing seat personnel, the processing of the multi-source alarm event can be supported, the data access of the multi-source alarm is improved, the alarm coping processing efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In order to realize the embodiment, the application also provides a multi-source alarm system.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a multi-source alarm system according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the multi-source alarm system 500 includes:
the multi-source alarm processing device 400 based on the unified alarm platform is described in any of the above embodiments.
And the alarm terminal equipment 510 is used for giving an alarm to the multi-source alarm processing device.
The alarm receiving and processing terminal device 520 is configured to receive alarm information of the alarm event assigned by the multi-source alarm processing apparatus, and perform corresponding processing on the alarm information.
According to the multi-source alarm system, the alarm terminal equipment can give an alarm to the multi-source alarm processing device, so that the alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment can receive alarm information of the alarm event assigned by the multi-source alarm processing device and correspondingly process the alarm information. The multi-source alarm system can support the processing of multi-source alarm events, and improves the data access of multi-source alarm, so that the alarm response processing efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application further provides an electronic device.
FIG. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes: the system comprises a memory 610, a processor 620 and a computer program 630 stored on the memory 610 and capable of running on the processor 620, wherein when the processor 620 executes the computer program 630, the unified alarm platform-based multi-source alarm processing method according to any one of the embodiments is realized.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer program is executed by a processor to implement any one of the multi-source alarm processing methods based on a unified alarm platform.

The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.

Claims (13)

1. A multi-source alarm processing method based on a unified alarm platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring alarm data of a multi-source alarm event;
analyzing the alarm data of the multi-source alarm event to obtain alarm information of the multi-source alarm event;
and according to the alarm information and the business rules of the multi-source alarm event, assigning the multi-source alarm event to corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment for processing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining alarm data for a multi-source alarm event comprises:
providing a service interface of the unified alarm platform;
and accessing multi-source alarm information to the unified alarm platform according to the service interface so that the unified alarm platform converts the multi-source alarm information into alarm data of multi-source alarm events meeting a standardized alarm format.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein analyzing the alarm data of the multi-source alarm incident to obtain the alarm information of the multi-source alarm incident comprises:
extracting parameters of alarm data of the multi-source alarm event to obtain alarm information of the multi-source alarm event;
and structuring and storing the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event in a correlation manner.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the alert information includes an event type and an event rating; according to the alarm information and the business rules of the multi-source alarm event, the multi-source alarm event is allocated to a corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal device for processing, and the method comprises the following steps:
and according to the event type and the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm condition type grades of the alarm receiving and processing system, distributing the multi-source alarm event to the corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment for processing.

The method of claim 4, wherein assigning the multi-source alarm event to a corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal device for handling according to the event type and the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rule corresponding to different alarm type grades of an alarm receiving and processing system comprises:
when the event type of the multi-source alarm event is a first alarm mode, according to the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm type grades of an alarm receiving and processing system, the multi-source alarm event is dispatched to corresponding alarm receiving terminal equipment, so that the alarm receiving terminal equipment carries out text information recording and/or alarm receiving call recording on the multi-source alarm event; the first alarm mode comprises at least one of short message alarm, fixed line alarm and mobile phone alarm;
when the event type of the multi-source alarm event is a second alarm mode, judging whether the multi-source alarm event is a real alarm condition according to the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event; the second alarm mode comprises at least one of video alarm, one-key equipment alarm and social media alarm;
when the multi-source alarm event is judged to be a real alarm, the multi-source alarm event is dispatched to the corresponding alarm handling terminal equipment for handling according to the alarm type and the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm type grades of the alarm receiving and handling system.

the alarm data acquisition module is used for acquiring alarm data of the multi-source alarm event;
the data analysis module is used for analyzing the alarm data of the multi-source alarm event to obtain the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event;
and the alarm condition dispatching module is used for dispatching the multi-source alarm event to the corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment for processing according to the alarm information and the business rule of the multi-source alarm event.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the alarm data acquisition module is specifically configured to:
providing a service interface of the unified alarm platform;
and accessing multi-source alarm information to the unified alarm platform according to the service interface so that the unified alarm platform converts the multi-source alarm information into alarm data of multi-source alarm events meeting a standardized alarm format.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the data parsing module is specifically configured to:
extracting parameters of alarm data of the multi-source alarm event to obtain alarm information of the multi-source alarm event;
and structuring and storing the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event in a correlation manner.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the alert information includes an event type and an event rating; the alert assignment module is specifically configured to: and according to the event type and the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm condition type grades of the alarm receiving and processing system, distributing the multi-source alarm event to the corresponding alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment for processing.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the alert assignment module is specifically configured to:
when the event type of the multi-source alarm event is a first alarm mode, according to the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm type grades of an alarm receiving and processing system, the multi-source alarm event is dispatched to corresponding alarm receiving terminal equipment, so that the alarm receiving terminal equipment carries out text information recording and/or alarm receiving call recording on the multi-source alarm event; the first alarm mode comprises at least one of short message alarm, fixed line alarm and mobile phone alarm;
when the event type of the multi-source alarm event is a second alarm mode, judging whether the multi-source alarm event is a real alarm condition according to the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event; the second alarm mode comprises at least one of video alarm, one-key equipment alarm and social media alarm;
when the multi-source alarm event is judged to be a real alarm, the multi-source alarm event is dispatched to the corresponding alarm handling terminal equipment for handling according to the alarm type and the event grade of the multi-source alarm event and the business rules corresponding to different alarm type grades of the alarm receiving and handling system.
11. A multi-source alarm system, comprising:
the unified alarm platform based multi-source alarm processing apparatus of any of claims 6 to 10;
the alarm terminal equipment is used for alarming the multi-source alarm processing device;
and the alarm receiving and processing terminal equipment is used for receiving alarm information of the alarm event dispatched by the multi-source alarm processing device and carrying out corresponding processing on the alarm information.
12. An electronic device, comprising: the multi-source alarm processing method based on the unified alarm platform comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the computer program, the multi-source alarm processing method based on the unified alarm platform is realized according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the unified alarm platform based multi-source alarm processing method of any of claims 1 to 5.
