It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
One embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, is a method for remote operation and maintenance, including:
the configuration center acquires operation information of operation and maintenance personnel, generates a task instruction according to the information and sends the task instruction to the remote agent;
the remote agent generates a task request according to the task instruction and sends the task request to a message queue, selects a target task request from the message queue, generates task information through a template generator and sends the task information to a remote terminal;
and the remote terminal executes corresponding operation according to the task information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the embodiment is applied to an operation and maintenance center platform, and an operation and maintenance worker performs remote operation and maintenance on a remote terminal through the operation and maintenance center platform, including deployment, update, start, and stop of an application or a service; operations such as creation and updating of database tables, views, storage processes, functions and the like are achieved, and operation and maintenance personnel do not need to manually operate each remote terminal one by one.
The operation and maintenance center platform comprises a configuration center and a remote agent, operation and maintenance personnel input operation information through the configuration center, the operation information comprises an identifier of a remote terminal to be operated and maintained and an operation to be executed, and for example, the operation information is application updating operation executed on the remote terminal 1. And the configuration center generates a task instruction according to the operation information of the operation and maintenance personnel and issues the task instruction to the remote agent. The remote agent generates a task request according to the task instruction and sends the task request to the message queue, and because the execution of the task requires a certain time, when a configuration center sends more task instructions to the remote agent within a certain period of time, the remote agent cannot execute the task request immediately when receiving the task instructions, and therefore the task request is sent to the message queue for waiting. And then selecting a target task request from the message queue according to a preset priority strategy, reading related information of the target task request, generating task information through a template generator, sending the task information to a remote terminal, receiving the task information by the remote terminal, and executing corresponding operation.
For example, when an update operation is performed, an update package needs to be sent to a corresponding remote terminal. Most of the traditional file transmission is based on a blocking network transmission mode, a program can wait all the time without sending data, and certain influence exists on the performance. And may require all retransmissions if the transmission is interrupted en route, which is inefficient.
Therefore, when the server at the sending end sends the file to the remote terminal, the file is split into small segments, each segment has a specific number, and after the server at the receiving end receives all the segments, the file is assembled according to the numbers. The server at the receiving end writes the request message into a temporary file, records the situation of the read file segments, if the file transmission terminal is caused by network faults and other reasons, the server at the receiving end requests the server at the sending end for the number and the serial number of the acquired file segments before the next transmission, the server at the sending end finds the unsent file segments according to the acquired file segments, and reads, uploads and sends the file segments according to the serial numbers of the file segments. And repeating the steps until the file uploading and sending are completed. The files are stably and quickly sent to the remote equipment from the center in a batch and concurrent mode in a non-blocking network transmission mode, and repeated work of copying the files to the remote equipment in the implementation process is reduced.
The invention can remotely maintain the application and the database on the remote terminal, avoid manual on-site maintenance, and simultaneously save a large amount of repeated work, thereby improving the working efficiency.
In another embodiment of the present invention, before the configuration center obtaining operation information of an operation and maintenance worker, generating a task instruction according to the information, and sending the task instruction to the remote agent, the configuration center further includes: and the operation and maintenance center platform acquires the registration information of the service system and establishes data connection with the service system.
Specifically, the service system is managed and sent according to the classification defined by the operation and maintenance center platform, and the registration information includes system codes, node names, node equipment information, node classification descriptions, heartbeat frequency and the like. The business system comprises a personnel main index system, a two-way referral system, a data exchange system and other management systems needing to be incorporated into a remote operation and maintenance management platform. There are three types of service system registration connection modes at present: 1) interface registration, namely, the operation and maintenance center platform provides a Restful style service interface or a Webservice interface, and the data providing system submits system information data according to a convention interface; 2) file registration, namely, the operation and maintenance center platform provides an Excel file import template, and the data providing system submits system information data according to the requirement of a document format; 3) and page registration, namely, the operation and maintenance center platform provides a login account number to enter the system, and system information data is input through a page. And after the business system is registered, establishing data connection with the operation and maintenance center platform, and sending all data to the operation and maintenance center platform.
The operation and maintenance center platform receives the service system to register in various ways, so that the user can conveniently select a proper way to register according to the self condition and requirement, and inconvenience caused by a single registration way to the user is avoided.
Another embodiment of the present invention is an optimized embodiment of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, compared with the foregoing embodiment, the major improvement of this embodiment is that the remote agent selects a target task request from the message queue, and generates task information through a template generator and sends the task information to the remote terminal specifically includes:
the remote agent acquires the request priority of all task requests in the message queue;
the remote agent selects a target task request according to the request priority;
the remote agent generates task information according to the target task request through a template generator and sends the task information to a scheduling queue;
the remote agent acquires the execution priority of all task information in the scheduling queue;
and the remote agent sends corresponding task information to the remote terminal according to the execution priority sequence.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the operation and maintenance center platform includes a configuration center and a remote agent, the operation and maintenance personnel inputs the operation information through the configuration center, and the configuration center generates the task instruction according to the operation information of the operation and maintenance personnel and issues the task instruction to the remote agent.
The remote agent generates task requests according to task instructions and sends the task requests to the message queue, a monitoring program in the remote agent selects target task requests from the message queue according to a preset priority strategy, the priority strategy is that priority is set for each task, and task execution level and enqueuing time are adopted preferentially. If the task execution levels are the same, the time priority of the message queue is the standard.
Generating task information according to the target task request through a template generator, wherein the template generator tool built-in template files can be divided into three types: the method comprises the steps of applying an operation template file, a database template description file and a file template description file. The application operation template file comprises task ID, remote host address, operating system, operation type, operation command content, web container middleware type, root directory of the web container middleware, application type (war or jar or exe), application code, file path, time and other information. The database operation template file comprises information such as task ID, remote host address, operating system, operation type, operation command content, database address, database type, database account number, application code, file path, time and the like. And the file operation template file comprises information such as task ID, remote host address, operating system, operation type, operation command content, application code, file path, time and the like.
After that, the task information is sent to the scheduling queue, and each step of data processing takes different time, so that there is a possibility that each execution step needs to wait for execution, and therefore a corresponding queue needs to be established to wait for execution. And acquiring the execution priority of all task information in the scheduling queue, sending corresponding task information to the remote terminal according to the sequence of the execution priority, and if the execution priority is the same, giving priority to the time of entering the scheduling queue. And the remote terminal receives the task information and executes corresponding operation.
In the invention, the remote agent establishes waiting queues (message queues and scheduling queues) in each execution step, then selects a next executed target task according to a corresponding priority strategy, and finally generates a corresponding template description file through the template generator, thereby facilitating the receiving end to quickly identify and read the information required by the receiving end.
In another embodiment of the present invention, after the configuration center obtains the operation information of the operation and maintenance staff, and generates a task instruction according to the information and sends the task instruction to the remote agent, the method further includes: the configuration center generates a task subscription request according to a task instruction and sends the task subscription request to the remote agent; the remote agent generates a task subscription table according to the task subscription request; after the remote terminal executes corresponding operation according to the task information, sending task feedback to the remote agent; and the remote agent updates the state of the corresponding task subscription request in the task subscription table according to the task feedback.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the configuration center sends the task instruction to the remote agent, because some operation execution processes take a relatively long time, the configuration center cannot obtain the return execution result in real time after sending the task, and only after the task is successfully executed, the task execution result is asynchronously obtained. Thus, a "publish-subscribe" based task scheduling framework is invented. The remote agent is used as a role of a subscription and release center, receives a task subscription request of a configuration center and also receives task feedback of a task execution result of the remote terminal; the configuration center is used as a subscriber role, and subscribes the task execution condition to the subscription and publishing center while sending the task instruction, namely, updates the state of the corresponding task subscription request in the task subscription table according to the task feedback.
The invention is based on the task scheduling framework of 'publishing and subscribing', the configuration center does not need to wait for the task execution result all the time, and can asynchronously obtain the returned result after the task execution is completed, thereby being convenient for counting and summarizing the execution condition of each task and improving the task execution efficiency.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a remote operation and maintenance system 100 includes an operation and maintenance center platform 200 and a plurality of remote terminals 300; the operation and maintenance center platform 200 comprises a configuration center 210 and a remote agent 220;
the configuration center 210 is configured to obtain operation information of an operation and maintenance worker, generate a task instruction according to the information, and send the task instruction to the remote agent 220;
the remote agent 220 is configured to generate a task request according to the task instruction sent by the configuration center 210, send the task request to a message queue, select a target task request from the message queue, generate task information through a template generator, and send the task information to the remote terminal 300;
the remote terminal 300 is configured to perform a corresponding operation according to the task information sent by the remote agent 220.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the embodiment is applied to the operation and maintenance center platform 200, and the operation and maintenance personnel perform remote operation and maintenance on the remote terminal 300 through the operation and maintenance center platform 200, including deployment, update, start, and stop of applications or services; operations such as creation and updating of database tables, views, storage processes, functions and the like are performed without the need for operation and maintenance personnel to manually operate each remote terminal 300 one by one.
The operation and maintenance center platform 200 includes a configuration center 210 and a remote agent 220, and the operation and maintenance personnel inputs operation information through the configuration center 210, where the operation information includes an identifier of the remote terminal 300 to be operated and maintained and an operation to be performed, for example, the operation information is an application update operation performed on the remote terminal 3001. The configuration center 210 generates a task instruction according to the operation information of the operation and maintenance personnel, and issues the task instruction to the remote agent 220. The remote agent 220 generates a task request according to the task instruction and sends the task request to the message queue, and because the task needs a certain time to be executed, when the configuration center 210 sends more task instructions to the remote agent 220 within a certain period of time, the remote agent 220 cannot immediately execute the task instructions when receiving the task instructions, and therefore the task request is sent to the message queue to wait. And then selecting a target task request from the message queue according to a preset priority strategy, reading related information of the target task request, generating task information through a template generator, sending the task information to the remote terminal 300, receiving the task information by the remote terminal 300, and executing corresponding operation.
Most operations of the remote operation and maintenance require the operation and maintenance center platform 200 to send relevant files to the remote terminal 300, for example, when an update operation is performed, an update package needs to be sent to the corresponding remote terminal 300. Most of the traditional file transmission is based on a blocking network transmission mode, a program can wait all the time without sending data, and certain influence exists on the performance. And may require all retransmissions if the transmission is interrupted en route, which is inefficient.
Therefore, when the server at the transmitting end transmits a file to the remote terminal 300, the file is split into small segments, each segment has a specific number, and after receiving all the segments, the server at the receiving end assembles the file according to the numbers.
The invention can remotely maintain the application and the database on the remote terminal 300, avoid manual on-site maintenance, and save a large amount of repeated work, thereby improving the working efficiency.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the operation and maintenance center platform 200 further includes: and the registration unit is used for acquiring the registration information of the service system and establishing data connection with the service system.
Specifically, the service system is managed and sent according to the classification defined by the operation and maintenance center platform 200, and the registration information includes system codes, node names, node device information, node classification descriptions, heartbeat frequency, and the like. The business system comprises a personnel main index system, a two-way referral system, a data exchange system and other management systems needing to be incorporated into a remote operation and maintenance management platform. There are three types of service system registration connection modes at present: 1) interface registration, namely, the operation and maintenance center platform 200 provides a Restful style service interface or a Webservice interface, and the data providing system submits system information data according to a convention interface; 2) file registration, namely, the operation and maintenance center platform 200 provides an Excel file import template, and the data providing system submits system information data according to the requirement of a document format; 3) and (4) page registration, namely, the operation and maintenance center platform 200 provides a login account number to enter the system and inputs system information data through a page. After the service system is registered, a data connection is established with the operation and maintenance center platform 200, and all data is sent to the operation and maintenance center platform 200.
The operation and maintenance center platform 200 of the invention receives the service system and registers in various ways, which is convenient for users to select proper ways to register according to self conditions and requirements, and avoids inconvenience to users caused by single registration way.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the remote agent 220 specifically includes: the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the request priorities of all task requests in the message queue; the selecting unit is used for selecting a target task request according to the request priority acquired by the acquiring unit; the generating unit generates task information according to the target task request selected by the selecting unit through the template generator and sends the task information to the scheduling queue; the acquiring unit acquires the execution priority of all task information in the scheduling queue acquired by the generating unit; a sending unit, configured to send corresponding task information to the remote terminal 300 according to the order of the execution priority obtained by the obtaining unit.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the operation and maintenance center platform 200 includes a configuration center 210 and a remote agent 220, the operation and maintenance personnel inputs operation information through the configuration center 210, and the configuration center 210 generates a task instruction according to the operation information of the operation and maintenance personnel and issues the task instruction to the remote agent 220.
The remote agent 220 generates task requests according to task instructions and sends the task requests to the message queue, and a monitor in the remote agent 220 selects target task requests from the message queue according to a preset priority policy, wherein the priority policy is that priority is set for each task, and task execution level and enqueue time are adopted preferentially.
Acquiring the execution priority of all task information in the scheduling queue, and sending the corresponding task information to the remote terminal 300 according to the order of the execution priority, wherein if the execution priority is the same, the time priority of the task information in the scheduling queue is used as the standard. The remote terminal 300 receives the task information and performs a corresponding operation.
In the invention, the remote agent 220 establishes waiting queues (message queues and scheduling queues) in each execution step, then selects a next executed target task according to a corresponding priority strategy, and finally generates a corresponding template description file through the template generator, so that a receiving end can quickly identify and read the information required by the receiving end.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: the configuration center 210 generates a task subscription request according to a task instruction and sends the task subscription request to the remote agent 220; the remote agent 220 further comprises: the task subscription unit generates a task subscription table according to the task subscription request; the remote terminal 300, after performing corresponding operations according to the task information, sends task feedback to the remote agent 220; the remote agent 220 further comprises: and the task subscription unit updates the state of the corresponding task subscription request in the task subscription table according to the task feedback.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the configuration center 210 sends the task instruction to the remote agent 220, since some operation execution processes take a long time, the configuration center 210 cannot obtain the return execution result in real time after sending the task, and only asynchronously obtain the task execution result after the task is successfully executed. Thus, a "publish-subscribe" based task scheduling framework is invented. The remote agent 220 serves as a role of a subscription and publication center, receives a task subscription request of the configuration center 210, and also receives task feedback of a task execution result of the remote terminal 300; the configuration center 210 serves as a subscriber role, and subscribes the task execution condition to the subscription and publication center while sending the task instruction, that is, updates the state of the corresponding task subscription request in the task subscription table according to the task feedback.
Based on the task scheduling framework of 'publish-subscribe', the configuration center 210 does not need to wait for the task execution result all the time, can asynchronously obtain the returned result after the task execution is completed, is convenient for counting and summarizing the execution condition of each task, and improves the task execution efficiency.
