When the movable side plate 19 is tilted to ninety degrees relative to the movable bed plate main body, namely, when the movable side plate 19 is turned ninety degrees, the first bed side track plate 2541 is connected with the first annular track plate 2511, the second bed side track plate 2542 is connected with the second annular track plate 2512, and the sleeve assembly moves between the first bed side track plate 2541 and the second bed side track plate 2542 to between the first annular track plate 2511 and the second annular track plate 2512 under the driving of the first hydraulic motor box 261, further, multiple nursing of a cared person is realized through the movement of the sleeve assembly on the whole-circle annular track plate and the half-circle annular track plate.
In this embodiment, a rotating frame 29 is disposed on the lower side of the movable bed board, the rotating frame 29 is meshed with a first hydraulic motor 41, the first hydraulic motor 41 is connected with a hydraulic pump station 23, and the first hydraulic motor 41 drives the rotating frame 29 to rotate around a shaft under the driving of the hydraulic pump station 23 so as to tilt the movable bed board. In addition, a first annular track plate 2511 and a second annular track plate 2512 are fixed at both ends of the rotating frame 29.
In order to achieve better technical effects, a brushing feeding box 20 is further arranged on the upper side of the bed body, the brushing feeding box 20 is connected with the supporting rod 27 through a third hydraulic motor 43, the supporting rod 27 is connected with the bed body through a second hydraulic motor 42, and the second hydraulic motor 42 and the third hydraulic motor 43 are connected with the hydraulic pump station 23 to achieve corresponding hydraulic driving. In addition to this, a guard rail 30 is provided on the bed.
For the sleeve assembly, it includes a water tube 31, a hot air tube 32, a first washing tool tube 33, a second washing tool tube 34, a clothes-removing tube 35, and a waterproof cloth tube 36. The water tube 31 includes water tube baffles 312 at both ends, a water tube gear 313 is disposed at the inner side of the water tube baffles 312 to realize the movement of the water tube 31 between the gear track plates 25, a water tube motor 311 for driving the water tube 31 to move is disposed at the outer side of the water tube baffles 312, and similarly, the water tube 31 further includes a hot air tube 32, a first washing tool tube 33, a second washing tool tube 34, a doffing tool tube 35 and a waterproof cloth tube 36, and the arrangement modes of the hot air tube motor 321, the hot air tube baffles 322, the hot air tube gear 323, the washing tool tube motor 331, the washing tool tube baffles 332, the washing tool tube gear 333, the doffing tool tube motor 351, the doffing tool baffle 352, the doffing tool gear 353, the waterproof cloth tube motor 361, the waterproof cloth tube baffles 362 and the waterproof cloth tube gear 363 are the same as those of the water tube 31, and will not be repeated here. The water tube 31 is provided with a hole for spraying water, the hot air tube 32 is provided with a hole for blowing hot air, the first washing tube 33 is provided with a washing tube rod 334, the washing tube rod 334 is provided with a towel brush, a bath ball and a washing ball, the second washing tube 34 is similar to the first washing tube 33 in arrangement, the second washing tube 34 is provided with a 341 scrubber, the clothes removing tube 35 has magnetism for bonding clothes of a cared person, and the waterproof cloth tube 36 is wound with waterproof cloth 28.
In addition, the gear track board 25 further includes a first tailstock track board 2521 and a second tailstock track board 2522 disposed on two sides of the tail end of the bed body, a tailstock waterproof sleeve is disposed between the first tailstock track board 2521 and the second tailstock track board 2522, the tailstock waterproof sleeve and the waterproof cloth tube 36 have a similar arrangement, the tail end of the bed body is further provided with a second hydraulic motor box 262, and the tailstock hydraulic motor 37 drives the tailstock waterproof sleeve to move under the driving of the second hydraulic motor box 262. Similarly, a first headboard 2531 and a second headboard 2532 are disposed on two sides of the head end of the bed body, a headboard waterproof sleeve is disposed between the first headboard 2531 and the second headboard 2532, the headboard waterproof sleeve is similar to the headboard waterproof sleeve in arrangement, and the headboard hydraulic motor 38 drives the headboard waterproof sleeve to move under the driving of the third hydraulic motor box 263.
In order to better illustrate the function of the nursing bed provided by the invention, the detailed description is now made with reference to the movable bed plate and the sleeve assembly under the hydraulic drive.
In the upper and lower bed mode, the third oil cylinder 53 moves upwards under the drive of the hydraulic pump station 23, and the back movable plate 13 rotates and rises under the action of the third oil cylinder 53 so as to be used for sitting up and falling down by a cared person.
In the sitting-up turning-over mode, the third oil cylinder 53 drives the back movable plate 13 to rotate and rise so as to realize sitting-up of the cared person, the first hydraulic motor 41 drives the rotary frame 29 to rotate under the drive of the hydraulic pump station 23, and the movable bed board tilts under the drive of the rotary frame 29 so as to realize turning-over of the cared person.
In the bathing mode, a total of four seventh oil cylinders 57 arranged in the circumferential direction of the human body ascend under the drive of the hydraulic pump station 23, a pulley assembly is arranged at the upper end of the seventh oil cylinders 57, a rope is hung on the gear assembly, one end of the rope is fixed on the bed body, the other end of the rope is connected with the cover, the seventh oil cylinders 57 ascend and drive the rope to move on the pulley assembly, and the rope pulls up the cover on the cared person to cover the human body. The movable side plates 19 on two sides of the bed body are driven by the fourth oil cylinder 54 to rotate to ninety degrees relative to the movable bed plate main body, the first bed side track plate 2541 at the tail end of the movable side plate 19 is connected with the first annular track plate 2511, the second bed side track plate 2542 at the head end of the movable side plate 19 is connected with the second annular track plate 2512, the waterproof cloth cylinder 36 and the clothes-taking-off cylinder 35 enter the first annular track plate 2511 and the second annular track plate 2512 successively between the first bed side track plate 2541 and the second bed side track plate 2542, the waterproof cloth cylinder 36 moves towards a cared person and lays waterproof cloth 28, when the waterproof cloth cylinder 36 moves to the side close to the cared person, the first hydraulic motor 41 drives the rotating frame 29 to tilt forty five degrees towards the side far away from the waterproof cloth cylinder 36 so that the cared person lies on the side, the waterproof cloth cylinder 36 continues to move along the limiting track of the track plate, and the clothes of the cared person are adhered together with the waterproof cloth cylinder 36 to the back of the cared person. The second washing tool cylinder 34, the first washing tool cylinder 33 and the hot air cylinder 32 move along the limiting track of the track plate in sequence, and the hot air cylinder 32 blows out hot air to raise the temperature so that a cared person feels comfortable. When the tarpaulin cylinder 36 moves along the track to the side close to the cared person again, the first hydraulic motor 41 drives the rotating frame 29 to rotate ninety degrees towards the side close to the tarpaulin cylinder 36, so that the tarpaulin cylinder 36 and the cloth releasing cylinder 35 slide from the body of the cared person, the tarpaulin cylinder 36 continues to move along the limiting track to finish the laying of the tarpaulin cylinder 36, the cloth releasing cylinder 35 is in the same line with the tarpaulin cylinder 36 and finishes the bonding and releasing of the clothes of the cared person, and the first hydraulic motor 41 drives the rotating frame 29 to rotate to a flat state. The first cylinder 51 drives the first head movable plate 11 to rise, the ninth cylinder 59 drives the third leg movable plate 18 to rise, at this time, the caregivers are covered by the first head movable plate 11 and the third leg movable plate 18 at both ends, covered by the movable side plates 19 at both sides, covered by the cover at the upper side, and waterproof cloth 28 is laid under the body. The water tube 31 moves along the restricting orbit and discharges water, and the hot air tube 32 stops blowing. After the cared person is soaked in the water for three minutes, the first oil cylinder 51 and the ninth oil cylinder 59 respectively drive the first head movable plate 11 and the third leg movable plate 18 to descend, and bath water flows into the drainage grooves 22 at both ends and is finally discharged through the communicated drainage pipes 21. The first washing tool cylinder 33 moves along the limiting track and applies bath foam to a cared person, the second washing tool cylinder 34 moves in the limiting track of the whole-circle annular track plate, the second washing tool cylinder 34 moves in the half-circle annular track plate passing through the highest point of the whole circle, the second washing tool cylinder 34 moves to the upper side of the cared person along the limiting track, and the second washing tool cylinder 34 exposes the scrubber 341 to scrub the body of the cared person. The movable bed board swings repeatedly left and right under the drive of the rotating frame 29 to realize the repeated washing of the body of the cared person by the scrubber 341. The first oil cylinder 51 and the ninth oil cylinder 59 drive the first head movable plate 11 and the third leg movable plate 18 to rise respectively, and after the water tube 31 is drained to clean the cared person, the first oil cylinder 51 and the ninth oil cylinder 59 drive the first head movable plate 11 and the third leg movable plate 18 to descend respectively, bath water is discharged, and the hot air tube 32 and the first washing tool tube 33 dry and dry the cared person. After the bathing requirement of the cared person is completed, the return movement of the sleeve assembly in the limiting track is completely opposite to the process, and the description is omitted. Finally, the seventh cylinder 57 descends and lowers the cover.
In the face-washing and tooth-brushing mode, the third oil cylinder 53 drives the back movable plate 13 to lift, the caregivers sit under the support of the back movable plate 13, the fourth hydraulic motor 44 and the third hydraulic motor 43 drive the washing feeding box 20 to one side of the face of the caregivers, the second hydraulic motor 42 drives the mechanical arm to drive the face-washing and tooth-brushing box arranged on the washing feeding box 20 to the face of the caregivers, and the caregivers finish face-washing and tooth-brushing at the face-washing and tooth-brushing box. Likewise, a heat preservation food box can be arranged, and the arrangement mode of the face washing and tooth brushing box is referred to, so that the feeding requirement of a caretaker can be met.
In the defecation mode, the third oil cylinder 53 drives the back movable plate 13 to lift, the fifth oil cylinder 55 drives the hip movable plate to lift, and at this time, the hip movable plate is lifted compared with the flat movable bed plate, and the first hip movable plate 14 and the second hip movable plate 15 are separated to two sides to expose the defecation device 24 at the lower side so as to realize the defecation requirement of a cared person. In order to achieve a better technical effect, a cleaner and a dryer are also provided in the defecation device 24, the cleaner cleans buttocks of the cared person after the cared person finishes defecation, and the dryer dries.
In the hair washing mode, the second oil cylinder 52 drives the second head movable plate 12 to tilt downwards relative to the back movable plate 13, the first oil cylinder 51 drives the first head movable plate 11 to tilt upwards relative to the second head movable plate 12, the head of a bed hydraulic motor 38 drives the head waterproof sleeve to move between the first head track plate 2531 and the second head track plate 2532 so as to realize the laying of the waterproof cloth 28 below the head of a cared person, and similarly, a water inlet hose and a water outlet hose are arranged in the waterproof cloth 28 so as to realize the soaking and washing of the head of the cared person on the waterproof cloth 28. In addition, a hydraulically controlled hair washer is provided, by which the head of a person is cleaned by the repeated movement of the hair washer over the head of the person.
In the foot washing and soaking mode, the third oil cylinder 53 drives the back movable plate 13 to lift so as to realize supporting of a cared person, the first leg movable plate 16 is driven by the sixth oil cylinder 56 to tilt downwards relative to the buttock movable plate, the second leg movable plate 17 is driven by the eighth oil cylinder 58 to tilt upwards relative to the first leg movable plate 16, the third leg movable plate 18 is driven by the ninth oil cylinder 59 to tilt upwards relative to the second leg movable plate 17, the bed tail hydraulic motor 37 drives the bed tail waterproof sleeve to move on the first bed tail track plate 2521 and the second bed tail track plate 2522 so as to realize laying of waterproof cloth 28 below two feet of the cared person, and a water inlet hose and a water outlet hose are arranged in the waterproof cloth 28 so as to realize cleaning of the cared person on the waterproof cloth 28.
In order to achieve better technical effects, the nursing bed is further provided with a voice controller, wherein the voice controller comprises a voice control part connected with the hydraulic pump station 23 and the hydraulic motor box, and the voice controller further comprises a voice controller and a voice recognition part. The cared person sends out voice instructions to the voice controller, such as instructions of the functional modes of getting on/off a bed, sitting up and turning over, bathing and the like, the voice recognition part recognizes the voice instructions sent by the cared person and sends the voice instructions to the voice controller, and the voice controller processes the obtained voice information and controls the hydraulic pump station 23, the control valve and the hydraulic motor box to drive all the components to do corresponding movements so as to realize all the functional modes. The nursing bed is also provided with a panel controller, the panel controller comprises an interactive touch screen, a processor and the panel controller, options comprising all the functional modes are displayed on the interactive touch screen, the processor analyzes and sends corresponding instructions to the panel controller according to different options of a cared person on the interactive touch screen, and the panel controller controls the hydraulic pump station 23, the control valve and the hydraulic motor box to drive all the components to move correspondingly according to the processing information of the processor so as to realize all the functional modes.

Claims (7)

1. The nursing bed is characterized by comprising a bed body and a movable bed board which is arranged on the bed body and can tilt around a transverse shaft, wherein the movable bed board comprises a head movable board, a back movable board (13) and a buttock movable board which are transversely arranged along the bed body and are sequentially and longitudinally hinged, a leg movable board is arranged at the other end of the bed body relative to the head movable board, a hydraulic pump station (23) and a movable oil cylinder are arranged below the movable bed board so as to realize lifting and opening of the movable bed board, a gear track board (25) and a hydraulic motor box are arranged at the transverse two ends of the bed body, the gear track board (25) is meshed with a sleeve assembly, and the hydraulic motor box drives the sleeve assembly to realize movement of the sleeve assembly on the gear track board (25);
the movable bed board also comprises movable side boards (19) arranged at two sides of the bed body;
the gear track plate (25) comprises a first bed side track plate (2541) and a second bed side track plate (2542) which are respectively arranged at two transverse ends of the movable side plate (19), the sleeve assembly is disposed between the first bed side rail plate (2541) and the second bed side rail plate (2542);
the gear track plate (25) further comprises a first annular track plate (2511) and a second annular track plate (2512) which are arranged at two transverse ends of the bed body;
when the movable side plate (19) is turned ninety degrees, the first bed side track plate (2541) is connected with the first annular track plate (2511), and the second bed side track plate (2542) is connected with the second annular track plate (2512) to realize movement of the sleeve assembly between the first annular track plate (2511) and the second annular track plate (2512);
the sleeve assembly comprises a water pipe barrel (31), a hot air pipe (32), a first washing tool barrel (33), a second washing tool barrel (34), a clothes-removing barrel (35) and a waterproof cloth barrel (36).

Nursing bed according to claim 1, characterized in that the head flap comprises a first head flap (11) and a second head flap (12) hinged longitudinally, the hip flap comprises a first hip flap (14) and a second hip flap (15) hinged transversely, the leg flap comprises a first leg flap (16), a second leg flap (17) and a third leg flap (18) hinged longitudinally.

The nursing bed as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the movable oil cylinder comprises a first oil cylinder (51), a second oil cylinder (52) and a third oil cylinder (53) for realizing the lifting and opening of the movable bed plate, wherein the first oil cylinder (51) is arranged at the lower side of the first head movable plate (11) and is connected with the second head movable plate (12); the second oil cylinder (52) is arranged at the lower side of the back movable plate (13) and is connected with the second head movable plate (12); the third oil cylinder (53) is arranged on the bed body at the lower side of the back movable plate (13) and is connected with the back movable plate (13).

A care bed as recited in claim 3 wherein said movable cylinders further comprise a fifth cylinder (55), a sixth cylinder (56), an eighth cylinder (58) and a ninth cylinder (59), said fifth cylinder (55) being provided on the underside of said buttock flap and connected thereto; the sixth oil cylinder (56) is arranged at the lower side of the first leg movable plate (16) and is connected with the hip movable plate; the eighth oil cylinder (58) is arranged at the lower side of the second leg movable plate (17) and is connected with the first leg movable plate (16); the ninth oil cylinder (59) is arranged at the lower side of the third leg movable plate (18) and is connected with the second leg movable plate (17).
5. The nursing bed as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the movable cylinders comprise a fourth cylinder (54) for effecting the overturning of the movable side plate (19) about a transversal axis and a seventh cylinder (57) provided to the bed body for effecting the lifting of the cover.
6. A care bed as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a swivel mount (29) is provided on the underside of the movable bed plate, the swivel mount (29) being in geared connection with a first hydraulic motor (43) for tilting the movable bed plate about a transverse axis.
7. The nursing bed as defined in claim 6, characterized in that it further comprises a brushing and feeding box (20) provided at the upper side of the bed body, the brushing and feeding box (20) being connected to a support bar (27) by a third hydraulic motor (43), the support bar (27) being connected to the bed body by a second hydraulic motor (42).
