The magnetic part 1 is installed on a bearing end cover 6 and rotates with a vehicle axle 9, the sensor 2 is installed on an axle box front cover 7, and the distance between the magnetic part 1 and the sensor 2 and the center of the vehicle axle 9 is the same.
