The circumcision device in this embodiment further comprises: a main body frame in which the positioning cylinder is installed; and a cutting device mounted on the main body frame and including a second annular contact surface. The cutting device may be configured to be drivingly moved toward the positioning cylinder until the second annular contact surface compresses, cuts, hemostasis, heals the intervening foreskin with the first annular contact surface.
According to another inventive embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an ultrasonic foreskin extrusion, cutting, hemostasis, healing assembly comprising an ultrasonic generating device, a transmission device and a circumcision device, wherein the ultrasonic generating device is adapted to generate ultrasonic waves, which are connected to and can transmit the ultrasonic waves to the transmission device; the transmission device is connected to the circumcision device and can transmit ultrasonic waves to the circumcision device; the circumcision device is used for extruding and/or cutting the foreskin and/or stopping bleeding and/or healing the wound surface.
The circumcision device in this embodiment includes: the glans penis comprises a positioning barrel body and a first annular contact surface, wherein the positioning barrel body is configured to be sleeved on the glans penis, and the first annular contact surface is arranged at the proximal end of the positioning barrel body and is used for supporting the overlong foreskin on the positioning barrel body. In the positioning cylinder, an angle between the first annular contact surface and the axis of the positioning cylinder may be a right angle or an acute angle. The acute angle may range from 30 to 60 degrees. The positioning cylinder body further comprises a clamping belt which is arranged on the periphery of the positioning cylinder body so as to clamp the foreskin which passes over the first annular contact surface to the outside of the positioning cylinder body. The clamping belt is provided with a plurality of ratchets which allow the clamping belt to clamp unidirectionally.
The circumcision device in this embodiment further comprises: a main body frame in which the positioning cylinder is installed; and a cutting device mounted on the main body frame and including a second annular contact surface. The cutting device may be configured to be drivingly moved toward the positioning cylinder until the second annular contact surface compresses, cuts, hemostasis, heals the intervening foreskin with the first annular contact surface.
Still preferably, according to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an inverted ultrasound foreskin extrusion, cutting, hemostasis, healing assembly comprising an ultrasound generating device, a transmission device and a circumcision device, wherein the ultrasound generating device is adapted to generate ultrasound waves, which are connected to and transmittable to the transmission device; the transmission device is connected to the circumcision device and can transmit ultrasonic waves to the circumcision device; the circumcision device is used for extruding and/or cutting the foreskin and/or stopping bleeding and/or healing the wound surface.
For ease of understanding, in this embodiment, the end of the circumcision device and its various components that is proximal to the human body during the circumcision procedure (e.g., the right end of fig. 8) is referred to as the distal end, and the end of the circumcision device and its various components that is distal to the human body or that is proximal to the operator's operation (e.g., the left end of fig. 8) is referred to as the proximal end.
Referring to fig. 8-13, the circumcision device in this embodiment includes: a positioning cylinder 19 configured such that a glans is partially inserted into the positioning cylinder; a flange 20 is formed to project radially outwardly of the distal end of the positioning cylinder; a first annular contact surface 21 is formed on the proximal facing surface of the flange, and an excessively long foreskin is supported on the first annular contact surface 21 after crossing the flange 20, so that a structure in which the distal end of the positioning cylinder is positioned between the inner plate of the foreskin and the penis, called an inversion structure, is formed. In the above positioning cylinder, the angle between the first annular contact surface 21 and the axis of the positioning cylinder 19 may be a right angle or an acute angle. Referring to fig. 12-13, the acute angle may range from 30 to 60 degrees to match the shape of the coronal sulcus of the glans for more accurate positioning. At least one ventilation channel 22 can be arranged in the positioning cylinder, and the ventilation channel 22 comprises a groove extending along the axial direction outside the positioning cylinder. The recess keeps the interior space in communication with the outside. So that the pressure in the interior space remains substantially balanced with the external pressure, the venting channel may also be, in alternative embodiments, a plurality of through holes formed in the positioning cylinder through the wall thickness of the positioning cylinder, see fig. 11, for example, circular, oval, triangular, quadrilateral, and other geometries.
The circumcision device in this embodiment further comprises: a main body frame 23, the positioning cylinder 19 being mounted in the main body frame 23; and a cutting device 24 mounted on said main body frame 23 and comprising a second annular contact surface 25. The cutting device 24 may be configured to be driven by the driving device 26 towards the positioning cylinder 19 until the second annular contact surface 25 presses, cuts, hemostasis, heals the interposed foreskin with the first annular contact surface 21. The driving device can be a handle which is arranged on the main body frame and can be pressed down by external force to push the cutting device to move in the main body frame, and the cutting device can be reset by the rebound force of the spring after the operation is finished.
Referring to fig. 9 and 11, the positioning cylinder 19 in this embodiment may extend from the proximal end thereof with a positioning connection rod through which it is positioned in connection with the main body frame.
The ultrasound generating device in this embodiment comprises an ultrasound generator 1 and a transducer 2, the generated ultrasound being transmitted to the circumcision device via a transmission device body 3 and a transmission device front part 4, which can be connected via a fastening device 5 to a positioning cylinder 19 and/or a cutting device 24 of the circumcision device, so that the ultrasound is transmitted to the first annular contact surface 21 and/or the second annular contact surface 25. The fastening means 5 may be connected by means of internal and external threads or may be designed to be connected by means of snap means.
In order to prevent adhesion between the foreskin and the circumcision device during surgery, resulting in re-tearing of the wound, the portion of the positioning cylinder and the cutting device in contact with the foreskin is provided with a release coating 16 (not shown in the figures), preferably a release coating 16 is provided in the cylinder and on the flange of the positioning cylinder and on the second annular contact surface of the cutting device.
In order to avoid smoke and smell generated during circumcision by ultrasound, and to influence the visual field and the operation environment, the circumcision device of the present invention is further provided with a water mist generating device, referring to fig. 10, the water mist generating device may comprise an annular water storage device 6 arranged on the main body frame and positioned at the outer periphery or the inner periphery of the cutting device, and a water outlet 7 (not shown in the figure) arranged on the side of the water storage device facing the first annular contact surface 21, wherein water, alcohol, disinfectant and other liquid can be stored in the water storage device, and sprayed from the water outlet in a manner of extrusion, pushing or ultrasonic vibration, and a water mist environment is formed near the first annular contact surface 21 during circumcision and/or after circumcision.
According to another inventive embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an everting ultrasonic foreskin extrusion, cutting, hemostasis, healing assembly comprising an ultrasonic generating device, a transmission device and a circumcision device, wherein the ultrasonic generating device is adapted to generate ultrasonic waves, which are connected to and transmittable to the transmission device; the transmission device is connected to the circumcision device and can transmit ultrasonic waves to the circumcision device; the circumcision device is used for extruding and/or cutting the foreskin and/or stopping bleeding and/or healing the wound surface.
For ease of understanding, in this embodiment, the end of the circumcision device and its various components that is proximal to the human body during the circumcision procedure (e.g., the right end of fig. 14) is referred to as the distal end, and the end of the circumcision device and its various components that is distal to the human body or that is proximal to the operator's operation (e.g., the left end of fig. 14) is referred to as the proximal end.
The circumcision device in this embodiment includes: a positioning cylinder 19 configured to fit over the glans and a first annular contact surface 21 disposed at the proximal end of the positioning cylinder for supporting the elongated foreskin over the proximal end of the positioning cylinder after passing the glans through the positioning cylinder from the distal end to the proximal end. The structure that the whole positioning cylinder body is positioned outside the outer plate of the foreskin is called as an eversion structure.
In the positioning cylinder, an angle between the first annular contact surface and the axis of the positioning cylinder may be a right angle or an acute angle. The acute angle may range from 30 to 60 degrees. Thereby matching the shape of the coronary sulcus of the glans, and facilitating more accurate positioning.
The positioning cylinder may further comprise a clamping band (not shown) disposed on the periphery of the positioning cylinder to clamp the foreskin across the first annular contact surface to the outside of the positioning cylinder. The clamping band is provided with a plurality of ratchet teeth (not shown) allowing unidirectional clamping of the clamping band.
The circumcision device in this embodiment further comprises: a main body frame 23 in which the positioning cylinder is installed; and a cutting device 24 mounted on the body frame and comprising a second annular contact surface 25. The cutting device 24 may be configured to be driven by the driving device 26 toward the positioning cylinder until the second annular contact surface compresses, cuts, hemostasis, heals the intervening foreskin with the first annular contact surface. The driving device can be a handle which is arranged on the main body frame and can be pressed down by external force to push the cutting device to move in the main body frame, and the cutting device can be reset by the rebound force of the spring after the operation is finished.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the positioning cylinder in this embodiment may be fixed to the main body frame by a mating structure of the upper cover 27, the lower cover 28 and the locking ring 29. The binding off of upper shield distal end forms the support to the distal end of location barrel, and the proximal end outside of upper shield is equipped with the external screw thread, and the lower cover distal end outside also is equipped with the external screw thread, and the locking ring inboard is equipped with the internal screw thread, and the three passes through threaded connection realization fixed.
The ultrasound generating device in this embodiment comprises an ultrasound generator 1 and a transducer 2, the generated ultrasound being transmitted to the circumcision device via a transmission device body 3 and a transmission device front part 4, which can be connected via a fastening device 5 to a positioning cylinder 19 and/or a cutting device 24 of the circumcision device, so that the ultrasound is transmitted to the first annular contact surface 21 and/or the second annular contact surface 25. The fastening means 5 may be connected by means of internal and external threads or may be designed to be connected by means of snap means.
In order to prevent adhesion between the foreskin and the circumcision device during surgery, resulting in re-tearing of the wound, the positioning cylinder and the portion of the cutting device in contact with the foreskin are provided with a release coating 16 (not shown in the figures), preferably on the first annular contact surface of the positioning cylinder and on the second annular contact surface of the cutting device.
In order to avoid smoke and smell generated during circumcision by ultrasound, which affects the visual field and the operation environment, the circumcision device of the present invention is further provided with a water mist generating device, referring to fig. 13, which may comprise an annular water storage device 6 arranged on the main body frame and located at the outer periphery or inner periphery of the cutting device, and a water outlet 7 (not shown in the figure) arranged on the side of the water storage device facing the first annular contact surface 21, wherein water, alcohol, disinfectant and other liquid can be stored, and sprayed from the water outlet by extrusion, pushing or ultrasonic vibration, and the water mist environment is formed near the first annular contact surface 21 during circumcision and/or after circumcision.
Referring to fig. 18, in the preferred embodiment, the ultrasonic generating means a comprises an ultrasonic generator 1 and a transducer 2, the ultrasonic generator 1 is connected to the transducer 2 by a connecting means or a connecting cable 8, the ultrasonic generating means a is connected to the circumcision device by a transmitting means comprising a main body 3 of the transmitting means and a front part 4 of the transmitting means, the end of the front part 4 of the transmitting means is provided with an external thread 5 of the fastening means, one/both sides or the circumference of the front part 4 of the transmitting means is provided with an annular storage means 6, and one end of the annular storage means 6 close to the circumcision device is provided with a closable opening 7.
The ultrasonic foreskin extrusion, cutting, hemostasis and healing assembly applies ultrasonic to foreskin extrusion, cutting, hemostasis and healing at the joint of human body peripheral internal and external tissues, and comprises an ultrasonic generating device A, transmission devices 3 and 4 and a foreskin circumcision device, wherein the ultrasonic generating device A is used for generating ultrasonic waves, is connected to the transmission devices 3 and 4 and can transmit the ultrasonic waves to the transmission devices 3 and 4; the transmission device 3,4 is connected to the circumcision device and can transmit ultrasonic waves to the circumcision device; the circumcision device is used for extruding and/or cutting the foreskin and/or stopping bleeding and/or healing the wound surface.
The fixed end of the foreskin is connected to the transmission device 3,4 and/or the extrusion or cutting or hemostatic or healing end is connected to the transmission device 3,4, and receives the ultrasonic wave transmitted by the transmission device 3,4 and extrudes and/or cuts the foreskin and/or performs hemostatic and/or healing on the wound surface. The transmission devices 3,4 are fixedly connected with the fixed end of the foreskin and/or the extrusion or cutting or hemostasis or healing end through the internal and external threads 5, 10 or buckles.
The fixed end of the foreskin and the extrusion or cutting or hemostasis or healing end are respectively matched with the inner plate and the outer plate of the foreskin to clamp the foreskin, and the clamping degree is 9% -87% of the thickness of the foreskin in the natural state.
The fixed end of the foreskin and the extrusion or cutting or hemostasis or healing end are respectively matched with the inner plate and the outer plate of the foreskin to clamp the foreskin, and the clamping force is 0.02-3.5N/mm.
Further comprises water mist generating means 6,7 for applying water and/or water mist to the circumcision device and/or the circumcision site before, during and/or after circumcision. The water mist generating devices 6 and 7 are arranged independently relative to the ultrasonic generating device A, the transmission devices 3 and 4 and the circumcision device; and/or the water mist generating means 6,7 are arranged partly or entirely integrated on the ultrasound generating means a, the transmission means 3,4 or the circumcision device.
Also included are protection means for protecting the penis, glans and/or foreskin to be retained prior to, during and/or after circumcision. The protective means is a protective structure 18 arranged on the circumcision device in contact with the penis, glans and/or foreskin to be retained.
The ultrasonic generating device comprises an ultrasonic generator 1 and an ultrasonic transducer 2, the ultrasonic generator 1 is drivingly connected to the ultrasonic transducer 2, and the ultrasonic transducer 2 is connected to the transmission means 3,4.
While the invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is intended to cover various modifications, either made by the method concepts and technical solutions of the invention, or applied directly to other applications without modification, within the scope of the invention.

Claims (11)

1. The circumcision device is characterized by comprising a circumcision device and a water mist generating device, wherein the water mist generating device is used for applying water or mist to the circumcision device and/or a part acted by the circumcision device before and/or after the circumcision device is actuated;
comprising a delivery device connected to the circumcision device;
the device also comprises an ultrasonic generating device, a transmitting device and a control device, wherein the ultrasonic generating device is used for generating ultrasonic waves, is connected to the transmitting device and can transmit the ultrasonic waves to the transmitting device, and the transmitting device is connected to the circumcision device and can transmit the ultrasonic waves to the circumcision device; when the circumcision device is adopted, the vibration frequency is 55.5kHz-166.5kHz;
the circumcision device comprises a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is a foreskin fixed end, the second end is an extrusion or cutting or hemostasis or healing end, and the foreskin fixed end and the extrusion or cutting or hemostasis or healing end are matched with each other to extrude or cut the foreskin or to stop bleeding or heal the wound surface.
2. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water mist generating device is provided separately from the ultrasound generating device, the transmission device and the circumcision device; alternatively, the water mist generating device is partially or wholly integrated on the ultrasonic generating device, the transmission device or the circumcision device.
3. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water mist generating device comprises a water storage device arranged on the transmission device and used for storing water or liquid medicine, and a water outlet which can be opened and closed, is arranged at one end of the water storage device close to the circumcision device and used for applying the water or liquid medicine stored in the water storage device to the circumcision device and/or the acting part of the circumcision device.
4. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water reservoir is an annular water reservoir arranged at the periphery of the transmission device; the water outlet is arranged along the annular end face of one end of the annular water storage device, which is close to the circumcision device.
5. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the water mist generating device comprises a water storage device and a nozzle, the water storage device is arranged on the transmission device and is used for storing water or liquid medicine, and the nozzle is arranged at one end of the water storage device, which is close to the circumcision device, and is used for spraying water or liquid medicine stored in the water storage device or atomizing the water or liquid medicine to the circumcision device and/or the acting part of the circumcision device.
6. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the water storage device comprises a water storage structure for storing water or a medicinal liquid and an atomizing structure disposed within the water storage structure for atomizing the water or medicinal liquid.
7. The circumcision device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the water mist generating device is an ultrasonic water mist generating device.
8. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a second ultrasound generating device connected to the water reservoir and adapted to transmit ultrasound thereto for atomizing the stored water or medicinal liquid.
9. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed end of the foreskin is an inner ring, the extruded or cut or hemostatic or healing end is an outer ring, the inner ring is used for being embedded in the foreskin, the outer ring is used for being externally arranged on the outside of the foreskin, and the inner ring and the outer ring are matched with each other to clamp the foreskin.
10. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foreskin fixed end is a positioning cylinder configured to allow a glans to be partially inserted, a flange is formed to protrude radially outward at a distal end of the positioning cylinder, a first annular contact surface is formed on a proximally facing surface of the flange, and a foreskin is supported on the first annular contact surface after crossing the flange; the extrusion or cutting or hemostasis or healing end is a cutting device which is mounted on the same frame together with the positioning cylinder body and can be driven to move towards the foreskin fixed end, and the cutting device is provided with a second annular contact surface.
11. The circumcision device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foreskin fixed end is a positioning cylinder configured to fit over a glans, a first annular contact surface is formed at a proximal end of the positioning cylinder, and the foreskin is supported on the first annular contact surface; the extrusion or cutting or hemostasis or healing end is a cutting device which is mounted on the same frame together with the positioning cylinder body and can be driven to move towards the foreskin fixed end, and the cutting device is provided with a second annular contact surface.
