Technical Field
The invention relates to a decoding system, in particular to a hospital decoding system capable of identifying the medical supply bar codes of the international medical supply coding organization to which the medical supply bar codes belong and decoding the medical supply bar codes of the group of medical supply bar codes.
Background
As the conditions of unauthorized input, counterfeiting and manufacturing date modification of high-risk implantable medical devices such as heart stents, artificial crystalline lens, bone nails and bone plates occur in recent years in China, a tool for effectively identifying the medical devices after being sold in the market is urgently needed by consumers to limit the distribution range of illegal products. Therefore, referring to the international medical equipment management trend, the FDA in taiwan starts research work of a Unique Identification System (UDI) of medical equipment in 2013 to enhance rapid Identification of medical equipment at a use end, so that the FDA needs to enhance understanding of medical equipment pharmaceutical manufacturers on the UDI Unique Identification System and increase willingness of introducing the UDI into the UDI System in addition to establishing an information management platform of the Unique Identification System of medical equipment. The system can assist the using end of the medical equipment to quickly inquire the source of the product, avoid misuse and protect the safety of consumers;
however, in the case of the introduction of UDI in the present hospital, the following occurs:
1. the bar code rate of the medical materials is low at present, and the medical product bar codes applied by different international medical product coding organizations (GS1-128, HIBC and ISBT) cannot be automatically identified by hospitals, so the hospitals are usually self-relief and managed by the hospital codes;
2. the existing manufacturers have different packages or different marked contents of the same product, and most of the insides of hospitals are managed by hospital codes, and in order to achieve transactions with hospitals, the manufacturers can paste hospital code bar codes on the existing medical equipment so as to facilitate the management of hospital parties, but in such a way, the packages sent to different hospitals by different manufacturers on the same product can be different or different marked contents, but paste the hospital code bar codes after the medical equipment leaves the factory, so that the method is not in line with the spirit and the purpose of a single medical equipment identification system;
3. if the hospital wants to introduce the UDI for management, the doctor needs to associate with the introduction of the UDI with the physician's will because the doctor involves the process reconstruction, which causes a large clinical resistance.
It can be known from the above that, currently, the medical equipment manufacturers and hospitals still have insufficient understanding of UDI, and the biggest problem is how to import hardware, so to solve the above-mentioned problems, if a complete decoding system can be designed, a hospital server can be erected in the hospital, and decoding rules and decoding programs compiled by XML are installed on the electronic device, so that users can identify which international medical product coding organization the medical product barcode on the medical equipment sent by manufacturers belongs to on the hospital server or the electronic device, and decode the medical product barcodes of the group of medical product barcodes according to the coding data structure definition rules established by different international medical product coding organizations, so that manufacturers do not need to additionally attach hospital code barcodes, and hospitals can decode the medical product barcodes which automatically conform to the UDI by using the system, this can help the hospital and the manufacturer to comply with the UDI specification, so the present invention should be an optimal solution.
