Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 shows a flow chart of an information display method 100 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method 100 includes:
Step S120: Determine at least one associated user associated with the first task information of the first user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first task information may be task information created by the first user. When the first user creates the first task information, he can set an associated subject of the task, such as a task executor, a reviewer, etc., so that the first task information is associated with at least one associated user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when creating the first task information, the first user may input task content in the task information, and input a combination of specific characters and names, this combination may be regarded as a user identifier, and the at least one associated user may be determined by the user identifier corresponding to the first task information.
It should be noted that the user identifier of the at least one associated user may be directly included in the first task information, or may be embodied in subtask information of the first task information or other information corresponding to the first task information, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, in one embodiment, user A can set the first task information as "increase core business income", and at the same time input "@user B, user C" in the first task letter or at the position corresponding to the first task information, so that user B and user C become the associated users of the first task information.
For another example, in another embodiment, user A can further set the subtask information of the aforementioned first task information, for example, set the subtask information of the first task information "increasing core business income" to "product revenue exceeds 80 million yuan", and enter "@user B, @user C" in the subtask information or at the corresponding position of the subtask information, so that user B and user C become associated users of the first task information.
In some embodiments, at least one associated user associated with the first task information may be a user having an associated relationship with the first user. For example, the first user may be a member of a team or department who has a specific position or plays a specific role, such as the leader of the team or department, and the at least one associated user may be other members of the team or department. Alternatively, the content of the task information of at least one associated user has an association relationship with the content of the first task information. For example, the task goal of the first user is to complete task a, and the task goal of the associated user is a task related to task a.
Step S140: In response to the task information of the second user among the at least one associated user not establishing an association relationship with the first task information, display reminder information in the association relationship control of the first task information; wherein the association relationship control of the first task information is used to display the task information of at least one of the associated users after being triggered.
In an implementation manner, the second user may be any user in the at least one associated user. In another implementation manner, the second user may be a target associated user among the at least one associated user, for example, the executor of the task mentioned in the first task information.
In some embodiments, the user may create task information and associate the created task information with the first task information created by the first user by performing an associating operation. The task information for which the associated operation is performed may be displayed after the associated relationship control is triggered.
In this embodiment, the task information of the second user is not associated with the first task information may include at least the following two situations: (1) Since the preset time point, the second user has not created task information, or, (2) The second user has not associated any created task information with the first task information, for example, although the second user has filled in one or more task information, but has not associated the filled task information with the first task information through an association operation.
Exemplarily, the preset time point may specifically include, but not limited to, the time point when the first task information is created or a certain time point after creation, or the preset time starting point for creating task information for each user, or the time starting point of the task cycle corresponding to the relevant task.
示例性地,以OKR(Objectives and Key Results)项目管理工具为例,具有关联关系的任务信息可以为被进行对齐操作的任务信息。 Exemplarily, taking the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) project management tool as an example, the task information with an associated relationship may be the task information to be aligned. In the OKR project management tool, team A can set its own work goal A (such as "promote digital office"), and internal members of team A or other team members can set their own work goal a (such as "establish a digital approval process") and align with work goal A, so that the entire team or teams can work together and go hand in hand.
In some embodiments, the reminder information may include but not limited to preset text information, image information, multimedia information and the like. Exemplarily, the reminder information may include a pre-configured color display scheme for the relationship control. For example, when the user associated with the first task information has not created the second task information having a preset relationship with the first task information, the relationship control may be displayed with a preset orange or red outline color and/or fill color.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, by determining at least one associated user associated with the first task information, in response to the existence of an associated user who does not establish an association relationship between the task information and the first task information, after triggering The reminder information is displayed in the association relationship control that displays the task information of the associated user, so that the user can be intuitively reminded that there is currently an associated user who is not associated with the first task information, and it is convenient for the user to quickly grasp the association status of the current first task information.
In some embodiments, the association control is configured to display the task information of the associated user that has established an association relationship with the first task information after being triggered. The user can view the task information of the associated user that has established an association relationship with the first task information by triggering the association relationship control.
In some embodiments, method 100 also includes:
In response to the association control for displaying the reminder information being triggered, a first reminder view corresponding to the second user is displayed.
Exemplarily, the first reminder view may display the user identifier of the second user, preset reminder information and/or task information created by the second user.
According to the inventor's research, relevant project management tools, such as OKR project management tools, can provide a relationship view (or "alignment view") of task information that has been associated (or "aligned") between different users. However, these relationship views can only display task information and user information that have been associated with the target task information, and cannot display task information or user information that should have been associated with the target task information.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, if the task information of the second user among the at least one associated user has not established an association relationship with the first task information, a reminder message is displayed in the association relationship control, and after the association relationship control is triggered, not only the task information associated with the first task information is displayed, but also the first reminder view corresponding to the second user not associated with the first task information is displayed, so that the current user can quickly grasp the specific association situation and association progress of the first task information, and facilitate the timely creation of second task information by users associated with the first task information.
Referring to FIG. 2 , the view 10 of the first task information displays the first task information “promoting digital office” created by the first user “A”, and the view 10 also corresponds to an association control 11 . The association relationship control 11 may display the number "4", indicating that the current first task information is associated with 4 associated users, for example, the first task information is currently associated with associated users "B", "C", "D" and "E" (not shown in FIG. 2 ).
In some embodiments, after the association relationship control is triggered, it can display the association between the task information of multiple or all associated users associated with the first task information and the first task information, for example, whether the associated user has created any task information, whether the associated user associates the created task information with the first task information, and what task information the associated user has associated with the first task information.
Referring to FIG. 3 , when the relationship control 11 is triggered, a first reminder view 200 , 300 and a view 400 , 500 of task information associated with the first task information of the associated user are displayed.
