Description

Cleaning set with drug holder and drug
The present invention relates to a drug holder for installing a solid cleaning drug in a flush toilet, and a cleaning set including the drug holder and the drug. This application claims priority to Japanese Patent Application No. 2021-21999 filed on February 15, 2021, the contents of which are incorporated herein.
In recent years, Western-style toilets have increasingly used a whirlpool (tornado method) for flushing water in order to improve the cleaning effect and save water. In this method, a flush water discharge port is provided in a concave portion inside the upper edge (rim) of the wall surface of the toilet bowl, and flush water after discharge is guided by the concave portion and flows down to the lower portion of the toilet bowl while forming a whirlpool. As a result, the flow rate of cleansing water has increased, which has reduced the amount of dirt on the toilet bowl. However, for example, toilets in facilities used by a large number of the public have been insufficiently cleaned. There is also a demand for a cleaning agent for household toilets to prevent toilet bowls from becoming dirty.
To address this problem, solid medications have been used that hang from the toilet bowl rim. Simply hanging them is effective for the lower part of the toilet bowl, but it is not effective for the concave part, so that it is necessary to manually clean the part that is troublesome to clean.
Hanging solid drugs are roughly classified into a type in which the solid drug is exposed and a type in which the solid drug is contained in a container. Of these, the type in which the solid drug is exposed (for example, Patent Document 1) may be consumed more than necessary depending on the type of drug, requiring frequent replacement. For this reason, Patent Document 1 states that it is preferable to provide the suspension member with a projecting portion that prevents contact between the solid medicine and the wall surface of the toilet bowl. On the other hand, a type in which a solid drug is contained in a container has a drug elution control effect (for example, Patent Document 2), but has a problem that it is difficult to prevent the container itself from being soiled. In addition, if the medicine or medicine container enters too much into the recess, there is also the problem that the wash water collides with it and is likely to scatter.
The inventors of the present invention have found that as a holder for a solid medicine for flushing toilets to be installed inside a flush-type Western-style toilet, the medicine is held in a fixed position with at least part of the medicine exposed, and moreover, the medicine is held more than necessary. To provide a holding agent for a solid agent for flushing a toilet to be installed inside a flush-type Western-style toilet, capable of providing an effective agent to the upper part of the toilet bowl, particularly to the vicinity of the recess inside the rim of the toilet bowl, which is effective without being consumed. As a result of advancing the development of the above, the drug holder shown in FIG. 1 was developed (Patent Document 3).
That is, the drug holder has a locking portion (3) for locking the drug holder to the toilet bowl rim (9), and is extended from the locking portion so that when installed, the drug holder is positioned more toward the center of the toilet bowl than the solid medicine (2). an elastic locking member having a hanging portion (4) hanging downward from the base and a drug support portion (5) extending from the lower portion of the hanging portion for supporting a solid drug, and at least It has a medicine fixing member which can be engaged with the medicine supporting part when installed and fixes the solid medicine (2) in a state where at least the surface of the solid medicine facing the inner wall of the toilet bowl is exposed.
The locking portion (3) of the medicine holder has at least a clip-like curved or bent structure so that it can be hung on the rim of the toilet bowl. By fitting to the toilet bowl, the elastic recovery force is used to fix the rim portion at a fixed position, and the drug support portion and the drug fixing member (B) are pressed against the inner wall side of the toilet bowl through the hanging portion. It was made for

However, in the holder of solid medicine for flushing the toilet to be installed inside the flush-type Western-style toilet described in Patent Document 3, the structure of the locking portion for locking to the toilet bowl rim portion is curved or bent like a clip. Since the structure is such that it is fixed to the rim of the toilet using elastic recovery force, it is easy to come off, and there are cases where it cannot be fixed stably.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a medicine holder that can be stably fixed to the toilet bowl rim of a flush western-style toilet.

(A) Locking member The locking member includes at least a locking portion (A1) for locking the medicine holder of the present invention to the toilet bowl rim,
A hanging part (A2) that extends from the locking part and hangs down in the direction of the center of the toilet bowl from the solid medicine when installed,
It comprises a medicine supporting part (A3) extending to the lower part of the drooping part and supporting the medicine.
Here, the terms "lower" and "lower" mean directions or positions when the medicine is installed in the toilet.
Materials for the locking member include plastics, metals, and the like, but plastics are preferable because they are easy to integrally mold.
(Latching portion) (A1)
The locking part has the following structure.
(A11) A cover member that abuts on the upper surface and inner upper part of the toilet bowl rim portion when in use, and that can connect and fix the following holding member;
(A12) a clamping member connected and fixed to the cover member and having a clamping portion that abuts on the outside of the toilet rim portion when in use; fixing means; and
(A14) A hinge that connects the cover member and the drooping portion and can hold the drooping portion at an arbitrary angle.
(Cover member) (A11)
The cover member connects and fixes the holding member, and also connects with the drooping portion via a hinge.
The cover member has a structure in which the portion corresponding to the inner corner of the toilet bowl rim portion is bent substantially at a right angle so as to sandwich the toilet bowl rib portion together with a later-described holding member. The hinge that connects the hanging parts is attached to the area where it is bent at a substantially right angle.
Since a flush toilet bowl usually has a toilet seat that can be raised and lowered, the cover member of the locking portion of the medicine holder of the present invention is made thick enough to fit in the gap between the toilet seat and the toilet bowl rim.
The structure of the cover member is not particularly limited except for the thickness described above, but for example, it has a box structure so that the holding member can be connected and fixed inside the cover member. The bottom surface of the cover member may or may not be present. As means for adjusting the length of insertion of the end of the clamping member according to the width of the toilet rim, for example, a groove into which the end of the clamping member can be slid and inserted and a screw tightening mechanism are provided inside the box. Has a threaded hole. The grooves and screw holes may be integral with or separate from the cover member. For example, a part in which the slide groove and the screw hole are integrated can be joined to the cover member with screws or an adhesive.
(Clamping member) (A12)
The clamping member is connected and fixed to the cover member and has a clamping portion that abuts against the outside of the toilet bowl rim portion during use.
The sandwiching member is a member that sandwiches the toilet bowl rib portion together with the cover member so that the medicine holder of the present invention can be fixed to the toilet bowl rim portion.
Since the holding member is connected and fixed to the end portion of the cover member positioned above the toilet rim portion by connecting and fixing means to be described later, the portion positioned above the toilet rim portion is on a flat plate, and the toilet bowl rim portion is flat. It has a structure in which the portion positioned at the end portion can be bent substantially vertically to abut on the outside of the toilet bowl rim portion to sandwich the toilet bowl rim portion.
(Means for connecting and fixing the cover member and the holding portion of the holding member so that the distance can be adjusted) (A13)
Since the toilet bowl rim part is sandwiched and fixed by the cover member and the clamping part of the clamping member, the distance between the cover member and the clamping part of the clamping member can be adjusted according to the width of the toilet bowl rim part.
As the means for adjusting the distance between the two members, known means can be adopted. There is a method of tightening or loosening the screw to rotate. In this case, a screw hole (however, the spiral groove may not be provided) is provided on the front surface of the gripping portion of the gripping member (the front side when viewed from the inside of the toilet when installed), and on the other hand, the gripping portion is also provided inside the box of the cover member. A threaded hole (with a spiral groove) through which the screw penetrates and a groove in which the clamping member can slide are provided at positions corresponding to the threaded holes in the . By passing the screw through the threaded hole of the clamping portion and through the threaded hole of the cover member and tightening it, the end of the clamping member is inserted into the cover member along the slide groove provided inside the cover member. and the holding portion of the holding member can be shortened. By turning the screw in the opposite direction, the distance between the cover member and the clamping portion of the clamping member can be lengthened.
(A hinge that connects the cover member and the drooping portion and can hold the drooping portion at an arbitrary angle) (A14)
A hinge is provided at a substantially right-angled bent portion corresponding to the inner corner of the toilet bowl rim portion of the cover member so that the hanging portion can be held at an arbitrary angle.
A torque hinge or a free stop hinge can be given as a hinge capable of holding the lower portion at any angle.
(Drooping part) (A2)
The drooping portion is connected to the cover member via a hinge (torque hinge or free stop hinge) that can be held at any angle.
The drooping part is linear and arranged substantially vertically when installed in the toilet. The length of the hanging part is not particularly limited, but if it is excessively long, the medicine will be placed near the center of the lower part of the toilet bowl and the effect of the present invention will not be obtained. More preferably, the length of the hanging portion is adjusted so that the medication enters the recess below the toilet bowl rim. Moreover, it is preferable to design the drooping portion so that the medicine is arranged in the recess even when the medicine is dissolved and the size is reduced.
(Drug supporting portion) (A3)
The medicine supporting part extends substantially perpendicularly to the lower part of the drooping part, and is a member that supports the medicine by being connected to the medicine fixing member (B) at least during use and fixing the medicine fixing member.
As for the "lower part of the drooping part", since the drooping part has the function of connecting the locking part and the medicine supporting part, it is not particularly necessary for the drooping part to protrude below the medicine supporting part. , the drug supporting portion is preferably extended to the “lower end of the drooping portion”.
The drug supporting portion may be connected in advance to the drug fixing member (B) by a method such as integral molding. That is, the locking member (A) and the drug fixing member (B) may be an integral member. However, as described below, it is preferable that the drug fixing member (B) and the drug are integrally formed. It is preferable to lock both members in use. The portion where both members are locked must have a fixed structure so that the elastic recovery force of the locking member (A) is transmitted to the drug during use.
Means for locking the drug-fixing member (B) to the drug-supporting part include fitting, adhesion, and locking by fixing parts such as screws. preferably.
The drug supporting portion is preferably designed so that the drug is placed in the recess even when the drug is dissolved and becomes smaller.
At the time of use, the medicine supporting part is arranged substantially horizontally, substantially perpendicular to the substantially vertically arranged drooping part. When viewed from above the toilet bowl, the drooping portion is positioned toward the inside of the toilet bowl relative to the medicine, and the medicine supporting portion connects the drooping portion and the medicine fixing member. In addition, when looking at the toilet bowl longitudinal section passing through both members (A) and (B), the drug supporting portion is positioned inward of the toilet bowl relative to the drug fixing member and the drug, and supports the drug fixing member.
Since many conventional solid detergents for Western-style toilets require only hanging from the rim of the toilet bowl, the detergent or its container is suspended. That is, it is a mode in which a drug or a drug container is simply connected to the lower end of the drooping section referred to in the present invention.
In such a manner, the cleansing agent or its container is placed away from the inner periphery of the toilet bowl, and is less effective in cleaning the inner periphery of the toilet bowl, particularly the concave portion below the rim. In addition, the cleaning agent may float up due to the flow of cleaning water when cleaning the toilet bowl.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the cleaning agent can be placed in the inner periphery of the toilet bowl, particularly near the concave portion below the rim, and the cleaning effect for this vicinity is excellent. In the case of using a cleaning agent having a high foaming effect, it is expected that the foaming effect will be further enhanced by arranging the cleaning agent in the vicinity of the concave portion where the water flow is strong. In addition, it is possible to prevent the cleaning agent from being lifted up by the water flow. In particular, arranging the cleaning agent in the recessed portion below the rim portion, which is difficult for the user to see, is more aesthetically pleasing than the conventional method of using the cleaning agent.
In addition, in the present invention, the surface of the drug may be in contact with the inner wall of the toilet bowl. In particular, from the viewpoint of improving the cleaning effect on the concave portion, it is preferable that at least part of the surface of the medicine is in contact with the inner wall of the toilet bowl.
(B) Drug Fixing Member As described above, the drug fixing member (B) is locked to the drug support portion at least during use, and holds the solid drug in a state in which at least the surface of the solid drug facing the inner wall of the toilet bowl is exposed. It is a member that can be fixed.
Here, "exposed" does not simply mean that water or air can flow (for example, when completely contained in a basket-like container), but at least a part of the surface of the drug can contact the inner wall of the toilet bowl. It means that you are exposed to a certain degree.
As a method for fixing the medicine by the medicine fixing member, specifically, part of the medicine may be protected by a container or a shield. It is preferable that it is fixed in a state in which the surface facing the inner wall is exposed.
A preferable structure of the drug-fixing member for exhibiting such an effect is a structure that functions as a "bone" that fixes the drug inside the drug. However, at least the portion of the medicine fixing member that engages with the medicine supporting portion needs to protrude outside the medicine. Further, as exemplified in the section "Manufacturing Method of Drug Member" below, when connecting a plurality of drugs, the drug fixing member may protrude outside the drugs between the drugs. Although the specific form of this "bone structure" is not particularly limited, it may be rod-shaped or plate-shaped. Morphology is preferred. In addition, it is preferable that the solid medicine is present in the center so that part of the medicine remains solid and is not detached by the water flow until the end of use.
Materials for the drug-fixing member include plastics, metals, and the like, preferably plastics.
The position of the locking portion of the drug fixing member with respect to the drug supporting portion is not particularly limited. Regarding the position of the locking portion at the time of installation, any of the upper side, the vicinity of the center, and the lower side of the medicine fixing member can be selected according to the ease of manufacture. Also, regarding the horizontal direction when the drug is viewed from the center of the toilet at the time of installation, the engaging portion is positioned near the center of gravity of the portion where the drug fixing member and the drug are combined (drug member (D) described later). If designed, it is preferable in that it is easy to install stably.
(water flow buffer)
When the chemical is placed in the recessed portion below the rim, especially in a tornado-type toilet, the water flow here is strong, so as described in the background art section, the flushing water collides with this and is easily splashed. There are drawbacks. In order to prevent this, it is effective to provide a pointed or streamlined water flow buffer at least at the end of the drug fixing member that is on the upstream side of the water flow when viewed from the drug.
It is preferable that the water flow buffer has a diameter similar to that of the drug. The term "diameter" used herein refers to the length occupied by the medicine or the water flow buffer on the vertical cross-sectional view of the toilet. The diameter of the water flow buffering portion need not be particularly large compared to the diameter of the drug, and it is preferable that the ratio of the diameter of the water flow buffering portion/the diameter of the drug is 1/2 or more.
Such a water flow buffer not only prevents splashing of water, but also has the effect of preventing excessive dissolution of the drug.
In particular, it is preferable to design the shape of the water flow buffer so that the water flow detours toward the inside of the toilet rather than toward the wall side of the water flow buffer. As a result, splashing of water is prevented, and the effect of reducing the dissolution of the drug is enhanced.
The water flow buffer is provided integrally or separately, preferably integrally, with the end portion of the drug fixing member. Moreover, the water flow buffer may be provided not only at one end on the upstream side of the water flow when viewed from the medicine, but also at both ends.
When the water flow buffer is separately provided at the end of the drug fixing member, it may be fixedly provided by means of fixing parts such as adhesion or screws, or may be provided detachably by means of fitting or the like. good too.
Materials for the water flow buffer include plastics, metals, and the like, preferably plastics.
(C) Solid drug The drug in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a water-soluble solid substance and contains a medicinal ingredient for cleaning.
Although the form of the medicine is not particularly limited, it is preferable to have a diameter that allows it to enter the recess under the rim portion.
In addition, the usable period of the medicine can be set arbitrarily depending on the composition of the medicine, the manufacturing method, the form, etc., but it is preferable to secure a volume that does not need to be replaced in a too short period of time. In order to achieve both of the above, it is preferable to have a form having a certain length so that it can enter along the concave portion below the rim portion.
The form of the drug is not particularly limited, and includes spherical, ellipsoidal, cylindrical, rectangular parallelepiped, etc., and forms with through holes and unevenness. An optimum one can be selected according to the design effect and the like.
A component contained in the drug should have at least a cleaning effect. In particular, it is preferable if it has an appropriate foaming effect to the extent that it does not interfere with the use of the toilet bowl, because it exhibits a deodorizing effect and an effect of preventing splashing during excretion.
Components for exhibiting the above effects include nonionic surfactants and/or ionic surfactants. For production by melt molding, it is preferred to contain a nonionic surfactant as a main component. Furthermore, a solid acid, deodorant or antibacterial component, perfume, coloring component, etc. may be added.
Furthermore, if it is necessary to obtain effects such as maintaining the strength of the drug, changes in solubility according to the size of the drug during use, and changes in fragrance and coloring components, depending on the part of the drug (for example, near the surface and near the center) and) may have different component compositions.
(Nonionic surfactant)
Examples of nonionic surfactants include propylene oxide/ethylene oxide copolymers, polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ethers, alkyltrimethylammonium bromide, polyethylene glycol and the like.
(ionic surfactant)
As the ionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant is preferred. Specifically, sulfates such as polyoxyethylene lauryl sulfate, carboxylates such as myristate, and the like can be exemplified.
(solid acid)
The solid acid has the effect of preventing scale called urinary calculus to which calcium-based compounds and the like formed by decomposition of urine adhere. In addition, it has an effect of suppressing microorganisms, and is expected to have a deodorizing effect.
A solid acid is an acidic substance that is solid at room temperature and does not react with calcium ions to form a salt with a solubility of 0.001 g/100 g (water) or less in water in the pH range of 5 to 8.5. , in particular, is not limited. Examples thereof include water-soluble acidic salts such as sodium hydrogensulfate, potassium hydrogensulfate and ammonium hydrogensulfate, water-soluble salts of strong acids and weak bases such as ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate, boric acid and sulfamic acid. Organic acids solid at room temperature such as succinic acid, citric acid, maleic acid, isophthalic acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid, adipic acid, salicylic acid, benzoic acid and malic acid can also be used. It can be used as a mixture of species or more.
(Deodorant or antibacterial component)
The deodorant component is not particularly limited as long as it is a deodorant component that can diffuse into water. The water-diffusible deodorant component includes a water-soluble deodorant component, a water-dispersible deodorant component, and the like.
Examples of water-soluble deodorant components include quaternary ammonium salts, catechins, tannins, amino acids, and the like. Quaternary ammonium salts are particularly preferred because they also have an antibacterial effect.
Examples of deodorant components that can be dispersed in water include charcoal and activated carbon.
(perfume)
The fragrance is not particularly limited as long as it has a pleasant fragrance, but plant-based fragrances represented by eucalyptus essential oil are preferred.
(Coloring component)
Although the coloring component is not particularly limited, one that is water-soluble is preferred. Moreover, the coloring component itself may have effects such as a deodorizing effect, a fragrance, and a cleaning effect.
(D) Drug Member In the present invention, when a solid drug fixed to the drug fixing member (B) is an independent member, this member is referred to as a drug member (D).
In the present invention, it is necessary that the drug fixing member and the drug are fixed at least during use. If the cleaning agent is of the type housed in a container, it is easy to refill only the agent after the agent is consumed. It is difficult to achieve compatibility with a refillable type. Therefore, it is preferable that the drug fixing member and the drug are pre-fixed "medicine members".
Specifically, the drug member includes, as described above, a drug fixing member in which the drug is fixed by the bone structure inside the drug.
The drug member (D) can be used together with the locking member (A) as a drug set for a tornado type or other flush toilet bowl. The locking member (A) and the drug member (D) may be supplied as a set in an attached state, or may be supplied as separate members as a set, and both may be attached at the time of use. .
(Manufacturing method of drug member)
The method of manufacturing the drug member as described above is not particularly limited as long as there is no concern that the drug will detach from the drug fixing member before the end of use. Among them, melt molding is preferable in that it is easy to manufacture.
Melt molding is particularly advantageous when the medicament is to be in the form of some length that can enter along the recess under the rim, as described above. In this case, it is possible to mold the entire drug portion as a single body, but it is easier to mold the drug portion by dividing it into a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction.
An example of the manufacturing method is given below. A plurality of rectangular parallelepiped containers for containing the melted drug are arranged in series. The drug-fixing member is fitted in the row of containers, and has a curved shape that protrudes outside the container between the containers. By injecting a melted drug into these containers and solidifying it by cooling, a drug member in which a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped drugs are connected by a drug fixing member is obtained.
