Description

A SYSTEM FOR GENERATING AUGMENTED REALITY SCENARIO
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system for allowing scenarios or contents to be presented are generated, updated by authorized persons through an application in applications whereby users can be informed or directed by means of augmented/virtual reality technology and for ensuring that the contents or scenarios generated are executed in augmented/virtual reality media (platforms).
Background of the Invention
Today, virtual reality/augmented reality applications have been commonly used in many sectors upon development of technology. Augmented/virtual reality technology which is commonly used in all fields and all sectors can reach users by means of devices in the form of electronic device and augmented reality glasses.
In the state of the art, contents are generated specifically for a certain subject and presented to users for sectors and solutions wherein an application will be used in augmented reality applications. Due to the fact separate applications are generated for each subject and solution, this causes loss of both time and productivity.
Therefore considering the studies and the deficiencies in the state of the art, it is understood that there is need for a system which enables to generate content of augmented reality applications by a user, to make an update and change thereof in any case.
The United States patent document no. US9066200, an application in the state of the art, discloses a system and method for enabling users to generate augmented reality scenarios. In the said invention, each user of a mobile computing device has a built-in augmented reality application in the mobile computing device. The said application enables the user to generate augmented reality scenarios. The augmented reality application leads the user to choose and/or download the augmented reality content to be included as a part of the augmented reality scenario. The augmented reality application guides a user to choose and/or download a real world trigger item to activate an augmented reality scenario.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to realize a system which enables to generate and update augmented/virtual reality content scenarios by means of an application.
Another objective of the present invention is to realize a system which enables to execute generated contents and scenarios in augmented/virtual reality media.
Detailed Description of the Invention
“A System for Generating Augmented Reality Scenario” realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:

The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

A. External server
The inventive system (1) for generating, updating augmented/virtual reality content scenarios by means of an application and executing the generated contents and scenarios in augmented/virtual reality media comprises: at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to realize data exchange by using any remote communication protocol and to execute at least one application on it; at least one content generation application (3) which is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to ensure that at least augmented/virtual reality scenarios and/or contents are generated; at least one augmented reality application (4) which is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to ensure that at least generated contents are viewed and scenarios are executed; and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol, to realize data exchange with the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) being executed on the electronic device (2) over this communication established, to receive and keep record of contents and scenarios generated on the content generation application (3), and to transmit the said contents and scenarios to the augmented reality application (4) in order to be executed.
The electronic device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a device such as smartphone, tablet, desktop or portable computer configured to execute at least the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) on it. The electronic device (2) is configured to establish communication with the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol and to realize data exchange with the server (5) over this communication established. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronic device (2) is configured to establish communication with the server (5) by using a data bus such as Internet. The electronic device (2) included in the inventive system (1) has at least one microphone enabling to receive the ambient sound, at least one camera enabling to receive the ambient image, at least one speaker enabling audio output and at least one input unit in the form of key or touch screen. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronic device (2) is a glasses with screens in the form of frame. The said electronic device (2) is configured to display the generated virtual media contents to users three- dimensionally by means of the augmented reality application (4) and the screens included on it.
The content generation application (3) included in the inventive system (1) is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to realize data exchange with the server (5) over the communication established between the electronic device (2) and the server (5). The said content generation application (3) is configured to ensure that augmented/virtual reality scenarios and/or contents are generated. The content generation application (3) is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable authorized users to enter information they obtain to log in such as usemame/password. The content generation application (3) is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable authorized users to generate medium scenarios to be presented over the augmented reality application (4) and to download contents and images about virtual media they request to be displayed on the augmented reality application (4). The said content generation application (3) is configured to enable user to update and/or change the contents and scenarios generated by them. The content generation application (3) is configured to ensure that data about the contents created by communicating with the external servers (A) can be extracted from the external servers (A). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the content generation application (3) is configured to establish communication with the external servers (A) such as company servers, information provider servers by using a data bus such as Internet. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the content generation application (3) is a web application or a mobile application. The content generation application (3) is configured to transmit generated scenario and content data to the server (5) over the communication established with the electronic device (2). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the content generation application (3) is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable authorized users to enter their preferences for presenting the generated augmented reality contents to users for a fee/free of charge.
The augmented reality application (4) included in the inventive system (1) is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to realize data exchange with the server (5) over the communication established between the electronic device (2) and the server (5). The augmented reality application (4) is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable users to enter verification information such as usemame/password defined for them. The said augmented reality application (4) is configured to receive augmented reality scenarios and contents generated on the content generation application (3) over the communication established with the electronic device (2). The augmented reality application (4) is configured to ensure that received scenarios and contents are executed and displayed on the electronic device (2).
The server (5) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to realize data exchange with the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) being executed on the electronic device (2) over this communication established. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (5) is configured to realize data exchange with the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) by using a data bus such as Internet. The server (5) is configured to receive the scenario and content data generated on the content generation application (3) over the communication established with the electronic device (2). The server (5) is configured to keep record of the scenario and content data received. The server (5) is configured to check the user authentication information entered to the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) and to verify the user authentication. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (5) is configured to receive and keep record of all transaction data carried out on the augmented reality application (4). The said server (5) is configured to perform an usage analysis about the transactions carried out on the augmented reality application (4) and to generate usage reports in accordance with the analysis performed.
With the inventive system (1), it is enabled to generate augmented reality scenarios -which are generated in different applications for each area of use and sector- over a single application with different subjects and contents.
Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “System for Generating Augmented Reality Scenario (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.

Claims

CLAIMS A system (1) for generating, updating augmented/virtual reality content scenarios by means of an application and executing the generated contents and scenarios in augmented/virtual reality media; comprising: at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to realize data exchange by using any remote communication protocol and to execute at least one application on it; and characterized by at least one content generation application (3) which is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to ensure that at least augmented/virtual reality scenarios and/or contents are generated; at least one augmented reality application (4) which is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to ensure that at least generated contents are viewed and scenarios are executed; and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol, to realize data exchange with the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) being executed on the electronic device (2) over this communication established, to receive and keep record of contents and scenarios generated on the content generation application (3), and to transmit the said contents and scenarios to the augmented reality application (4) in order to be executed. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the electronic device

A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to establish communication with the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol and to realize data exchange with the server (5) over this communication established. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to establish communication with the server (5) by using a data bus such as Internet. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (2) which has at least one microphone enabling to receive the ambient sound, at least one camera enabling to receive the ambient image, at least one speaker enabling audio output and at least one input unit in the form of key or touch screen. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is a glasses with screens in the form of frame. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to display the generated virtual media contents to users three-dimensionally by means of the augmented reality application (4) and the screens included on it. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to realize data exchange with the server (5) over the communication established between the electronic device (2) and the server (5).

9. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to ensure that augmented/virtual reality scenarios and/or contents are generated.
10. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable authorized users to enter information they obtain to log in such as username/password.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable authorized users to generate medium scenarios to be presented over the augmented reality application (4) and to download contents and images about virtual media they request to be displayed on the augmented reality application (4).
12. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to enable user to update and/or change the contents and scenarios generated by them.
13. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to ensure that data about the contents created by communicating with the external servers (A) can be extracted from the external servers (A).
14. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to establish communication with the external servers (A) such as company servers, information provider servers by using a data bus such as Internet.

15. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is a web application or a mobile application.
16. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to transmit generated scenario and content data to the server (5) over the communication established with the electronic device (2).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the content generation application (3) which is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable authorized users to enter their preferences for presenting the generated augmented reality contents to users for a fee/free of charge.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the augmented reality application (4) which is executed on the electronic device (2) and configured to realize data exchange with the server (5) over the communication established between the electronic device (2) and the server (5).
19. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the augmented reality application (4) which is configured to provide an interface adapted so as to enable users to enter verification information such as usemame/password defined for them.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the augmented reality application (4) which is configured to receive augmented reality scenarios and contents generated on the content generation application (3) over the communication established with the electronic device (2).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to realize data exchange with the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) being executed on the electronic device (2) over this communication established. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to realize data exchange with the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) by using a data bus such as Internet. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to receive the scenario and content data generated on the content generation application (3) over the communication established with the electronic device (2). A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to keep record of the scenario and content data received. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to check the user authentication information entered to the content generation application (3) and the augmented reality application (4) and to verify the user authentication.
