The storage unit 11 is provided with the functions of the main storage device and the auxiliary storage device, and the control unit 12 is nothing but a specific example of the arithmetic control function by the CPU.
The storage unit 11 corresponds to the storage unit of the present invention and stores information for managing the remote conference system 100. Specifically, the storage unit 11 stores a room management table 13 for storing room management information (hereinafter referred to as room management information) d13 and information regarding room creation and usage history (hereinafter referred to as room history information) d14. It has a room history table 14 and a room history table 14.
FIG. 2A is a diagram schematically showing the contents of the room management information d13. The room management information d13 is data composed of a room ID, room setting information, and creator information.
The room ID is identifiable information that uniquely identifies the room. The room setting information is information related to the room setting, and specifically includes a password, a room name, a room type, an option setting, a URL, and the like.
The password, room name and option settings are items that the organizer sets for the room when creating the room. In the present embodiment, there are two types of rooms, a "normal room" and a "one-time room". A normal room is a room that survives permanently once the organizer creates the room and can be used continuously. When creating a room for a normal room, various settings related to the room are required according to the input of the organizer. When creating a "normal room" room, it is necessary to enter the password, room name and option settings as described above.
On the other hand, the one-time room is a room for one remote conference, and when one remote conference is completed, the room disappears. In the one-time room, the organizer does not need to make various settings related to the room when creating the room, and the room setting information is automatically set by the one-click instruction that the organizer gives one input command to the remote conference system 100. Created in. The one-time room teleconferencing was devised for the purpose of reducing the time and effort required to create a room for the organizer, and makes it possible to easily provide a one-time teleconferencing. For example, even in a situation where only an information processing terminal such as a smartphone is carried in a remote environment or an outing environment, a room can be easily created, so that a remote conference can be easily executed.
The option settings consist of, for example, setting whether to turn on the microphone, camera, and chat log saving in the initial settings, and setting the type of questionnaire when attaching a questionnaire. The URL is access information for participating in a remote conference. The URL is automatically generated based on the room creation information when the server 1 creates a room. The room ID may be set by the organizer or may be automatically generated.
The creator information is information about the creator of the remote conference, and is composed of the user ID of the organizer and the like. The user ID is identifiable information that uniquely identifies the user in the remote conference system 100.
FIG. 2B is a diagram schematically showing the contents of the room history information d14. The room history information d14 is data composed of a room ID, a creation date and time, a room state, and user information.
The creation date and time is the date and time when the room was created. The room state is the state of whether or not the room is currently alive. User information is history information of users who are using or have used the room.
Although not shown in FIG. 1, the storage unit 11 has a user authentication table for managing login information (user ID, password) for a user to log in to the remote conference system 100, and various types of the remote conference system 100. The server program that executes the process is stored.
The control unit 12 corresponds to the execution unit of the present invention and controls the execution of the remote conference. Specifically, the control unit 12 has a first room creation unit 15 and a second room creation unit 16. The first room creation unit 15 creates the room management information d13 of the room type “normal room”. In other words, it is a room creation function when the organizer inputs the setting items of the room and creates the room. On the other hand, the second room creation unit 16 creates the room management information d13 of the room type “one-time room”. That is, the second room creation unit 16 is a room creation function when the organizer gives an instruction for a one-time room with one click.
The server 1 may be a device physically composed of one, or may be composed of a system in which a plurality of devices are connected to a network.
The information processing terminal 2 is a computer managed by a user, and in the present embodiment, a personal computer, a smartphone, a tablet device, or the like is assumed. The information processing terminal 2 is composed of an electronic device having a main storage device (memory) including a central processing unit (CPU) having at least an arithmetic function and a control function, and a RAM having a function of storing programs and data. ing. Further, the information processing terminal 2 is composed of an input device such as a keyboard, a mouse, a touch panel, a microphone, and a camera, and an output device such as a display device and a speaker represented by a liquid crystal display as a hardware configuration. The microphone functions as a voice input device in a remote conference, the speaker functions as a voice output device in a remote conference, the camera functions as a video input device in a remote conference, and the display device functions as a video output device in a remote conference.
As shown in FIG. 1, the conference application 21 is installed in the information processing terminal 2. The conference application 21 is a terminal application program for using the remote conference system 100, and corresponds to an execution unit of the present invention.
The conference application 21 has a function of the organizer to create a room for a remote conference, a function for a user to participate in a remote conference and execute a remote conference, a function for a user to search and display a room, and the like. ..
Next, an example of a screen displayed on the information processing terminal 2 by executing the conference application 21 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.
FIG. 3 is a room creation screen dis10 when the organizer creates a room of the room type "normal room". In this case, the server 1 functions as the first room creation unit 15. As a premise, it is assumed that the organizer has started the conference application 21 on the information processing terminal 2 and is logged in to the remote conference system 100. Further, the room creation screen dis10 shown in FIG. 3 is a screen when the personal computer is used as the information processing terminal 2.
The organizer inputs the setting item s11 on the room creation screen dis10 after logging in, and presses the create button b12 or the create / join button b13, so that the information processing terminal 2 inputs the information regarding the input setting item s11. Send to server 1. The server 1 creates the room management information d13 of the room type "normal room" based on the received setting items, and stores the room management information d13 in the room management table 13.
FIG. 4 (a) shows the room creation screen dis20 before the creation when the organizer creates a room of the room type "one-time room", and FIG. 4 (b) shows the room type "one-time room" by the organizer. This is the room creation screen dis30 after creation when creating a room. In this case, the second room creation unit 16 functions on the server 1. As a premise, it is assumed that the organizer has started the conference application 21 on the information processing terminal 2 and is logged in to the remote conference system 100. Further, the room creation screens dis20 and dis30 shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B are screens when the smartphone is used as the information processing terminal 2.
The organizer can create a room simply by pressing the one-time room creation button b23 instructing the room creation of the one-time room on the room creation screen dis20 after login. Specifically, when the one-time room creation button b23 is pressed on the room creation screen dis20, the information processing terminal 2 transmits information of a one-time meeting room creation instruction (hereinafter referred to as a one-time room creation instruction) to the server 1. do. The server 1 creates the room management information d13 of the room type "one-time room" based on the received information of the one-time room creation instruction, and stores it in the room management table 13. In this case, the second room creation unit 16 of the server 1 automatically sets, for example, the room ID and the room setting information (for example, password, room name, option setting) originally set by the organizer. Then, the room management information d13 is created.
In the present embodiment, the room name is AA, but the room name is not limited to this, and other room names such as a quick meeting and a one-time room may be used. In addition, the room name here is set by default for the purpose of reducing the man-hours for creating the room by the organizer. In addition, the password is automatically set when creating a "one-time room" room to maintain a secure environment. If a secure environment is not required, it is possible to set it so that no password is required, but this is not preferable because of the risk. Also, regarding the options, it is set to turn on the microphone, camera and chat log saving, and not to attach a questionnaire.
The room creation screen dis20 is also a screen on which the history h21 of the room created by the organizer in the past is displayed.
On the room creation screen dis30, in addition to the display of the room creation screen dis20, the history h21a of the newly created room and the message m31 indicating that the room of the room type "one-time room" has been created are displayed. As a result, the organizer can confirm that the room of the room type "one-time room" has been created, and can grasp that the URL has been stored in the memory buffer of the information processing terminal 2, so that the memory can be stored. The URL stored in the buffer can be transmitted to the participants using a communication tool such as e-mail.
In the room histories h21 and h21a shown in FIG. 4, rooms of the room type "one-time room" are displayed, and the room names are the same, but the room type "one-time room" is created. In that case, the room names may be created as the same, or they may be created as different room names. After using the "one-time room" room, the room name may be changed in order to recognize the used "one-time room" room. In this case, if there is a recorded material such as a chat log in the used "one-time room" room, it is useful when confirming the stored material later.
Further, the room histories h21 and h21a shown in FIG. 4 are both provided with a participation button, and it is possible to participate in a remote conference via the room, but the already held (used) "one-time". When "Room" is displayed, the participation button is not attached. This is because a room of the room type "one-time room" can be used only once.
In this way, the remote conference system 100 permits the remote conference to be executed again based on the room management information d13 (room type "normal room") created in the past by the first room creation unit 15. .. In other words, it is possible to execute the remote conference again based on the "normal room" once created. On the other hand, the remote conference system 100 does not allow the remote conference to be executed again based on the room management information d13 (room type "one-time room") created in the past by the second room creation unit 16. .. In other words, it is impossible to execute the remote conference again based on the "one-time room" once created.
FIG. 5 is a remote conference room management screen dis40. As a premise, it is assumed that the user has started the conference application 21 on the information processing terminal 2 and is logged in to the remote conference system 100. Further, the room management screen dis50 shown in FIG. 5 is a screen when the personal computer is used as the information processing terminal 2.
Each display h41 of the room management screen dis40 is displayed based on the room management information d13 and the room history information d14 of the room of the remote conference in which the user is involved. Among the display h41, as for the one-time room item, the room management information d13 whose room type is "one-time room" is displayed as ◯. The number of people in the room is calculated based on the user information of the room history information d14.
By managing the room in this way, it is possible to grasp the usage status of the user's remote conference system 100. The room name of the room displayed on the room management screen dis40 as shown in FIG. 5 may be changed. The change of the room name here may be performed on the room management screen dis40, or may be performed by transitioning to another screen. This change in the room name makes it easier to identify the room. In particular, the room type "one-time room" has the same name in principle, but the room name can be changed to identify the room.
Further, in the present embodiment, the room of the room type "normal room" created by the first room creation unit 15 and the room type "one-time room" created by the second room creation unit 16 for each user. The room is managed with the same room, and the room is visually managed on the same room management screen dis40. In this way, according to the remote conference system 100, each user is visually managed on the same room management screen dis40, so that the user can use the room type "normal room" or the room type "one-time". You can grasp your own usage status regardless of the "room". Further, by performing such visual management, it becomes easy to manage the recorded material recorded in any of the rooms.
The server program and the conference application 21 according to the present embodiment are stored in the memory of each device constituting the remote conference system 100, or may be recorded in a computer-readable recording medium. Examples of computer-readable recording media include hard disks, flexible disks, CD-ROMs, MOs, and DVD-ROMs. Further, the server-side program and the conference application 21 according to the present embodiment may be distributed via the communication network.
As described above, according to the remote conference system 100 of the present embodiment, two types of rooms can be created, so that a remote conference can be held according to the purpose. For example, when creating a room of the room type "normal room", it is suitable for executing a continuous remote conference by the same member. Further, for example, when a room of the room type "one-time room" is created and a remote conference is held, it is suitable for executing a simple one-time remote conference. That is, in the past, when a meeting like the latter was held, the organizer had to set various information to create a room, which sometimes took time, but even in such a case, it is easy. You can run a conference call. That is, according to the remote conference system 100 according to the present embodiment, two types of rooms can be created. Therefore, normally, a remote conference is held in a room of the room type "normal room" in which the conditions are set. It is possible to communicate and hold meetings in the room of the room type "one-time room" even in an emergency or simple use.
In the remote conference system 100 of the above embodiment, the information processing terminal 2 uses the conference application 21 to realize the function of the execution unit of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the information processing terminal 2 does not have to use the conference application 21, and the function of the execution unit of the present invention may be realized by the function of the Web browser of the information processing terminal 2.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the present invention is various with respect to the embodiments of the present invention as long as the gist of the present invention is not deviated. Can be modified or modified, and those accompanied by such modifications or modifications are also included in the technical scope of the present invention.
