     該掛止部の前記外周面および/または前記内周面において肉抜き状凹部が周方向に形成され、前記雄部材の前記プラグに対する引き抜きに伴って、前記雄部材や前記雌部材から押圧力を受けると、前記壁部と前記掛止部の接続部分が弾性的に折り曲がることにより径方向外側または径方向内側に移動するものとなされ、
