Description
WEARABLE TECHNOLOGICAL ARTICLE AND PERSON CONTACT TRACKING AND
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USED IN PANDEMIC DISEASE INCIDENCES
Technical Field
The invention is related to a wearable technological article and person contact tracking and management system that is used during global pandemic disease incidences and is assigned to each person living in the present geography and is used by being worn, which records the contact of people with each other at a predetermined distance and for a predetermined period of time, and prevents said pandemic disease from spreading by retrieving said records when necessary. The invention enables to determine, the people that have contacted the person that has been diagnosed with the virus, prevents the spreading of the virus, thereby enabling to control the pandemic disease.
With the invention, other people who are contacted by the person carrying the virus are identified and the distribution of the pandemic disease is ensured by preventing the spread of the virus.
Prior Art
Infectious diseases that threaten the health of people living around the world are called pandemic diseases. Today, covid-19 is the most dangerous virus type of the related diseases. If the virus mentioned is approached to another person at a certain distance, the virus is transmitted from the other person to the other person and the cases are increasing if it is not kept under control.
At this stage, in order to get the virus under control, it is necessary to identify the other person who may be infected, and to control the cases. At this stage, wearable technology is used in our invention.
Using the wearable technology in the current technique, it is controlled that people follow their children and observe where they are located.
In addition, in the Turkish Patent document numbered TR 2020/01030, Follow-up of hotel guests and hotel staff in closed areas, especially in hotels, via Bluetooth, smart wristband tracking system and method that enables opening of doors and turnstiles and informing the closed area of people in emergency situations are explained.
In the current technique and today, there is no system for controlling and managing the cases by preventing the increase of cases by identifying other people infected with the contact of viruses with the use of wearable technological goods.
Detailed Description of the Invention
Wearable technological article and person contact tracking and management system having the following hardware;
At least a Bluetooth that enables access to other wearable technological articles, at least a battery that provides activation power to the article, at least a memory card in which, information related to other people contacted by the person wearing the technological article is recorded, wherein said wearable technological article is assigned to a person, according to the citizenship identification number of said person,
At least a reader device that reads the information recorded in the memory card of the wearable article, characterized by comprising the steps of
Supplying the wearable technologic article to everyone living in the geography where the pandemic disease is present, according to the citizenship identification number of each person
Collecting data via the wearable technological article worn by people, during contacts with others at a pre-determined distance Application of the person to the hospital or related institution, when the virus is detected,
Contactless scanning of the wearable technological article by the reader device
Determining the other people that have recently been in contact with the person diagnosed with the virus
Conducting the related tests, after reaching the people that have been determined to be in contact
If the tests of these contacted people are found to be positive, testing other people that have been in contact with these people, by reading their wearable devices,
Continuing the test cycle until the entire test results turn up negative, thereby controlling the spread of the pandemic disease.
The wearable technological article of the invention, in case of violation of the pre determined and recorded distance with other people in any area where the people are in the day, automatically determines the person (s) with whom the distance rule violation is detected by detecting the people with the blue tooth module and, when necessary, Includes memory card providing access.
Wearable technological goods belonging to the method have electronic devices and equipment that consume minimum energy. Because for an efficient use, the battery must have a long life. Preferably, electronic equipment with GPRS, GPS and cloud technology can be placed in the article and operated in more functions. Said article can be installed on a desired bracelet, watch, buckle, badge, hat, phone case, wallet and so on.
The way in which wearable technological article and person contact tracking and management system used in pandemic disease incidences work is as follows;
Persons in the relevant geography are given a wearable technological item that they will carry with them continuously by the authorized institutions. These items contain a memory card. If people who come to the market, to the bank or anywhere during the day are found closer to any person around them from a certain distance, the memory card automatically copies the contact's information by communicating with the person's belonging at close range via the blue tooth. Likewise, information is copied to the memory card of the other party. Later, if any of the parties are infected and this is understood, when it is taken to the hospital, the data on the memory card will be read by a card reader to easily identify who the infected person is in contact with, and with whom it is closer than a certain distance, and to reach and treat those people will be provided easily. The loop proceeds in this way.
Thanks to a follow-up and warning system of the invention, if there are people infected by the patient, early diagnosis and diagnosis of the disease can be provided. In this way, the progression of the disease can be prevented and the disease can be prevented in a short time with the early diagnosis of the patients. In addition, the virus infection is under control.
