本实用新型提供了扬声器结构及应用该扬声器结构的电子设备。提供一种电子设备,包括扬声器结构,其中,扬声器结构包括第一盖体、与第一盖体合围形成收容空间的第二盖体及收容于收容空间内的扬声器单体,扬声器单体的一侧具有振膜,振膜与第一盖体合围形成前腔,第一盖体的一侧开设与前腔连通的出声孔,第一盖体具有与振膜正对的前腔壁,扬声器结构还包括设置于前腔壁的靠近振膜侧的软质支撑物。在前腔壁设置的软质支撑物可以抑制振膜的振幅,避免振膜撞击前腔壁,且软质支撑物在振膜振幅异常过大时能起到缓冲作用,避免杂音出现,本方案的扬声器结构能够起到抑制振膜振幅及保护扬声器结构的作用,从而提高扬声器结构的音质及使用寿命。

扬声器结构及应用该扬声器结构的电子设备 技术领域
本实用新型属于发声器件技术领域,尤其涉及扬声器结构及应用该扬声器结构的电子设备。
背景技术
扬声器结构是一种重要的声学部件,其通常包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于收容空间内的扬声器单体,扬声器单体的振膜与壳体的一侧围合形成前腔,壳体上开设与前腔连通的出声孔。在一些产品中给扬声器结构预留的空间并不大,因此需要减小前腔的体积以节约空间,但扬声器结构工作时振膜需要振动,前腔体积减小后减小了振膜的振动空间,当振膜的振动幅度过大时容易撞击到前腔的内壁而产生杂声,影响了扬声器结构的音质及使用寿命。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器结构及应用该扬声器结构的电子设备,能够起到抑制振膜振幅及保护扬声器结构的作用,从而提高扬声器结构的音质及使用寿命。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:提供一种扬声器结构,包括第一盖体、与所述第一盖体合围形成收容空间的第二盖体及收容于所述收容空间内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体的一侧具有振膜,所述振膜与所述第一盖体合围形成前腔,所述第一盖体的一侧开设与所述前腔连通的出声孔,所述第一盖体具有与所述振膜正对的前腔壁,所述扬声器结构还包括设置于所述前腔壁的靠近所述振膜侧的软质支撑物。
进一步地,所述振膜包括位于中部的球顶,所述软质支撑物在垂直于所述球顶的方向的投影至少部分与所述球顶重合。
进一步地,所述前腔壁的与所述球顶远离所述出声孔的两角正对处均设置所述软质支撑物。
进一步地,所述前腔壁的与所述球顶的四个角正对处均设置所述软质支撑物。
进一步地,所述软质支撑物采用泡棉或吸声棉。
进一步地,所述第一盖体包括与所述第二盖体相连的主体部及固定于所述主体部的正对所述振膜处的前腔钢片,所述主体部的正对所述振膜处开设开口,所述前腔钢片覆盖所述开口。
进一步地,所述主体部的远离所述扬声器单体侧朝靠近所述扬声器单体的方向凹陷形成环绕所述开口的装配槽,所述前腔壁为所述前腔钢片覆盖开口的部分,所述前腔钢片还包括自所述前腔壁的周缘朝所述装配槽弯曲延伸形成的与所述装配槽匹配的装配边沿,所述装配边沿固定于所述装配槽内。
进一步地,所述出声孔开设于所述主体部的一侧,所述扬声器结构还包括盖设于所述出声孔的远离所述前腔端的网板。
进一步地,提供一种电子设备,包括如上任意一种所述的扬声器结构。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
在前腔壁设置的软质支撑物可以在振膜朝前腔壁振动的振幅过大时抑制振膜的振幅,避免振膜撞击前腔壁,且软质支撑物在振膜振幅异常过大时能起到缓冲作用,避免杂音出现,本方案的扬声器结构能够起到抑制振膜振幅及保护扬声器结构的作用,从而提高扬声器结构的音质及使用寿命。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
提供一种电子设备,包括扬声器结构,其中,如图1-4所示,扬声器结构包括第一盖体1、与第一盖体1合围形成收容空间的第二盖体2及收容于收容空间内的扬声器单体3,扬声器单体3的一侧具有振膜31,振膜31与第一盖体1合围形成前腔001,第一盖体1的一侧开设与前腔001连通的出声孔111,第一盖体1具有与振膜31正对的前腔壁121,扬声器结构还包括设置于前腔壁121的靠近振膜31侧的软质支撑物4。
在前腔壁121设置的软质支撑物4可以在振膜31朝前腔壁121振动的振幅过大时抑制振膜31的振幅,避免振膜31撞击前腔壁121,且软质支撑物4在振膜31振幅异常过大时能起到缓冲作用,避免杂音出现,本方案的扬声器结构能够起到抑制振膜31振幅及保护扬声器结构的作用,从而提高扬声器结构的音质及使用寿命。
在本实施例中,第一盖体1包括与第二盖体2相连的主体部11及固定于主体部11的正对振膜31处的前腔钢片12,主体部11的正对振膜31处开设由前腔钢片12盖合的开口114,前腔壁121为前腔钢片12的盖合开口114的部分,即软质支撑物4设置于前腔钢片12靠近振膜31的一侧,通过软质支撑物4可以抑制振膜31的振幅及对振膜31进行缓冲,从而防止振膜31撞击前腔钢片12而发出杂声。
第一盖体1包括与第二盖体2相连的主体部11及固定于主体部11的正对振膜31处的前腔钢片12,主体部11的远离扬声器单体3侧朝靠近扬声器单体3的方向凹陷形成环绕开口114的装配槽113,前腔壁121为前腔钢片12的正对振膜31的中间部分,前腔钢片12还包括自前腔壁121的周缘朝装配槽113弯曲延伸形成的与装配槽113匹配的装配边沿122,装配边沿122固定于装配槽113内。具体的,在本实施例中,装配边沿122与主体部11注塑为一体,从而使装配边沿122与主体部11连接紧密,在其他实施例中,装配边沿122可以嵌设于装配槽113内之后通过螺钉与装配槽113底部固定,装配边沿122可以通过粘接、焊接等方式与装配槽113底部固定,装配槽113的设置可以方便前腔钢片12的定位,同时可保证前腔钢片12与主体部11之间连接的牢固性。
振膜31包括位于中部的球顶311,软质支撑物4在垂直于球顶311的方向的投影至少部分与球顶311重合。具体的,为了达到对振膜31的缓冲效果,可以在前腔壁121的与球顶311远离出声孔111的两角正对处均设置软质支撑物4,也可以在前腔壁121的与球顶311的四个角正对处均设置软质支撑物4,软质支撑物4可以通过螺钉与前腔壁121固定连接。在其他实施例中,软质支撑物4可以设置在前腔壁121的与球顶311边缘正对处,具体数量和边缘位置可以根据实际情况调整,例如,可以在前腔壁121的与球顶311远离出声孔111的边缘正对处均匀设置一个、两个或三个等的软质支撑物4,也可以在前腔壁121的与球顶311的四个边缘正对处都均匀设置一个、两个或三个等的软质支撑物4。
在本实施例中,软质支撑物4采用泡棉或吸声棉。泡棉的厚度可以在0.1mm-0.4mm以内,优选0.2mm,其厚度可以根据实际情况具体设置,例如0.15mm、0.25mm、0.30mm、0.35mm等;吸声棉的厚度可以在0.15mm-0.5mm以内,优选0.35mm,其厚度可以根据实际情况具体设置,例如0.20mm、0.25mm、0.30mm、0.40mm、0.45mm等。
出声孔111开设于主体部11的一侧,扬声器结构还包括盖设于出声孔111的远离前腔001端的网板,出声孔111内设置支撑板112,第二盖体2与扬声器单体3围合形成后腔002,第二盖体2包括与主体部11配合连接的盖体部21及与盖体部21注塑为一体的后腔钢片22;扬声器结构还包括与主体部11注塑为一体的加固片6,从而提高第一盖体1的强度。
以上的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器结构,包括第一盖体、与所述第一盖体合围形成收容空间的第二盖体及收容于所述收容空间内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体的一侧具有振膜,所述振膜与所述第一盖体合围形成前腔,所述第一盖体的一侧开设与所述前腔连通的出声孔,其特征在于,所述第一盖体具有与所述振膜正对的前腔壁,所述扬声器结构还包括设置于所述前腔壁的靠近所述振膜侧的软质支撑物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器结构,其特征在于,所述振膜包括位于中部的球顶,所述软质支撑物在垂直于所述球顶的方向的投影至少部分与所述球顶重合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器结构,其特征在于,所述前腔壁的与所述球顶远离所述出声孔的两角正对处均设置所述软质支撑物。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器结构,其特征在于,所述前腔壁的与所述球顶的四个角正对处均设置所述软质支撑物。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器结构,其特征在于,所述软质支撑物采用泡棉或吸声棉。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的扬声器结构,其特征在于,所述第一盖体包括与所述第二盖体相连的主体部及固定于所述主体部的正对所述振膜处的前腔钢片,所述主体部的正对所述振膜处开设开口,所述前腔钢片覆盖所述开口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器结构,其特征在于,所述主体部的远离所述扬声器单体侧朝靠近所述扬声器单体的方向凹陷形成环绕所述开口的装配槽,所述前腔壁为所述前腔钢片覆盖开口的部分,所述前腔钢片还包括自所述前腔壁的周缘朝所述装配槽弯曲延伸形成的与所述装配槽匹配的装配边沿,所述装配边沿固定于所述装配槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器结构,其特征在于,所述出声孔开设于所述主体部的一侧,所述扬声器结构还包括盖设于所述出声孔的远离所述前腔端的网板。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的扬声器结构。
