     少なくとも1以上のユーザ端末からのアクセスを受け付けるユーザ端末アクセス受付手段と、
     前記ユーザ端末アクセス受付手段により受け付けられた前記ユーザ端末のユーザのうち、所定条件を満たすユーザを所定のイベントに登録するユーザ登録処理手段と、
     前記ユーザ登録処理手段により前記所定のイベントに登録された前記ユーザの前記ユーザ端末から前記所定のイベントの前記コンテンツデータを受け付けるコンテンツデータ受付手段と、
     前記コンテンツデータ受付手段により受け付けられた前記コンテンツデータを記憶手段に記憶させるコンテンツデータ記憶処理手段と、
     前記記憶手段に記憶された前記コンテンツデータを、前記ユーザ登録処理手段により前記所定のイベントに登録された少なくとも1以上の他のユーザの前記ユーザ端末からの要求に応じて、当該他のユーザに閲覧させるコンテンツデータ閲覧制御手段とを含む
