Abstract

Appareil orthodontique transparent présentant une surface externe (1), une surface interne (2) et une épaisseur formée entre la surface interne et la surface externe, l'épaisseur étant répartie de manière irrégulière au niveau de différentes positions de l'appareil orthodontique, et les positions de l'appareil orthodontique sollicitées, renforcées, résistantes à l'usure et/ou au niveau desquelles sont ajoutées des accessoires, étant plus épaisses que les positions qui sont normalement sollicitées, moins sollicitées, non sollicitées et/ou qui ne servent que pour assurer une liaison. L'appareil orthodontique transparent présente diverses fonctions en lien avec les différences d'épaisseur ou de rigidité de l'appareil orthodontique transparent lui-même et des composants et/ou accessoires supplémentaires sur l'appareil orthodontique, et n'est sujet ni à déformation, ni à défaillance matérielle.
