本申请涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于区块链的图片的交易系统、方法、装置及电子设备。
背景技术
随着移动互联网技术的快速发展,越来越多的用户选择在电商平台上购物。相对于线下购物而言,用户在线上购物时不能直接接触商品,往往只能通过线上店铺提供的有关商品的图片或视频中了解所要购买的商品。以服饰类商品为例,电商平台上的卖家为了让用户尽可能多地了解到所卖服饰的上身效果,通常会在线下雇佣一些专业模特,拍摄并上传所卖服饰的模特上身图片。
然而,由于卖家上传的模特上身图片通常会经过一些后期处理,这在一定程度上会影响用户对买家所卖服饰的实际上身效果的判断。此外,卖家上传到电商平台上的商品图片也可能会被其他商户通过截屏或录屏的方式下载并使用。因此,如何为用户提供可信的商品图片,以及如何维护商品图片的版权,仍需进一步的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种基于区块链的图片的交易系统、方法、装置及电子设备,以解决现有的电商平台中难以为用户提供可信的商品图片,且难以维护商品图片版权的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例是这样实现的:
第一方面,提出了一种基于区块链的图片的交易系统,所述系统包括交易节点和版权认证节点,其中:

本申请实施例采用上述技术方案至少可以达到下述技术效果:
在用户在交易节点上传了目标图片后,能够通过交易节点将该目标图片上传至区块链中,再通过版权认证节点基于该目标图片对该目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对该目标图片的版权认证通过后将该目标图片添加到图片交易池中,该图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。这样交易节点在该图片交易池中选择的交易的图片都是经过版权认证的 图片,那么,交易节点通过该图片交易池获取的图片则可以在交易平台上展示给用户,使得用户能够看到合法可信的图片。

以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
为解决现有的电商平台中难以为用户提供可信的商品图片,且难以维护商品图片版权的问题,本说明书实施例提供一种基于区块链的图片的交易系统。
具体地,本说明书一个或多个实施例提供的一种基于区块链的图片的交易系统的结 构示意图如图1所示,包括交易节点110和版权认证节点120,其中:
交易节点110,将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中。
其中,目标图片可以是用户在交易节点提供的交易平台上购买某一商品之后拍摄的买家秀图片,或者是用户通过图像处理软件处理过的商品的图片,等等用户原创的图片都可以被用户上传至交易节点上。
应理解,由于区块链中的节点往往会有多个,为了便于版权认证节点能够及时监听或获取到目标图片,该用户的目标图片中还可以携带版权认证节点的标识,这样在版权认证节点监听区块链中广播的消息时,可以只监听包含版权认证节点的标识的消息。其中,版权认证节点的标识可以是该版权认证节点在区块链中的唯一标识。
可选地,为了确保该目标图片是由交易节点上传到区块链中,本说明书实施例中的用户的目标图片中还可以携带该目标图片的不可逆校验信息,比如可以携带该目标图片的图片摘要、交易节点通过其私钥对该目标图片的图片摘要进行签名的签名信息。这样当版权认证节点监听并获取到目标图片时,便可以基于该目标图片以及该目标图片的不可逆校验信息对该目标图片的来源进行校验,具体可以首先基于该目标图片计算得到该目标图片的图片摘要,再基于其私钥对目标图片的签名信息进行解密得到待验证的图片摘要,若基于该目标图片计算得到该目标图片的图片摘要与待验证的图片摘要一致,则可以确定该目标图片的来源为交易节点。
版权认证节点120,基于目标图片的图片内容对目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对目标图片的版权认证通过后将目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
其中,基于目标图片的图片内容对目标图片的版权进行认证,具体可以基于目标图片的图片内容与预设的原创图片库,应用图像识别技术对该目标图片的版权进行认证。其中,预设的原创图片库中的图片可以由版权认证节点或者区块链维护,且该预设的原创图片库中的图片均可以是通过版权认证节点的版权认证的图片。若通过图像识别技术确定预设的原创图片库中不存在与目标图片的图片内容相匹配的图片,则可以通过对目标图片的版权认证。
应理解,为便于交易节点对目标图片进行合法交易,本说明书实施例在对目标图片的版权认证通过后可以将目标图片添加到图片交易池中。添加到图片交易池中的图片可以开放给区块链中的所有交易节点、或者注册有区块链账号的交易平台或者用户,以供 这些交易节点、交易平台和用户能够对图片交易池中的图片进行交易。
可选地,为保证图片交易池中的图片的交易均是征得图片所有者的授权的,那么在对目标图片的版权认证通过后将目标图片添加到图片交易池中之后,
版权认证节点在对目标图片的版权认证通过后,基于目标图片生成目标图片的版权证书;
版权认证节点将目标图片的版权证书发送给交易节点,以使得交易节点将目标图片的版权证书以及预设提示框展示给用户;其中,预设提示框用于提示用户是否确认将目标图片作为可交易的图片;
若版权认证节点接收到来自交易节点的确认信息,确认信息用于指示用户确认将目标图片作为可交易的图片,则版权认证节点将目标图片添加到图片交易池中。
为确保用户将目标图片上传至交易节点后能够被交易节点上传至区块链中,避免用户原创的目标图片被交易节点私自使用从而侵犯用户的图片版权,本说明书实施例中的目标图片的版权证书中还可以包括目标图片的图片哈希值,目标图片的图片哈希值用于在预设的图片版权库中获取目标图片的版权证书。其中,预设的图片版权库可以由区块链或者版权认证节点来维护,该预设的图片版权库可开放给用户、交易平台和交易节点,用于基于版权证书中携带的图片哈希值确认该版权证书的是否真实存在以及其合法性。
应理解,为便于记录和区分各图片的版权证书,该目标图片的版权证书中还可以包括目标图片的所有者信息、上传时间、上传节点以及图片内容简述等信息。
可选地,为了便于用户对目标图片的交易价格进行设置,该预设提示框还可以包括目标图片的交易价格设置选项,在版权认证节点将目标图片的版权证书发送给交易节点之后,
交易节点将目标图片的版权证书以及预设提示框展示给用户;
交易节点若确定用户确认将目标图片作为可交易的图片、以及用户设置的目标图片的交易价格之后,交易节点将用户确认将目标图片作为可交易的图片以及目标图片的交易价格上传至区块链中。
其中,预设提示框包括的目标图片的交易价格设置选项可以是可选的选项,即用户可以选择设置目标图片的交易价格,也可以选择不设置目标图片的交易价格,当用户选择不设置目标图片的交易价格时,可以通过交易节点根据市场平均交易价格给出目标图 片的交易价格。
为便于交易节点基于目标图片的交易过程能够顺利进行,本说明书实施例可以预先配置用于执行图片交易过程的指定智能合约。
可选地,版权认证节点将目标图片添加到图片交易池中,包括:
版权认证节点将目标图片以及图标图片的交易价格添加到图片交易池中。
应理解,为便于用户对目标图片的交易价格的设置,该指定智能合约中有关交易价格的部分可设置为待填充字段,即在易节点将用户确认将目标图片作为可交易的图片以及目标图片的交易价格上传至区块链中之后,可根据目标图片的交易价格填充上述待填充字段。
可选地,在版权认证节点将目标图片添加到图片交易池中之后,若交易节点从图片交易池中选择该目标图片进行交易,那么:
交易节点从图片交易池中获取目标图片;
交易节点基于目标图片,向区块链发送交易请求,以触发目标图片对应的指定智能合约完成目标图片的交易,以及在交易完成之后触发指定智能合约将交易对应的交易记录上传至区块链中。
应理解,为避免后期出现交易纠纷时取证困难,本说明书实施例中的指定智能合约还可以在每次图片交易完成之后,将交易对应的交易记录上传至区块链中,以便区块链中的其他节点(比如司法机构节点)确认并记录该交易记录,以便后期出现交易纠纷时进行取证。
可选地,为了避免交易节点擅自将目标图片授权给其他用户、交易平台或者交易节点使用,造成该目标图片的侵权问题,在交易节点触发目标图片对应的智能合约完成目标图片的交易之后,
交易节点可以将目标图片的使用记录上传至区块链中。
应理解,为了减小目标图片的使用过程中产生侵权纠纷时的取证难度,交易节点可以将目标图片的使用记录上传至区块链中,以使得区块链中的其他节点,比如版权认证节点和司法机构节点对该目标图片的使用记录进行确认并记录。
应理解,由于电商平台的卖家或者商户通常上传的商品图片通常是经过后期图片处理的图片,其图片真实性不确定。在这种情况下,商品评论区中其他已购买用户上传的 买家秀图片,由于图片拍摄的真实性较高,能够为用户提供可信的商品使用体验,因此,很多买家在购买商品之前,往往会看商品评论区中其他已购买用户对商品的评论和买家秀图片。此时,电商平台的卖家或者商户为提高所卖商品的购买率,则可以征用用户上传的一些高质量的买家秀图片。
下面以图2为例,对本说明书实施例提供的系统的使用过程进行详细说明。如图2所示,以交易节点为入驻到区块链中的电商平台、且版权认证节点为入驻到区块链中的版权认证机构为例,对用户上传的买家秀图片的版权认证和交易过程进行详细说明。在图2中,包括下述主要步骤:
S21,用户将所拍摄或处理过的原创买家秀图片上传至电商平台;
S22,电商平台将买家秀图片上传到区块链中,该买家秀图片中携带版权认证机构的标识,以使得区块链将该买家秀图片广播;

S24,版权认证机构基于该买家秀图片和预设的原创图片库,对该买家秀图片的版权进行认证。

在用户在交易节点上传了目标图片后,能够通过交易节点将该目标图片上传至区块链中,再通过版权认证节点基于该目标图片对该目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对该目标图片的版权认证通过后将该目标图片添加到图片交易池中,该图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。这样交易节点在该图片交易池中选择的交易的图片都是经过版权认证的图片,那么,交易节点通过该图片交易池获取的图片则可以在交易平台上展示给用户,使得用户能够看到合法可信的图片。

在用户在交易节点上传了目标图片后,能够通过交易节点将该目标图片上传至区块链中,再通过版权认证节点基于该目标图片对该目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对该目标图片的版权认证通过后将该目标图片添加到图片交易池中,该图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。这样交易节点在该图片交易池中选择的交易的图片都是经过版权认证的图片,那么,交易节点通过该图片交易池获取的图片则可以在交易平台上展示给用户,使得用户能够看到合法可信的图片。
图4是本说明书实施例提供的基于区块链的图片的交易方法应用于版权认证节点的实现流程示意图,包括:
S410,基于目标图片的图片内容对目标图片的版权进行认证;
S420,在对目标图片的版权认证通过后,将目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,目标图片为区块链中的交易节点上传至区块链中的,图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。

在用户在交易节点上传了目标图片后,能够通过交易节点将该目标图片上传至区块链中,再通过版权认证节点基于该目标图片对该目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对该目标图片的版权认证通过后将该目标图片添加到图片交易池中,该图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。这样交易节点在该图片交易池中选择的交易的图片都是经过版权认证的图片,那么,交易节点通过该图片交易池获取的图片则可以在交易平台上展示给用户,使得用户能够看到合法可信的图片。
图5是本说明书实施例提供的交易节点500的结构示意图。请参考图5,在一种软件实施方式中,交易节点500可包括上传单元501,其中:
上传单元501,将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中,以使得所述区块链中的版权认证节点基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
可选地,在一种实施方式中,在所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中之后,所述交易节点还包括:
获取单元(图中未示出),从所述图片交易池中获取所述目标图片;

认证单元601,基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证;
添加单元602,在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后,将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述目标图片为区块链中的交易节点上传至所述区块链中的,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。

图7是本说明书的一个实施例提供的电子设备的结构示意图。请参考图7,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器,可选地还包括内部总线、网络接口、存储器。其中,存储器可能包含内存,例如高速随机存取存储器(Random-Access Memory,RAM),也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少1个磁盘存储器等。当然,该电子设备还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。
处理器、网络接口和存储器可以通过内部总线相互连接,该内部总线可以是ISA(Industry Standard Architecture,工业标准体系结构)总线、PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect,外设部件互连标准)总线或EISA(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,扩展工业标准结构)总线等。所述总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图7中仅用一个双向箭头表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。

处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑 层面上形成交易节点。处理器,执行存储器所存放的程序,并具体用于执行以下操作:
将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中,以使得所述区块链中的版权认证节点基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
上述如本说明书图3所示实施例揭示的基于区块链的图片的交易方法可以应用于处理器中,或者由处理器实现。处理器可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本说明书一个或多个实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本说明书一个或多个实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。
该电子设备还可执行图3的基于区块链的图片的交易方法,本说明书在此不再赘述。
当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本说明书的电子设备并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
本申请实施例还提出了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,该一个或多个程序包括指令,该指令当被包括多个应用程序的便携式电子设备执行时,能够使该便携式电子设备执行图3所示实施例的方法,并具体用于执行以下操作:

Claims (22)

  1. 一种基于区块链的图片的交易系统,所述系统包括交易节点和版权认证节点,其中:
    所述交易节点,将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中;
    所述版权认证节点,基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的系统,所述版权认证节点,在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,
    所述版权认证节点在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后,基于所述目标图片生成所述目标图片的版权证书;
    所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片的版权证书发送给所述交易节点,以使得所述交易节点将所述目标图片的版权证书以及预设提示框展示给所述用户;其中,所述预设提示框用于提示所述用户是否确认将所述目标图片作为可交易的图片;
    若所述版权认证节点接收到来自所述交易节点的确认信息,所述确认信息用于指示所述用户确认将所述目标图片作为可交易的图片,则所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片添加到所述图片交易池中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的系统,在所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中之后,
    所述交易节点从所述图片交易池中获取所述目标图片;
    所述交易节点基于所述目标图片,向所述区块链发送交易请求,以触发所述目标图片对应的指定智能合约完成所述目标图片的交易,以及在所述交易完成之后触发所述指定智能合约将所述交易对应的交易记录上传至所述区块链中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的系统,在所述交易节点触发所述目标图片对应的智能合约完成所述目标图片的交易之后,
    所述交易节点将所述目标图片的使用记录上传至所述区块链中。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的系统,所述预设提示框还包括所述目标图片的交易价格设置选项,在所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片的版权证书发送给所述交易节点之后,
    所述交易节点将所述目标图片的版权证书以及预设提示框展示给所述用户;
    所述交易节点若确定所述用户确认将所述目标图片作为可交易的图片、以及所述用户设置的所述目标图片的交易价格之后,所述交易节点将所述用户确认将所述目标图片 作为可交易的图片的确认信息以及所述目标图片的交易价格上传至所述区块链中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的系统,所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片添加到所述图片交易池中,包括:
    所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片以及所述图标图片的交易价格添加到所述图片交易池中。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的系统,所述目标图片的版权证书中包括所述目标图片的图片哈希值,所述目标图片的图片哈希值用于在预设的图片版权库中获取所述目标图片的版权证书。
  8. 一种基于区块链的图片的交易方法,所述方法应用于交易节点,包括:
    将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中,以使得所述区块链中的版权认证节点基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,在所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中之后,所述方法还包括:
    从所述图片交易池中获取所述目标图片;
    基于所述目标图片,向所述区块链发送交易请求,以触发所述目标图片对应的指定智能合约完成所述目标图片的交易,以及在所述交易完成之后触发所述指定智能合约将所述交易对应的交易记录上传至所述区块链中。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,在触发所述目标图片对应的指定智能合约完成所述目标图片的交易之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述目标图片的使用记录上传至所述区块链中。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的方法,将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收来自所述版权认证节点的所述目标图片的版权证书;
    将所述目标图片的版权证书以及预设提示框展示给所述用户,所述预设提示框还包括所述目标图片的交易价格设置选项;
    若确定所述用户确认将所述目标图片作为可交易的图片、以及所述用户设置的所述目标图片的交易价格之后,则将所述用户确认将所述目标图片作为可交易的图片的确认信息以及所述目标图片的交易价格上传至所述区块链中。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,所述目标图片的版权证书中包括所述目标图片的 图片哈希值,所述目标图片的图片哈希值用于在预设的图片版权库中获取所述目标图片的版权证书。
  13. 一种基于区块链的图片的交易方法,所述方法应用于版权认证节点,包括:
    基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证;
    在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后,将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述目标图片为区块链中的交易节点上传至所述区块链中的,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后,将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,包括:
    在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后,基于所述目标图片生成所述目标图片的版权证书;
    将所述目标图片的版权证书发送给所述交易节点,以使得所述交易节点将所述目标图片的版权证书以及预设提示框展示给所述用户;其中,所述预设提示框用于提示所述用户是否确认将所述目标图片作为可交易的图片;
    若接收到来自所述交易节点的确认信息,所述确认信息用于指示所述用户确认将所述目标图片作为可交易的图片,则所述版权认证节点将所述目标图片添加到所述图片交易池中。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的方法,将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,包括:
    将所述目标图片以及所述图标图片的交易价格添加到所述图片交易池中。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的方法,所述目标图片的版权证书中包括所述目标图片的图片哈希值,所述目标图片的图片哈希值用于在预设的图片版权库中获取所述目标图片的版权证书。
  17. 一种交易节点,包括:
    上传单元,将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中,以使得所述区块链中的版权认证节点基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
  18. 一种版权认证节点,包括:
    认证单元,基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证;
    添加单元,在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后,将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述目标图片为区块链中的交易节点上传至所述区块链中的,所述图片交 易池中的图片能够用于交易。
  19. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中,以使得所述区块链中的版权认证节点基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    将用户的目标图片上传至区块链中,以使得所述区块链中的版权认证节点基于所述目标图片的图片内容对所述目标图片的版权进行认证,以及在对所述目标图片的版权认证通过后将所述目标图片添加到图片交易池中,其中,所述图片交易池中的图片能够用于交易。
  21. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;以及
