Description

SECURE WALL OUTLET
Technical Field
The invention relates to an electrical outlet that works in combination with conventional wall outlets, but which is not dangerous in case of improper use due to the introduction of foreign matter or overcurrent draw.
The invention relates to an electrical outlet that controls variables such as the number and position of the plug tips, the rate of their progress in the outlet, the current drawn by the connected device, and gives voltage to the outlet tips or cuts the voltage, and cutting the current from the fuse by short-circuiting the line if the backside of the outlet becomes accessible.
Prior Art
When it was first used in houses in 1880, the purpose of electricity was lighting and there was no need for plugs and sockets on the walls. The first patent on the plug and outlet assembly was obtained by Thomas Tayler Smith in 1882 under the name“Electric Circuit Connection" with Patent No. 4162 of Great Britain. The owner registered this invention in the United States in 1885 with the number US 311.616. Moreover, in 1883 T.T. Smith had the patent number 3886, and W. B. Sayers and G. Hookham in 1884 had the patent number 16655 in Great Britain. Gustav Binswanger of Germany, the founder of the British "General Electric Company Ltd," registered a plug-and-socket system with single-centered terminals in 1895 under Great Britain patents with number 189516898.
With the widespread use of electricity, its dangers have also come to the fore. According to a study conducted in the United States, the number of electric shocks that do not result in death in the United States is 300.000 each year, with an average of 325 of them resulting in death. Each year, 2.555 children are treated for electric shock, and 70 % of these accidents occur in the presence of their parents.
In developing countries, however, this number accelerates to much higher levels. According to the studies of B. D. Gupta, R. A. Mehta and M. M. Trangadia, published in the Journal of Forensic Medicine in 2012, this rate is 4.4 per 100.000 in India.
Children come first of the electrical shocks caused by electrical outlets in homes. Electric shock is often caused by children inserting any conductor into the socket/outlet. For this reason, socket designs were created and patented that would prevent children or unconscious adults from having direct access to the electricity in the wall outlet.
Mancil Jared was granted U.S. Patent US2018342836 to prevent interference by children in particular. This patent describes a mechanism to prevent the easy removal of a plug plugged into an outlet.“HUIZHOU CITY QIYA SCIENCE AND TECFI. CO. LTD.” patented the joint invention of Zhou Shiping, Deng Shijun and Fang Xiong with the patent number CN207925816. According to this invention, there is a terminal in the socket openings that will give voltage to the plug, and the voltage to these terminals is given only after entering the plug to its socket completely. However, if another conductor is introduced unilaterally into this opening, the same mechanism works to give the conductor voltage and the same danger occurs. Wang Lianfeng, on behalf of WENZHOU WEICHUANG ELECTRIC CO. LTD., obtained the Republic of China Patent No. CN108574166, that describes a mechanism that has a plate that covers the mouths of outlet inputs and when a plug tip is inserted into the grounding terminal of the outlet, this plate slides sideways and opens other inputs. “HUIZHOU QIYA TECH. CO. LTD." obtained the patent no. CN207896361 for the invention of Zhou Shiping, Deng Shijun and Fang Xiong in the People's Republic of China which describes the plug with the effect of an airbag in the socket body which put into place after the voltage is given to the subject. However, at the end of the patent summary, it is also stated that the operator may be subjected to electric shock during the insertion and extraction operation. In the patent of the Public Republic of China, which HE XIANJIN obtained with the numbers CN108565627 and CN108565625, an infra red manufacturer was added to one side of the plug gaps in the outlet, an infrared smoke sensor was added to the opposite side, and sliding protrusions were added to the inside of the gaps. When not in use, there is no voltage in the gaps, the end of the plug must cut the infrared current and suppress the sliding protrusions in order to supply voltage to the gap. However, it does not prevent electric shock, only makes it difficult, as voltage will be given to a rod inserted into these gaps by hand. In the invention of Yu Can and Chen Wenbiao, which is patented in the People's Republic of China on behalf of Chen Wenbiao with the number CN 108565639, there is no tension in the outlet gaps when they are not in use. When the pins which are standing perpendicular to the socket ends are pressed, the passageway is opened with the help of a motor and gear system, and voltage is applied to the gaps. In the invention of Fan Su and Han Qiaonyu, patented by the People's Republic of China with the number CN108565620 on behalf of FOSHAN CHANGBAILE MACHINERY DESIGN CO. LTD., a rod reaching the mouth point of the socket was added in the middle of the socket cavities. The socket ledges are tubular and pass around these rods. Thus, a non-tubular rod cannot be inserted into voltage-containing gaps. However, this method does not prevent the insertion of a fine substance into the said gaps. In another invention, where the same people obtained the patent of the People's Republic of China with the number CN108565605 on behalf of DEDAO ELECTRIC POWER TECH. CO. LTD., the conductor ends of the socket are locked after entering the cavities of the plug and are prevented from being inadvertently removed. Thus, it is not possible to reach the area containing voltage. In the patent obtained by Ye Yuling in the People's Republic of China with the number CN108551023, there is a rotary plate covering the inputs of the outlet described. This plate is unlocked from the side of the socket and it is claimed that the opening process is too difficult for a child to achieve. CN108242631 (A) - Safe anti-electric shock socket: The Tong Damin patent, in which GUANGZHOU GUANSONG ELECTRIC POWER TECH. CO. LTD. has obtained the patent of the People's Republic of China with the number CN 108242631 , describes a system in which the gaps in the outlet are sliding inward. When plug ends are inserted into this outlet, the conductive gap slots slide down and take tension.
The Purposes Of Invention
The invention is intended to produce a secure electrical outlet with different technical features which, unlike the sockets or outlets used in the present market, that bring new development to this area. One purpose of the invention is the introduction of a secure electrical outlet, which can be used with standard electrical plugs and is designed not to be used improperly so as to expose people and especially children to electric shock.
Another purpose of the invention is to detect whether the conductors attached to the conductor pipes by means of the intelligent control unit it contains are a plug tip or not. Thus, it is possible to prevent electric shocks.
Another purpose of the invention is to introduce a technological structure that is suitable for use in smart home systems without the need to use covers or different parts in outlets through the Smart Control Unit.
Another technical feature of the invention is that it controls whether the socket is in use or not at any time, whether it is in its place in the wall, and if it left or removed from the wall, it can stop the voltage coming to it by short-circuiting the line that feeds it.

Detailed Description Of The Invention
With this invention, an outlet (A) with socket housing (1 ) and plug input gaps (2), which can be used with standard electrical plugs, and which prevents people and especially children from being electrocuted as a result of improper use is revealed. The socket (A), in its main feature and novelty, measures at least the input velocities of the conductors inserted into said plug input gaps (2), and contains at least one control unit (5) which determines whether the object inserted into the plug input gaps (2) is the conductor end (7) of the plug or not. (See: Figure 1 and Figure 2).
The outlet (A) contains plug input gaps (2) that transfer energy to the plug inserted into the outlet (A), which are placed in an insulated socket housing (1 ). Electrical energy is delivered to the outlet by at least two voltage input cables (3) consisting of at least one phase and neutral lines, as with similar outlets. In addition to these lines, a grounding line (4) may or may not exist. Flowever, if the outlet (A) is not in use, the voltage reaches the plug input gaps (2) is stopped by the control unit (5) of the invention and the voltage does not reach the plug input gap (2). Before mounting the outlet (A), the voltage from the control unit (5) voltage source is adjusted so that the voltage from the input cables (3) does not exceed the current capacity. The device that receives energy from the outlet (A) is connected to the plug body (6) that will enter the outlet. The current from the socket (A) is received by the conductor ends of the plug (7). When the conductor ends of the plug (7) are inserted into the plug input gaps (2) of the outlet (A) to receive voltage, the control unit (5) begins to make measurements. First, through the location sensor (8) located at the endpoints of the plug input gaps (2) of the outlet (A), the control unit (5) checks whether both of the conductor ends of the plug (7) are moving at the same speed and in the same amount through the communication cables (9). The said position sensors (8) may be operating by optical, sonic, capacitive, or any known method. If the progress meets the required conditions, i.e. , the conductor ends of the plug (7) reach the same distance at the same speed, the plug accepts the conductor ends (7) and the control unit (5) communicates with the conductivity sensor communication cables (11 ) via the conductivity measuring terminals (10) and checks the internal resistance of the device connected to the outlet (A). If the device is not short-circuited and its internal resistance is not low enough to exceed the specified current capacity set by adjusting the current via the current control unit (15) on the control unit (5) of the line feeding the outlet (A), the control unit (5) accepts the device. The adjustments made in the current control unit (15) can be monitored from the adjustment indicator unit (16). As a third control, the control unit (5) checks whether the socket (A) is in its place on the wall through the connection sensor cables (13) via the connection sensor (12). If the outlet (A) is in the place where it is supposed to be on the wall, it will perform phase and neutral connections to the plug input gaps (2) after a predetermined standby time i.e., after 1 second. The connection sensor (12) is active at all times when the socket is in use and not in use, if there is voltage in the connection voltage input cable (3) that brings the phase. If the connection sensor (12) reports that the outlet (A) is detached from its place on the wall, it instantly activates the automatic short-circuit switch (14) and by short-circuiting the voltage input cables (3), it allows the fuse that energizes that outlet (A) to eject. This prevents people from receiving electric shocks from the back connections of the outlet. All measurements, controls, and interventions in the outlet (A) are performed by the general programming and memory unit (17) within the control unit.
The outlet (A) of the invention involves the smart control unit (5) measuring and comparing the input speeds of the conductors inserted into the plug input gaps (2) and determining whether this is really a plug conductor end (7) and, if not, giving no voltage to the conductor inserted into the plug input gaps (2). On the other hand, by measuring the electrical resistance between the plug conductor ends (7) of the outlet (A) inserted in the plug input gaps (2), and determining that the device connected to this plug will not damage the outlet (A) of the invention, the voltage input cables (3) of these plugs and fuse box that all these lines are connected to, and if the device will damage the outlet of the present invention, the voltage input cables (3) that supply voltage to the outlet, and the fuse box to which these lines are connected, the conductor inserted into the plug input gaps (2) does not provide voltage. Also, the outlet (A) of the invention controls whether the socket is in use or not at any time, whether it is in its place in the wall, and if it left or is removed from the wall, it can stop the voltage coming to it by short-circuiting the line that feeds it.
The reviews and controls to be implemented by the outlet of the invention are not limited to the above, nor do they have to have all of the procedures described in the application. For example, temperature control, or line temperature control can be applied to the outlet (A) of the invention. However, additional units such as smoke detection can be added, or one or more features, such as cutting line voltage when separated or detached from the wall, can be removed. All outlets in a selected area can be manufactured and arranged so that they can be monitored and controlled remotely from a single center.
