Customized upgrade to solve the problem of redundant upgrade operation caused by the unified upgrade of equipment in the prior art, and achieve the effect of targeted customized upgrade operation.

Claims (16)

1. An equipment upgrade method, including:

   Receive the start flag sent by the server;

   When it is detected that the device is in a state to be upgraded, displaying an upgrade sign in a hidden state according to the opening flag;

   After detecting the upgrade instruction triggered by the displayed upgrade flag, the server is instructed to upgrade the device, where the target upgrade program used for the upgrade matches the device.
2. The upgrade method according to claim 1, wherein instructing the server to upgrade the device includes:

   Detecting whether the firmware code of at least one upgrade program provided by the server matches the identity information of the device, wherein each upgrade program has a corresponding firmware code;

   If the firmware code of at least one upgrade program matches the identity information of the device, when the upgrade logo is displayed, the at least one upgrade program that matches the device is displayed;

   Receiving an upgrade instruction for upgrading using the target upgrade program, wherein the target upgrade program is at least one of the matching at least one upgrade program; and

   According to the upgrade instruction, instruct the server to use the target upgrade program to upgrade the device.
3. The upgrade method according to claim 2, wherein:

   If the firmware code of at least one upgrade program does not match the identity information of the device, the upgrade logo is hidden.
4. The upgrade method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:

   Receiving fault information and identity information sent by the device; and

   Sending the fault information and the identity information to the server, so that the server generates at least one upgrade program for the device based on the fault information and the identity information.
5. The upgrade method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:

   When the button to be upgraded on the device is triggered, or the button to be upgraded on the remote control of the device is triggered, it is determined that the device is in the to-be-upgraded state.
6. An equipment upgrading device, including:

   The receiving unit is configured to receive the opening flag sent by the server;

   A display unit configured to display an upgrade flag in a hidden state according to the open flag bit when detecting that the device is in a state to be upgraded; and

   The instruction unit is configured to, after detecting an upgrade instruction triggered by the displayed upgrade flag, instruct the server to upgrade the device, wherein the target upgrade program used for the upgrade matches the device.
7. The upgrading apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the instruction unit comprises:

   The detection module is configured to detect whether the firmware code of at least one upgrade program provided by the server matches the identity information of the device after detecting the upgrade instruction triggered by the displayed upgrade flag;

   A display module configured to display the at least one upgrade program matching the device when displaying the upgrade logo if the firmware code of at least one upgrade program matches the identity information of the device;

   A receiving module configured to receive an upgrade instruction for upgrading using the target upgrade program, wherein the target upgrade program is at least one of the matching at least one upgrade program; and

   The upgrade module is configured to instruct the server to upgrade the device using the target upgrade program according to the upgrade instruction.
8. The upgrading apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the instruction unit further comprises:

   The hiding module is configured to hide the upgrade flag if the firmware code of at least one upgrade program does not match the identity information of the device.
9. The upgrading device according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising:

   An information unit configured to receive fault information and identity information sent by the device; and

   The sending unit is configured to send the fault information and the identity information to the server, so that the server generates at least one upgrade program for the device according to the fault information and the identity information.
10. The device according to any one of claims 6-8, wherein the device further comprises:

    The confirmation unit is configured to determine that the device is in the state to be upgraded when the state-to-be-upgraded button on the device is triggered, or the state-to-be-upgraded button on the remote control of the device is triggered.
11. An equipment upgrading device, including:

    Memory; and

    A processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the method of upgrading the device according to any one of claims 1 to 5 based on instructions stored in the memory.
12. A terminal, comprising: the device upgrading device according to any one of claims 6-11.
13. An equipment upgrade system, including:

    The terminal of claim 12; and

    The server is configured to upgrade the device using the target upgrade procedure.
14. The upgrade system according to claim 13, wherein:

    The server is configured to generate at least one upgrade program for the device according to the fault information and identity information of the device sent by the terminal.
15. The upgrade system according to claim 14, wherein:

    The server is further configured to determine the terminal based on the identity information of the device, and when sending the start flag to the terminal, match the firmware code of the at least one upgrade program with the identity information of the device.
16. A computer-readable storage medium on which computer program instructions are stored, which when executed by a processor implements the method for upgrading a device according to any one of claims 1-5.
