Description

PRODUCTION SYSTEM OF A CAST ALUMINUM SAUCEPAN WITH AN INDUCTION
BASE
Technical Field The present invention is related to tooth providing a close fitting of the Induction base with the saucepan body within the cast mould and an aesthetic view and increasing the production efficiency in a significant manner b means of preventing unnecessary time, labor and cost losses in production of a cast aluminum saucepan (or pan) with induction base.
Frier Art
Today in the production of aluminu cast saucepan/pan with induction base, first of ail the body of the saucepan is produced then with another process the Induction base is produced, and system named as nailing method is placed at the bottom of the saucepan body by using high tonnage friction press machines Placing the induction base onto the saucepan body results i time and tabo losses, thus increases the production costs The aim of the Invention
The aim of the present invention is to provide joining the induction base with the saucepa body within the female mould wherein th saucepan body is formed by pouring liquid aluminum thus producing the oast saucepan/pan base together with the induction base.
The aim of the present invention is to provide opportunity for making production in an easier and faster manner b means of using movable bottom table in the hydraulic cast press machine.
I The atm of the present invention is to prevent time and labor losses in the production of cast aluminum saucepan/pan with induction base thus reducing the production costs an increasing the production rate.
The product subject to the present invention is shown in the attached figures, in which, Figure-1 is a perspective view of the female moulds when they are on the hydraulic cast
Figure imgf000003_0001
Figure ~2 is detailed view of the female moulds when they are on the hydraulic cast press machine,
Figure ~3 I a view of the female mould and the induction base,
Figure ~ is a view of the induction base which is placed into the female mould,
Figure -5 is a view of the induction base,
Figure -8 is a detailed bottom view of the induction base,
Figure -7 Is a view of the induction plate fixing base,
Figure -8 is a view of the induction base which is fitted on the Induction plate fixing base,
The meaning of the part numbers in these figures are as the following; i- Female Mould
1.1 Induction plate fixing base
1.1.1 Fixing pins
2. induction base
2.1 Fitting gaps
3 Hydraulic cast press machine
3.1 Bottom table
3,2 Spraying group
3,2,1 Spraying nozzle
4, Male mould
In the system of the present invention, in the female mould (i) there are induction plate fixing base (1,1) on which fixing pins (1,1 ,1) are located and an induction base (2) which is fitted onto the induction plate fixin base (1.1), The diameters of the fixing pins (1.1.1) are litle bit more than the fitting gaps (2,1) located In the induction base (2), Therefore the induction base (2) is provided to be fitted in a stable manner and its displacement during casting process is prevented. The number of the fixing pins (1.1 1) found on the induction plate fixing base (1.1 ) is less than the fiting gaps (2.1) found on the induction base (2). Therefore when liquid aluminum is poured into the female mould, the liquid 5 aluminum passes to the bottom portion of the induction base (2) through the available fitting gaps (2.1). Again in the system subject to the present invention, the botom portion of the fiting gaps (2,1) found on the induction base (2) has an expandable structure in a conical manner, o In the system subject to the present invention east hydraulic cast press machine (3) comprises a bottom table (3 1) which can move to the right and left in the horizontal axis. The hydraulic cast press machine (3) also comprises a spraying group (3 2) which can move in three axes s In the system subject to the present invention first of all the induction base (2) is placed optionally either manually or with automatic force on the induction plate fixing base (11) within the female mould (1) waiting at the external portion on the bottom table (3.1) in the hydraulic cast press machine (3 and because the diameters of the fixing pins (1.1.1 ) are larger than the diameters of the fitting gaps (2.1) found in the induction base (2), theD induction base (2) is positioned within the female mould with a close fitting. Subsequently the liquid aluminum is poured into the female mould (1) manuall or automatically and the liquid aluminum passes through the upper portion of the available fitting gaps (2.1) and then covers the bottom portion of the fitting gaps (2.1) which expands conically up to the portion where the wall thickness of the Induction base (2) is finished. Then the bottom5 table (3 1) which Is found in the hydraulic cast press machine (3) and can move in the left and right directions in the horizontal axis is move to the right or left and the female mould (1) Is brought under the botom of the male moul (4) in the hydraulic cast press machine (3). Since the botom table (3,1) moves to the right or left, at the same time the other female mould (1) found on the bottom table (3,1) is protruded towards the externalo section. Again during this process, b the help of the spraying nozzle (3.2.1) In the separator spraying group (3.2) which can move In three axes, the mould separating liquid Is sprayed onto the male moul (4). The female mould (1) which is brought under the male mould (4) is subjected to press process and during this period the liquid aluminum poured into the female mould (1) has the form of a saucepan/pan by means of being erystalifeed. Following this, the female mould (1) which is found at the bottom portion of the male mould (4) in the hydraulic oast press machine (3) Is taken to the externa! section b means of moving the bottom table (3,1) to the right or left directions, During this process the female mould (1) which waits at the external section and after the relevant processes are completed (as It is mentioned above the first process is to place the
Induction base (2) wit a ose fitting and the following process is to pour the liquid aluminum), is brought to the bottom part of the male mould <4). Subsequently, the saucepan/part body which is foined fully with the induction base (2) is removed fro the female mould (1) which is taken to the external section in a manual or automatic manner These processes are continuousl repeated as a cycle so that the production is allowed to be made without loss of time and the production rate is significantly increased. In the system subject to the present invention, when the liquid aluminum is poured, because the liquid aluminum passes through the upper portion of the available fitting gaps (2.1) and then covers the bottom portion of the fitting gaps (2.1) which expands conically up to the portion where the wall thickness of the induction base (2) is finished, the saucepa body and the Induction base {2} is joined in a manner such that they cannot be separated fro each other and because there is a full integratio at the bottom portion, the saucepan body can be seen from the bottom portion of the Induction base (2) and thus a more aesthetic view is obtained.
The hydraulic cast press machine (3) which s used in the system subject to the present invention and has the abovementioned characteristics is also appropriate for the production of cast saucepan (or pan etc products) with the prior art system, it provides alternative fo increasing the production rate and decreasing the labor costs for the users who want to make production with the prior art system.
