Abstract
Description
ユーザによって決定された「価値を有する対象」についてのデータを取得する価値取得手段と、
前記「価値を有する対象」に関する契約の内容を前記ユーザに入力させるフォーマットであって、当該「価値を有する対象」を特定可能な情報の入力項目を少なくとも含むフォーマットを、契約フォーマットとして決定する契約フォーマット決定手段と、
前記契約フォーマットに対して前記契約の内容が入力されたデータを、入力データとして取得する入力データ取得手段と、
前記入力データに基づいて、前記「価値を有する対象」に関する前記契約の内容を示す契約書を生成し、当該契約書をブロックチェーン化することで得られるデジタルデータを、前記「価値を有する対象」に関する前記契約を履行することができる「権利」のデータとして発行する権利発行手段と、
を備える情報処理装置である。
図1は、本発明が適用される本サービスの一例の概要を説明する模式図である。
なお、詳細については後述するが、発行主装置1は発行主Aにより操作され、サーバ2は本サービスの提供者により管理される。また、「権利」の移転における監査等を行う者Kを、以下、「監査機関K」と呼ぶ。監査機関Kは監査装置3を管理するものとする。「権利」の移転(購入等)を希望する者Bを、以下、「希望者B」と呼ぶ。希望者Bは、希望者装置4を操作する。
ステップS2において、サーバ1は、発行主装置1から送信されてきたデータに基づいて、「価値を有する対象」にとって適切な契約フォーマットを、データベースサーバDBから抽出する。
ステップS3において、サーバ1は、その契約フォーマットを発行主装置1に送信する。
ステップS4において、発行主装置1は、発行主Aの操作により、契約フォーマットに各種情報を入力したデータ(以下、「入力データ」と呼ぶ)を生成し、サーバ2に送信する。
ステップS6において、サーバ2は、審査及び解析の結果に特に問題がなければ、入力データに基づいて、契約書のデータを生成(自動変換)してブロックチェーン化する。
ステップS8において、サーバ2は、契約書により規定される契約を履行することができる「権利」を発行する。
ステップS9において、希望者装置4は、希望者Bの操作により、ステップS8において発行された「権利」を購入(支払い)するための各種処理を実行する。これにより、発行主Aから希望者Bに「権利」が移転される。
ステップS10において、サーバ2は、発行主装置1に対して、「権利」の移転に関する書類のデータや各種情報を送信する。
即ち、図2は、図1で発行された「権利」が転々と移転(トレード)していく様子を示す模式図である。
具体的には例えば、発行主Aはオリジナル本を出版したいものとする。即ち、オリジナル本が、発行主Aにとって「価値を有する対象」であるものとする。
その「価値を有する対象」に関する契約の内容は、例えば、「権利」の所有者に対して、オリジナル本を贈呈する、発行主Aの直筆原稿のコピーを贈呈する、オリジナル本の最後のページに自身の名前を載せる、オリジナル本の売上の一部を還元する、オフ会に参加することができる等である。つまり、「権利」は、これらの契約を所定の期日までに履行することができる、というものである。
ステップS13において、サーバ2は、希望者Bから得た円や暗号通貨を発行主A(発行主装置1)に送金する処理を実行する。その処理として、図2に示す様に、暗号通貨を円に予め両替して送金する処理を採用することもできる。
その後、希望者Bは、所有する「権利」を、所望の第三者(図2の例では、第三者C1、第三者C2、又は第三者C3)にさらに移転(トレード)させることができる。
この場合の移転の条件は、任意に設定することができ、発行主A側で「契約」の内容として設定することもできるし、希望者B側で設定することもできる。ここでいう希望者B側の移転の条件は、任意でよく、例えば、所望の額(購入額と異なっていてもよい)の円や暗号通貨で販売という条件であってもよいし、別の「権利」との交換であってもよいし、さらにまた希望者Bが所望する物品等であてもよい。
以上のように、サーバ2を用いて発行された「権利」は、希望者Bに移転され、その後さらに第三者に移転される等して、転々と市場に流通させることが可能になる。
図3は、図1及び図2で説明するサービスの提供に際して用いられる、本発明が適用される情報処理システムの構成例を示すブロック図である。
図3に示す情報処理システムは、発行主装置1と、サーバ2と、監査装置3と、希望者装置4とが、インターネット等の所定のネットワークNを介して相互に接続されて構成される。サーバ2はまた、データベースサーバDBと相互に接続されている。
サーバ2は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)11と、ROM(Read Only Memory)12と、RAM(Random Access Memory)13と、バス14と、入出力インターフェース15と、出力部16と、入力部17と、記憶部18と、通信部19と、ドライブ20と、リムーバブルメディア21とを備えている。
RAM13には、CPU11が各種の処理を実行する上において必要なデータ等も適宜記憶される。
入力部17は、各種ハードウェア釦等で構成され、各種情報を入力する。
記憶部18は、DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory)等で構成され、各種データを記憶する。
通信部19は、インターネットを含むネットワークNを介して、他の装置(図3の例では、発行主装置1、監査装置3、希望者装置4等)との間で行う通信を制御する。
そこで、入力データ取得部34は、当該入力データを通信部10を介して取得する。
そして、権利発行部36は、契約書(データ)をブロックチェーン化することで得られるデジタルデータを、「価値を有する対象」に関する契約を履行することができる「権利」のデータとして発行する。
監査受信部37は、監査装置3による手続及び承認の結果(監査結果)を受信する。例えば、監査受信部37は、証明の監査完了や署名等のデータ等を受信する。
図6は、図5の機能的構成を有するサーバ2が実行する処理のうち、権利発行処理の流れの一例を説明するフローチャートである。
以上の処理により、サーバ2の権利発行処理は終了する。
図7の表T1に示すように、「権利」のタイプとしては、例えば、プロジェクトタイプとクラブタイプが挙げられる。
プロジェクトタイプの「権利」は、特定のプロジェクトに参加したり、特定のサービスを受けることができるといった契約の内容の履行を得ることができる。プロジェクトタイプの「権利」を第三者に移転すると、「権利」を受け取った第三者が上記の契約の内容の履行を得ることができる。また、プロジェクトタイプの「権利」は、1つのプロジェクトに対して複数の種類の「権利」を発行することが可能である。プロジェクトタイプの「権利」は、契約の内容が履行された時点で、消費されて消滅する。
なお、クラブタイプの「権利」は、1つのクラブにつき1種類の「権利」のみを発行することが可能であってもよく、有効期限を過ぎるか更新を破棄しない限り消滅しないものであってもよい。
ユーザがボタンB4をクリックすると、「権利」の発行数を数字で入力することができる。
ボタンB5には、ボタンB3とボタンB4に入力された数字を乗じて得られた数字が自動的に表示される。このルウ時は、「権利」の単価と発行数を乗じて得られた総額を示すものであり、権利発行総額を表す。
ユーザがボタンB7をクリックすると、「権利」の対象の契約履行日やその期間を数字で入力することができる。
表T3には、「権利」の対象について、タイトル、発行主、販売価格、発行数等に関する入力項目等の基本データが含まれている。
オプション契約のパターンは、大きく分けて4つのスタイルがあり、「ボーナス」、「買戻し」、「コラボ」、「シークレット」がある。
「買戻し」は、「権利」の購入者Bが、その「権利」に関する契約内容の履行を得ないことと引き換えにして、発行主Aに予め取り決めた価格でその「権利」を買戻してもらうことである。図10にあるように、「権利」がイベントに参加できるチケットである場合には、イベント当日に急に参加できなくなった場合でも、予め定めた価格で発行主Aに買戻しさせることができる。
発行主Aは、予め何通りかのコラボ「権利」を設定することができ、購入者Bがグループ化を行った際に、どのコラボ「権利」が発生するかはランダムで決定される。
まず、発行主Aは、サーバ2から専用のアカウントの発行を受け、そこに各種データを登録してサーバ2にL発行の申し込みをする。各種データとしては、「権利」の名称、発行部数、販売価格、サービス内容等が含まれる。次に、サーバ2では、発行主Aから受け付けた申込みデータを管理者Eに送信する。その後、管理者Eは、申込みデータの審査及び承認の作業を行い、その申込データを発行主Aに送信して、契約を締結する。さらに、管理者Eは、契約締結した承認済みデータをサーバ2にお繰り返し、サーバ2は、この契約内容をブロックチェーン化して「権利」として発行することで、Lというトークンを発行することができるようになり、オリジナルのLトークンを発行主Aに送信する。
Lメンバーズとは、L発行のために協力してくれる融資や支援者達のことである。Lの発行主の中には、アイデアがあってもそれを実現する為のノウハウや協力者が不足しており、そのアイデアの実現にまで至らない方もいる。また、実現できたとしても、さらなるサービス強化のために協力者を募りたい発行主もいる。
Lメンバーズでは、そういった方に対し、不足している内容を提供・協力する事で対価を受け取る事ができる。Lメンバーズの加入は任意であり、誰でも簡単にユーザ専用画面から加入や脱退をすることができる。
しかしながら、Lの購入を希望する第三者C1~C3は、Lの売り切れ前に購入完了した希望者BとLをトレードすることで、Lを取得することができる。
一方、販売者が割引条件を設定している場合、指定されたパスワードを入力することによって、販売者から対象者として認識され、対象者は割引条件でLを購入することができる。
さらに、販売者が交換条件を指定するLを所持している購入者Bは、L同士を交換する事で、トレードを成立させることができる。
コンピュータは、専用のハードウェアに組み込まれているコンピュータであっても良い。また、コンピュータは、各種のプログラムをインストールすることで、各種の機能を実行することが可能なコンピュータ、例えば汎用のパーソナルコンピュータであっても良い。
また、本明細書において、システムの用語は、複数の装置や複数の手段等より構成される全体的な装置を意味するものとする。
また、1つの機能ブロックは、ハードウェア単体で構成しても良く、ソフトウェア単体で構成しても良く、それらの組み合わせで構成しても良い。
即ち、本発明が適用される情報処理装置は、
ユーザによって決定された「価値を有する対象」(例えば、上述の有価証券、オリジナル本の出版、イベント、オリジナルアニメの製作等)についてのデータを取得する価値取得手段(例えば、図5の価値取得部31)と、
前記「価値を有する対象」に関する契約の内容を前記ユーザに入力させるフォーマットであって、当該「価値を有する対象」を特定可能な情報の入力項目を少なくとも含むフォーマットを、契約フォーマットとして決定する契約フォーマット決定手段(例えば、図5の契約フォーマット決定部33)と、
前記契約フォーマットに対して前記契約の内容が入力されたデータを、入力データとして取得する入力データ取得手段(例えば、図5の入力データ取得部34)と、
前記入力データに基づいて、前記「価値を有する対象」に関する前記契約の内容を示す契約書を生成し、当該契約書をブロックチェーン化することで得られるデジタルデータを、前記「価値を有する対象」に関する前記契約を履行することができる「権利」(例えば、有価証券を取得できる、本がもらえる、イベントに参加できる、オリジナルアニメの製作に参加できる等)のデータとして発行する権利発行手段(例えば、図5の権利発行部36)と、
を備える。
Claims (5)
- ユーザによって決定された「価値を有する対象」についてのデータを取得する価値取得手段と、
前記「価値を有する対象」に関する契約の内容を前記ユーザに入力させるフォーマットであって、当該「価値を有する対象」を特定可能な情報の入力項目を少なくとも含むフォーマットを、契約フォーマットとして決定する契約フォーマット決定手段と、
前記契約フォーマットに対して前記契約の内容が入力されたデータを、入力データとして取得する入力データ取得手段と、
前記入力データに基づいて、前記「価値を有する対象」に関する前記契約の内容を示す契約書を生成し、当該契約書をブロックチェーン化することで得られるデジタルデータを、前記「価値を有する対象」に関する前記契約を履行することができる「権利」のデータとして発行する権利発行手段と、
を備える情報処理装置。 - 前記契約フォーマットは、前記権利の単価、前記権利の発行数、及び前記権利の発行総額に関する入力項目をさらに含む、
