Description

Absorbent articles
The present invention relates to an absorbent article provided with a tape member for post-treatment.
Absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, adult incontinence pads or fecal pads are attached to the inside of the worn articles worn by the wearer when in use. In general, an absorbent article attached to the inside of a wearing article has an adhesive portion for preventing displacement of the absorbent article relative to the wearing article. This adhesive part is provided in the surface on the opposite side to the skin surface side (side facing the wearer's skin) of the absorbent article.
Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper or a sanitary napkin provided with a fastening tape for post-treatment (see FIGS. 6 and 7 of Patent Document 1). The fastening tape is wound around the widthwise central portion of the absorbent article which is rolled back and forth when the absorbent article is discarded. Thereby, at the time of disposal of an absorbent article, an absorbent article can be maintained in the rolled state.
International Publication No. 2010/117314
The absorber provided in the absorbent article absorbs body fluid during use. Near the center of the absorber in the width direction will usually absorb the most fluid. The fastening tape described in Patent Document 1 is wound around the widthwise central portion of the absorbent article that is rolled in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the fastening tape exerts a load on the center of the absorber in the width direction when it is wound on the absorbent article. This load may exude fluid from the absorber and adhere to the user's hand.
Therefore, an absorbent article is desired which is less likely to exude body fluid from the absorber during operation of the post-treatment tape member.

(1) Outline of Embodiment At least the following matters will become clear by the description of the present specification and the attached drawings.
The absorbent article according to one aspect is provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet, which is directed to the front and back direction, the width direction orthogonal to the front and back direction, and the opposite side to the wearer's skin. It has an adhesion part and a tape member for post-processing. The absorbent article has an article center line extending through the center of the absorbent article in the width direction and extending in the front-rear direction, and the post-treatment tape member is formed of the absorbent article along the front-rear direction. The tape member is configured to be able to extend outward from the front end edge or the rear end edge, the tape member has a tape center line extending through the center of the tape member in the extension direction of the tape member, and the tape member is The tape center line is configured to be offset in the width direction or obliquely with respect to the article center line when the tape member extends.
According to this aspect, the post-processing tape member is configured to be shifted in the width direction or obliquely with respect to the article center line when the tape member is extended. Therefore, when attaching the tape member for post-processing to the absorbent article which is rolled in the front and rear direction, a load is applied to a position shifted from the center in the width direction of the absorber, or in the center in the width direction of the absorber The load is distributed in the width direction of the absorber without applying a strong load locally. As a result, it is possible to suppress local load application to the center in the width direction of the absorber, and it becomes difficult for the body fluid to exude from the absorber during operation of the post-treatment tape member.
According to a preferred aspect, a portion of the tape member passes through the article centerline.
When the tape member is fastened to the absorbent article at one end in the width direction of the rolled absorbent article, the other end in the width direction of the absorbent article may be opened. According to this aspect, since the part of the tape member passes through the article center line, the rolled absorbent article can be firmly attached near the center in the width direction of the absorbent article. Even in this case, since the post-processing tape member is configured to be shifted in the width direction or obliquely with respect to the article center line when the tape member is extended, the post-processing tape member The advantage is obtained that the body fluid is less likely to bleed out of the absorber during operation.
According to a preferred aspect, the tape member is disposed offset in the width direction with respect to the article center line, and the adhesive portion is the area other than the center line of the absorbent article. It is provided on both sides with respect to the center line of the sex article.
The center of the absorbent article in the width direction is a portion facing a dent such as the groin of the wearer. The center of the absorbent article in the width direction is not directly attached to the wearing article such as the underwear, since the adhesive part is not provided in this part. Therefore, when a force inward in the width direction is received from the legs of the wearer, the center of the absorbent article in the width direction is deformed in a convex shape toward a depression such as the user's tears, and the absorbent article is It will be easier to fit the wearer's skin.
Even in this case, since the tape member is arranged to be shifted in the width direction with respect to the article center line, it is possible to widen the overlapping region of the tape member and the adhesive part when viewed from the front and rear direction (see FIG. 2). Therefore, when the tape member is extended in a state where the absorbent article is rolled, the tape member can be easily fixed to the adhesive portion.
According to a preferred aspect, the tape center line is inclined obliquely to the article center line when the tape member extends, and the inclination angle between the tape center line and the article center line is , 10 ° or less.
By reducing the inclination angle between the tape center line and the article center line, the tape member can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction. This makes it easy to fasten the absorbent article rolled in the front-rear direction with the tape member.
The absorbent article according to another aspect is provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet, the back sheet directed to the front and back direction, the width direction orthogonal to the front and back direction, and the opposite side to the wearer's skin. And a post-processing tape member. The absorbent article has an article center line extending through the center of the absorbent article in the width direction and extending in the front-rear direction, and the post-treatment tape member is formed of the absorbent article along the front-rear direction. It can be extended outward from the front end edge or the rear end edge. The tape member has a fixed portion fixed to the back sheet and a non-fixed portion not fixed to the back sheet. The non-fixed portion is disposed on the opposite side to the extending direction of the tape member with respect to the fixed portion, and the boundary between the fixed portion and the non-fixed portion is oblique to the width direction. It is inclined.
Since the boundary between the fixed portion and the non-fixed portion is inclined with respect to the width direction, the tape center line of the tape member pulled out in the extension direction can be inclined with respect to the article center line. .
According to a preferred aspect, the plurality of adhesive portions extend along the front-rear direction, and are provided at intervals in the width direction.
When the tape center line of the tape member pulled out in the extension direction is inclined with respect to the article center line, the length in the article width direction of the tape member drawn out in the extension direction is in the extension direction It is longer than the width of the tape member in the orthogonal direction. Therefore, when the plurality of adhesive portions are provided at intervals in the width direction, the tape member can be fixed over the plurality of adhesive portions without excessively widening the width of the tape member. This makes it easier to securely maintain the absorbent article in a rolled state.
According to a preferred aspect, the tape member is disposed so as not to protrude from the absorbent article when viewed in the thickness direction.
Since the tape member does not protrude from the absorbent article during wearing of the absorbent article, the tape member does not directly hit the wearer's skin. Therefore, the discomfort during wearing can be suppressed.

The front-rear direction L is a direction extending from the front side (ventral side) to the rear side (back side) of the wearer, or a direction extending from the rear side to the front side of the wearer. The width direction W is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction L. The absorbent article 10 has an article center line CL1 passing through the center of the absorbent article 10 in the width direction W and extending in the front-rear direction L.
The absorbent article 10 includes a top sheet 20 facing the wearer's skin, a back sheet 22 directed to the side opposite to the wearer's skin, and an absorbent body 30 between the top sheet 20 and the back sheet 22. It has a main part which contains. The top sheet 20 faces the wearer's skin during use. The backsheet 22 is directed away from the wearer's skin during use. The surface sheet 20 may be composed of a liquid-permeable sheet. The back sheet 22 may include a liquid impermeable sheet.
The absorbent body 30 extends in the front-rear direction L of the absorbent article. The absorbent body 30 may include an absorbent core composed of an absorbent material capable of absorbing water, and a core wrap that wraps the absorbent core. The core wrap can be composed of, for example, a tissue.
The absorbent article 10 may have wings 40 and hip flaps 50. The wing 40 is folded back to the non-skin side of the crotch portion of the worn article during use. The hip flap 50 is a portion that bulges in the width direction W behind the wing 40. The hip flap 50 is a portion that bulges outward beyond the outer edge of the absorber 30 in the width direction W.
Absorbent article 10 has excretory opening opposite area S1 which counters a wearer's excretory opening (for example, vaginal opening) during use. The discharge port facing area S1 corresponds to a crotch of the wearer, that is, an area disposed between the legs of the wearer and in which the absorber 30 is present. In addition, in the absorbent article 10 having the wings 40, the excretion opening facing area S1 is between the wings 40 and corresponds to an area where the absorber 30 is present.
As shown in FIG. 2, the absorbent article 10 has adhesive portions 42, 52, 70 provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet 22. The adhesive portions 42, 52, 70 are regions provided with an adhesive for stopping the absorbent article 10 on the wearing article. The adhesive unit includes a main unit adhesive unit 70, a wing adhesive unit 42, and a flap adhesive unit 52.
The adhesive article 42, 52, 70 provided on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet 22 can fix the absorbent article to the wearer's clothing such as a short. When the absorbent article is wound after use of the absorbent article 10, the post-processing tape member 60 can be attached to the adhesive portions 42, 52, 70. Therefore, the adhesive portions 42, 52, 70 can be used in two ways, one for fixing the clothes and the other for fixing the post-processing tape member.
The main-body adhesive unit 70 is provided in a region overlapping the absorber 30 in the thickness direction of the absorbent article. It is preferable that the main body adhesive portion 70 extends continuously or intermittently to the rear of the absorbent article 10 at least from the discharge port facing area S1. The main body adhesive portion 70 extends in the front-rear direction L, and a plurality of main body adhesive portions 70 may be provided at intervals in the width direction W.
The wing adhesion section 42 is provided on the wing 40. The wing 40 is folded back to the worn article of the wearer during use, and attached to the non-skin side of the worn article by the wing adhesive 42. The flap adhesive portion 52 is provided on the hip flap 50.
The absorbent article 10 may have at least two fold lines extending along the width direction W. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the absorbent article 10 has three fold lines F1 to F3. These folding lines F1 to F3 are lines for folding the absorbent article at the time of packaging the absorbent article.
The absorbent article 10 further has a tape member 60 disposed on the non-skin side of the back sheet 22 inside the outer edge of the absorbent article 10. It is preferable that the tape member 60 does not protrude from the absorbent article 10 when viewed from the skin surface side. Thereby, since the tape member 60 does not hit the wearer's skin directly during wearing of the absorbent article 10, it is possible to suppress discomfort in wearing.
In the present embodiment, the post-processing tape member 60 is provided on the rear side of the main body adhesive portion 70. In this case, the tape member 60 may be configured to be able to extend rearward of the rear end edge E2 of the absorbent article 10 along the front-rear direction L. Instead of this, the post-processing tape member 60 may be provided on the front side of the main body adhesive portion 70. In this case, the tape member 60 may be configured to be able to extend forward of the front end edge E1 of the absorbent article 10 along the front-rear direction L. In the present specification, the term “along the longitudinal direction L” means a direction having an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the longitudinal direction L.
The tape member 60 has a fixed portion 62 fixed to the back surface sheet 22 and a non-fixed portion 64 not fixed to the back surface sheet 22. The tape member 60 is permanently attached to the back sheet 22 by the fixing portion 62. The fixing portion 62 is defined by an application portion of an adhesive for permanently bonding the tape member 60 to the back sheet 22.
The surface of the non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 does not have a fastening means such as an adhesive material, and may be configured to be able to be lifted from the back sheet 22. Instead of this, the non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 may be temporarily fixed to the back sheet 22. Temporary fixing to the back sheet 22 can be removed by a relatively weak force. The user holds the absorbent article 10 in a rolled state by fastening the extended tape member 60 to the adhesive portion 70 provided on another part of the back sheet 22 after use of the absorbent article 10. (See Figure 3).
When discarding the absorbent article 10, the tape member 60 is fixed to the main body in a state of being wound with the skin facing surface side of the absorbent article facing inward, and the absorbent article 10 is maintained in a wound state May be configured. The non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 is configured to be attachable to the main body portion. The configuration in which the non-fixed portion 64 is fixed to the main body portion may be an adhesive portion of the main body portion, or may be a fixing means such as an adhesive provided on the tape member 60 or a hook member. In addition, the fixing portion 62 of the tape member 60 may be configured to be attachable to the main body portion. The configuration in which the fixing portion 62 is fixed to the main body portion may be an adhesive portion of the main body portion, or may be a fixing means such as an adhesive provided on the tape member 60 or a hook member.
An example of a concrete structure of the absorbent article of this Embodiment is shown. The top sheet may be constituted by an air through non-woven fabric (PE / PET) having a basis weight of 30 g / m 2 . A second sheet may be provided between the top sheet and the absorbent core. The second sheet may be made of the same material as the top sheet. A surface sheet may not be arrange | positioned on the outer side of the width direction of a main-body part, but a side sheet may be arrange | positioned. The side sheet may be constituted by an SMS nonwoven fabric (PP) having a basis weight of 13 g / m 2 . The absorbent material of the absorbent core may be composed of softwood kraft pulp and a superabsorbent polymer. The ratio of the weight of superabsorbent polymer to the weight of the whole absorbent material may be 10%. The basis weight of the absorbent core in the area including the excretion port facing area S1 may be higher than the basis weight of the surrounding absorbent core. The basis weight of the absorbent core in the area including the excretion port facing area S1 may be 950 g / m 2 , and the basis weight of the surrounding absorbent core may be 300 g / m 2 . The back sheet may be constituted by a polyethylene film (non-air-permeable type) with a basis weight of 23.5 g / m 2 . The absorbent article may have a pressing portion in which the top sheet and the absorbent core are pressed in the thickness direction. The main body adhesive portion may be made of a rubber-based hot melt adhesive. The basis weight of the adhesive part of the main body may be 27 g / m 2 . There may be six main body adhesive portions spaced in the width direction. The length in the width direction of each main-body adhesive portion may be 5 mm, and the length in the front-rear direction of each main-body adhesive portion may be 320 mm. The length of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction may be 420 mm, and the length of the absorbent article in the width direction may be 200 mm. The tape member for post-treatment may be composed of a polyethylene film having a basis weight of 35 g / m 2 . The longitudinal length of the tape member may be 45 mm, and the lateral length of the tape member may be 25 mm. The tape member may be fixed to the main body by a rubber-based hot melt adhesive with a weight of 100 g / m 2 . The adhesive may be applied in the range of 21 mm wide and 5 mm long. Printing may be applied to the surface on the back sheet side of the tape member. The printing may use a pink urethane ink. As the tape member extending polypropylene layer having a basis weight of 10 g / m 2, a styrene-based rubber layer having a basis weight of 10 g / m 2, and may be constituted by a stack of basis weight polypropylene layer of 10 g / m 2.
The non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 may be disposed on the opposite side of the fixed portion 62 with respect to the extending direction of the tape member 60. That is, the fixed portion 62 may be located farther from the center of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction L than the non-fixed portion 64. In this case, the user pulls the tape member 60 so that the non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 is folded back at the boundary between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64.
The tape member 60 is disposed offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line CL1. That is, the tape center line CL2 of the tape member 60 is configured to be displaced in the width direction W with respect to the article center line CL1 when the tape member 60 extends. Here, the tape center line CL2 is a line extending in the pulling direction of the tape member 60 and passing through the center of the tape member 60 in the direction orthogonal to the pulling direction. In this case, when the post-processing tape member 60 is attached to the absorbent article 10 rounded in the front-rear direction L, a load is applied to a position deviated from the center of the absorbent body 30 in the width direction W. As a result, it is possible to suppress the application of a strong load locally to the center in the width direction W of the absorber 30, and it becomes difficult for moisture to exude from the absorber during operation of the post-processing tape member 60.
Preferably, a portion of the tape member 60 passes through the article center line CL1. If the tape member 60 is fastened to the absorbent article 10 near one end of the rolled absorbent article 10 in the width direction W, the other end of the absorbent article 10 in the width direction W may open. is there. If a part of the tape member 60 passes through the article center line CL1, the rolled up absorbent article 10 can be firmly fixed near the center in the width direction W of the absorbent article 10. Even in this case, since the post-processing tape member 60 is disposed offset from the article center line CL1, application of a strong load to the center in the width direction W of the absorber 30 is suppressed. .
The main body adhesive portion 70 is preferably provided on both sides with respect to the article center line CL1 of the absorbent article 10 in a region excluding the article center line CL1 of the absorbent article 10. The article center line CL1 is a portion opposed to a dent like a groin of the wearer. Since the main body adhesive portion 70 is not provided at the article center line CL1, the center of the absorbent article in the width direction is not directly attached to a worn article such as underwear. Therefore, when a force inward in the width direction is received from the legs of the wearer, the center of the absorbent article 10 in the width direction is deformed in a convex shape toward a dent such as the user's groin, and thus the absorbent article Helps fit the wearer's skin. Furthermore, even in this case, since the tape member 60 is disposed offset in the width direction W with respect to the article center line CL1, the tape member 60 and the main adhesive portion 70 overlap when viewed from the front-rear direction L The area can be widened (see FIG. 2). Therefore, when the tape member 60 is extended in a state where the absorbent article 10 is rolled, the tape member 60 can be easily fixed to the main body adhesive portion 70.
(3) Second Embodiment Next, an absorbent article according to a second embodiment will be described. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the absorbent article according to the second embodiment as viewed from the non-skin surface side. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the absorbent article according to the second embodiment in a state of being wound in the front-rear direction. In FIG.4 and FIG.5, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the member similar to 1st Embodiment. Below, the description may be abbreviate | omitted about the structure similar to 1st Embodiment.
In the second embodiment, the tape member 60 is configured such that the tape center line CL2 is obliquely displaced with respect to the article center line CL1 when the tape member 60 extends. Here, the tape center line CL2 is a line extending in the pulling direction of the tape member 60 and passing through the center of the tape member 60 in the direction orthogonal to the pulling direction. Specifically, the tape member 60 may be inclined obliquely to the article center line CL1. In this case, when fastening the rolled absorbent article 10 with the tape member 60, the user pulls the tape member 60 along the tape center line CL2. The tape member 60 is fixed to the main adhesive portion 70 in a state of being inclined with respect to the tape center line CL2. In this case, the load applied from the tape member 60 to the absorber 30 is dispersed in the width direction W as the tape member 60 is inclined. Thereby, application of load locally to the center in the width direction W of the absorber 30 can be suppressed, and body fluid is less likely to exude from the absorber during operation of the post-processing tape member 60.
Also in the second embodiment, a portion of the tape member 60 preferably passes through the article center line CL1. Thereby, the rolled-up absorbent article 10 can be firmly fixed near the center in the width direction W of the absorbent article 10. Even in this case, since the post-processing tape member 60 is inclined obliquely to the article center line CL1 when the tape member 60 extends, the load applied to the absorber 30 should be dispersed. Is possible.
The inclination angle between the tape center line CL2 and the article center line CL1 is preferably 10 ° or less. Thus, even when the tape member 60 extends, the inclination angle between the tape center line CL2 and the article center line CL1 is 10 ° or less. If the inclination angle between the tape center line CL2 and the article center line CL1 is large, the tape member 60 is pulled in a direction greatly inclined from the front-rear direction with respect to the absorbent article 10 rounded in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the user is hard to pull the tape member 60. In this embodiment, the tape member 60 can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction L by reducing the inclination angle between the tape center line CL2 and the article center line CL1.
As shown in FIG. 5, it is preferable that the main-body adhesive portions 70 extend along the front-rear direction L, and be provided at intervals in the width direction W. Here, when the tape center line CL2 of the tape member 60 is inclined with respect to the article center line CL1, the length L1 of the width direction W of the tape member 60 drawn in the extension direction (the absorbent article The length in the width direction is longer than the width W1 of the tape member in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction. Therefore, when the plurality of main body adhesive portions 70 are provided at intervals in the width direction W, the tape member 60 is extended over the plurality of main body adhesive portions 70 without excessively widening the width W 1 of the tape member 60. It can be fastened (see also FIG. 5). This makes it easier to firmly maintain the absorbent article 10 in a rolled state.
(4) Third Embodiment Next, an absorbent article according to a third embodiment will be described. FIG. 6 is a plan view of the absorbent article according to the third embodiment as viewed from the non-skin surface side. In FIG. 6, the same members as those in the second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. The description of the same configuration as that of the second embodiment may be omitted below.
In the third embodiment, the non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 is disposed on the opposite side of the fixed portion 62 in the extension direction of the tape member 60. That is, the fixed portion 62 of the tape member 60 is located farther from the center of the absorbent article 10 in the front-rear direction L than the non-fixed portion 64. Furthermore, the boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 is obliquely inclined with respect to the width direction W.
The user pulls the tape member 60 so that the non-fixed portion 64 of the tape member 60 is folded back at the boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64. Here, in FIG. 6, a virtual outline IL when the tape member 60 is folded back at the boundary BL is drawn by a dotted line. Thus, by the boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 being inclined, the tape center line CL2 of the tape member 60 pulled out in the extension direction is oblique to the article center line CL1. Incline. The effect obtained by inclining the tape center line CL2 of the tape member 60 drawn out in the extension direction with respect to the article center line CL1 is the same as that described in the second embodiment.
The inclination angle between the boundary BL between the fixed portion 62 and the non-fixed portion 64 and the width direction W is preferably 10 ° or less. Thus, when the tape member 60 extends, the inclination angle between the tape center line CL2 and the article center line CL1 is 10 ° or less. Therefore, as in the second embodiment, the tape member 60 can be easily pulled out in the front-rear direction L.
Although the present invention has been described above in detail using the above embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein. The present invention can be embodied as modifications and alterations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the description of the claims. Accordingly, the description in the present specification is for the purpose of illustration and does not have any limiting meaning on the present invention.
For example, the post-processing tape member 60 may be configured of a stretchable member. In this case, the user can fasten the rolled absorbent article 10 while stretching the tape member 60.
