The invention relates to a marking system and method comprising at least one broadcasting unit and at least one communication unit, using methods such as creation of animated / still images, pictures, photographs, texts or videos on the road routes of highway, railway, airway, sea or submarine vehicles such as trains, subways, trams, cars.

DESCRIPTION
MARKING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOVING SYSTEMS
Technical Field
This invention relates to a marking system and method for orienting, advertising, informing or warning via generating visible/ non-visible, moving /non-moving figure, picture, photo, sign, text or videos etc. on route of highway, railway, airway and seaway vehicles such as train, metro, tramway car, plane and ships.
Background of the Invention
Today, there are advertising or warning systems in the form of photographs, pictures, texts on a fixed platforms and pictures, texts or videos displayed on monitors at metro and bus stops.
In the known state of the art, the patent document WO2009096794A1 discloses a portable road sign comprising at least one display panel, at least one foot, at least one hinge, at least one light source illuminating the display panel. Although the said sign is portable, it is inadequate to communicate continuously with passengers and drivers, to share instant information, and to route passenger, and vehicle navigation. Systems presently available are inadequate for informing passengers and drivers of transport vehicles traveling in dark environments, such as trains, metros and trams, and for use of outdoor lighting. The same issue is pertinent to day, evening or night trips with all means of transport vehicles. It is possible to communicate with vehicles, drivers or passengers at any time with the marking system and method that is the subject of this invention, broadcasting units which are formed continuously or discontinuously on the highway, railway, airway or seaway routes. For airway vehicles, regardless of the time of the day, vehicle direction and information communication can be realized by means of reflecting a signal on air, visible/invisible light or a configuration which becomes visible by means of a material specifically adapted to provide visibility; and for sea vehicles regardless of the time of the day, vehicle direction and information communication can be realized by means of reflecting through sea, signaling, visible/invisible light or a configuration which is specifically visible. The computer systems of related vehicles share videos, direction, warning, information or guidance with creating external system-vehicle, vehicle-passenger-external system, external system- passenger relations.
Problems Solved by the Invention
The aim of the invention is to provide a with or without light, permanently or discontinuously placed marking system for informing and guiding vehicle, driver and passengers during travelling which is in communication with the driver and the passengers even while travelling, which can be used for advertising, informing or warning, and a method of entertaining, informing, warning and guiding. Daylight or outside area images can be transferred here with an application that can be realized in especially dark areas such as subway. Video, direction, warning information sharing or guidance can be done by establishing all kinds of related electromagnetic signal communication systems, computer systems, passenger mobile systems and external system-vehicle, vehicle-passenger-external system- passenger relations.
Detailed Description of Invention
The marking, instant information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle directing system that is the subject of the present invention realized for warning, advertising, informing or guidance purposes for the driver or passengers on the routes of highway, airway or seaway essentially comprises At least one broadcasting unit which can communicate with a passenger, vehicle responsible or vehicle computer systems by means of a computer that is placed on route of a vehicle or on a vehicle, which is movable or immobile, which enables to broadcast warning, digital signal, information, figure, guidance, text, photo or video, which can be seen with naked or which is invisible, which can become with a device customized to be visible, which may be designed to be perceptible with a device detector, which is paintable and digitized, with or without light, digital or analog, and which can be visible inside the vehicle but invisible from outside the vehicle, at least one communication unit which provides communication between vehicle, at least one station or a database and the broadcasting unit, which enables the broadcasting unit to become active upon the vehicle approaching the broadcasting unit or which can become visible with a specific situation (activated by glasses, light or convergence).

The broadcasting unit broadcasting signal, a light or message that can be seen with naked or that can be invisible, or a light or a message that can become visible, understandable, meaningful, resolvable by systems customized to make visible
The broadcasting becoming deactivated upon the vehicle moving away from the broadcasting unit or the requirement for guidance, information transfer being eliminated.
By means of the system and method of the present invention, for example images, pictures, texts or photographs can be seen as light, color, warning, photograph, picture or video from the internal windows of the moving train by means of digital panel, fixed printed or light panel, which can be applied between two stops of transport vehicles navigating in the dark such as subway etc.
The broadcasting unit that is the subject of the invention can be a light source, a laser reflector, an electromagnetic transmission system, a led display, a led panel, a digital display electromagnetic screen, a digital panel or an electromagnetic board. The broadcasting unit can also be produced from a material containing phosphorous. However, it can be constructed during construction of a road, it can also be produced from road or wall construction materials that is capable of imaging or playback. In one embodiment of the invention, moving images or warning signs can be obtained by means of positioning broadcasting units continuously on the route with marking method for mobile systems. Broadcasting units, picture, photograph, digital broadcaster, signal transceiver can be placed on windows of the vehicle, on the sidewalls of the road, or under, inside or above the road on a route.
In one embodiment of the invention, figure, picture, text, photograph or video can be projected on the ground floor, sea or air by means of broadcasting devices placed on the ground floor, the sea, a station or a building.
In this way road lines or traffic signs are created for transportation vehicles. Necessary information such as speed, weather condition, traffic intensity, location, guidance, communication and safety is provided by projecting on the ground floor, on the sea or air for transportation vehicles.
In another embodiment of the invention, the location of the transportation vehicle can also be determined by the receiver, transmitter, radar, sensor or gps system. Information such as vehicle navigation, warning or guidance, etc. can be transferred or the vehicle is navigated directly.

Claims

An instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system realized for warning, advertising, informing or guidance purposes for the driver or passengers on the routes of highway, airway or seaway essentially comprising:

vehicle guidanceAt least one communication unit which enables communication between at least one vehicle, station or database and the broadcasting unit, and enables the broadcasting unit to be activated.
Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system according to claim 1, comprising broadcasting unit which can be a light source, laser reflector, electromagnetic transmission systems, digital display, panel, led display or LED panel.
Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system according to claim 1, comprising a broadcasting unit which is made of a material containing phosphorus.
Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system according to claim 1, comprising electromagnetic signal transmitting equipment which is formed during construction of a road and comprises warning, image, marking, routing, communicating with vehicle.
5. Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system according to claim 1, comprising a broadcasting element which is made of a road or wall construction material with displaying and playback features.
6. Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system according to claim 1, comprising an electromagnetic signal broadcasting element which receives its energy from a power source or which can store and use wind, solar, motion energy.

Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system according to claim 1, comprising a communication unit which provides communication through transceiver receiver system enabling electromagnetic transmission, wired internet, wireless internet, Bluetooth or cloud data storage.

Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking system according to claim 1, comprising a communication unit, which may be visible or invisible, which can become visible by means of special glasses by means of light or a material customized to provide visibility depending on the speed and position of the vehicle or which can become digitally resolvable,

Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking method , that is constructed for the purpose of warning, advertising, informing or guiding the driver or passengers on the road routes of highway, airway, sea road and submarine vehicles, essentially comprising the steps of:

12. Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking method according to claim 9, comprising projecting figures, pictures, texts, photos or videos on ground floor, sea, air by broadcasting elements placed on ground floor, sea, a station or a building.
13. Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking method according to claim 9, comprising creating road lines or traffic signs for transport vehicles.

Instantaneous information sharing and road, passenger, vehicle guidance marking method according to claim 9, comprising providing information such as speed, weather, traffic intensity, location, guidance, communication and security for transportation vehicles by projection of information on the ground floor, on the sea or air.
15. A marking method according to claim 8, comprising determining the location of the transportation vehicle by electromagnetic waves, sensor or gps system.
