Delivering messages via the device 12 itself in the first instance is advantageous in that it avoids spoiling the enjoyment of TV programmes through unnecessary interruptions.

Abstract

Selon l'invention, un système de remise de message comprend un dispositif de messagerie principal conçu pour amener un téléviseur à transmettre des messages à un utilisateur. Le téléviseur fournit un moyen direct, pratique et convivial d'appeler l'attention d'une personne âgée sur une chose importante. Le système fournit un moyen très fiable de transmission d'un rappel, et de confirmation que le rappel a été reçu et que l'action nécessaire a été accomplie ou non, en mettant en oeuvre une démarche par étapes avantageuse offrant le niveau le plus élevé de facilité d'utilisation et d'efficacité.
