Abstract
An assembling container box on a rear cargo box of a pickup truck is composed of a left wall (1), a right wall (2), a back wall (3), a top panel (27) and an open-close door (40), of which all parts are with connectors or with connecting joints that could shorten the assembling time. These parts are to be installed on the rear cargo box of the pickup truck and the panel parts could be shuffled each other in the same size to shorten the installation time and process.

Background of Arts
In case that the user needs to install container box onto cargo box of pickup truck, they have to take the pickup truck to container box maker. Then, container box maker measures all dimension and assembles all parts and components together. From the facts above, installing of container box onto cargo box of pickup truck needs the expertise of technician to build up firm and reliable container box on cargo box of pickup truck, after the pickup truck is taken to the place of container box maker. After the development of container box assembling, the installation process of installing container box is faster than before by assembling the container box in advance. However, there is some limitation remained in relocation of container box. The user still needs to take the pickup truck to the place of container box maker to assemble container box onto cargo box of pickup truck.
Characteristic and Purpose of this Invention
Assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck composes of left wall, right wall, back wall, top panel and open-close door, separately, of which all
parts is with connectors or with connecting joints that could shorten the assembling time. These parts are to be installed on rear cargo box of pickup truck.
The purpose of this invention is to have container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck in parts and could bring all parts to assemble onto cargo box of pickup truck at any place or locations for convenience in installation and transportation, as well as shorten the installation process. According to figure 1, it shows assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck of this invention, composing of
- Left wall 1 composes of left cover 2 which is plate wall place in a distance at least two plates for combining together with left combining plate 3 at least one level to form as left wall of container box of pickup truck's cargo box. In the meantime, lower edge of left cover 2 is inserted into left cover lower groove 4 of lower left connecting platform 5, which

In the meantime, beside of lower left connecting platform 5 or beside left cover lower groove 4 is formed as left extended edge 6 for supporting the combining with left side of cargo box of pickup truck.

Right edge of top cover 28 is inserted with top cover right side groove 34 of right side top post 35 which is post formed as lengthy bar of which its surface is shaped as right upper side bevel 36. One of the sides of right upper side bevel 36 is top cover right side groove 34 for being inserted and connecting with right edge of top cover 28. The other side of right upper side bevel 36 is top edge of right cover groove 37 for being inserted and connecting with top edge of right cover 8.
- Back open-close module 38 composes of back connected panel 39 which is connected platform or attached panel of which its both left and right side are supported for connecting with back open-close door 40 at least two doors connecting with open-close hinge 41 for combining with back edge of left cover 2 or right cover 8 or top cover 28 directly or through back supported panel 42, which
Back supported panel 42 is panel that supported for holding left and right side or formed to be connected with back connected panel 39. This also supported the connecting with back of back connected panel 39 to allow the front part of back supported panel 42 to be attached with back edge of left cover 2 or right cover 8 or top cover 28, and
Front or back edge of back supported panel 42 at least one edge is to be formed as holding supported groove 43 for supporting the connecting or holding of back connected panel 39 or supporting the insertion of left cover 2 or right cover 8 or top cover 28, and
Open-close door 40 is panel placed in a distant at least two panels for being connected with inner back combining panel 44 at least one level to form as back wall that is able to open-close back of cargo box of pickup truck.
According to figure 2, it represents assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck of this invention in the part of left wall 1, right wall 7, back wall 13, and top panel 27, and
Back open-close module 38 is assembling together to install on the original cargo box 45 at the rear part of pickup truck.
From the characteristics of assembling container bo on cargo box of pickup truck of this invention, it divides container box into smaller parts and easily to transport and assembling at the desired place. It comes with convenience in installation process and transportation process and could be assembled easily by the user without the need of technicians. Moreover, the panel parts could be shuffled each other in the same size to shorten the installation time and process.

Claims
1. Assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck composes of - Left wall (1) composes of left cover (2) which is plate wall place in a distance at least two plates for combining together with left combining plate (3) at least one level to form as left wall of container box of pickup truck's cargo box.
- Right wall (7) composes of right cover (8) which is plate wall place in a distance at least two plates for combining together with right combining plate (9) at least one level to form as right wall of container box of pickup truck's cargo box.
- Back wall (13) composes of back cover (14) which is plate wall place in a distance at least two plates for combining together with back combining plate (15) at least one level to form as back wall of container box of pickup truck's cargo box.
- Top panel (27) composes of top cover (28) which is plate wall place in a distance at least two plates for combining together with top combining plate (39) at least one level to form as top panel of container box of pickup truck's cargo box.
- Back open-close module (38) composes of back connected panel (39) which is connected platform or attached panel of which its both left and right side are supported for connecting with back open-close door (40) at least two doors connecting with open-close hinge (41) for combining with back edge of left cover (2) or right cover (8) or top cover (28), and
Open-close door (40) is panel placed in a distant at least two panels for being connected with inner back combining panel (44) at least one level to form as back wall that is able to open-close back of cargo box of pickup truck.
Its special characteristics include
- Lower edge of left cover (2) is inserted into left cover lower groove (4) of lower left connecting platform (5), which is base platform with some length and left cover lower groove (4) for supporting the insertion and connecting with lower part of left cover (2). In the meantime, beside of lower left connecting platform (5) or beside
left cover lower groove (4) is formed as left extended edge (6) for supporting the combining with left side of cargo box of pickup truck.
- Lower edge of right cover (8) is inserted into right cover lower groove (10) of lower right connecting platform (11), which is base platform with some length and right cover lower groove (10) for supporting the insertion and connecting with lower part of right cover (8). In the meantime, beside of lower right connecting platform (11) or beside right cover lower groove (10) is formed as right extended edge (12) for supporting the combining with right side of cargo box of pickup truck.
- Lower edge of back cover (14) is inserted into back cover lower groove (16) of lower back connecting platform (17), which is base platform with some length and back cover lower groove (16) for supporting the insertion and connecting with lower part of back cover (14). In the meantime, beside of lower back connecting platform (17) or beside back cover lower groove (16) is formed as back extended edge (18) for supporting the combining with back side of cargo box of pickup truck, and
Left edge of back cover (14) is inserted with back cover left side groove (19) of left side base post (20) which is post formed as lengthy bar with one side being back cover left side groove (19) for being inserted and connecting with left edge of back cover (14). The other side is back edge of left cover groove (22) for being inserted and connecting with front edge of left cover (2), and
Right edge of back cover (14) is inserted with right side groove of back cover (23) of right side base post (24) which is post formed as lengthy bar with one side being back cover right side groove (23) for being inserted and connecting with right edge of back cover (14). The other side is back edge of right cover groove (26) for being inserted arid connecting with front edge of right cover (8).
Left edge of top cover (28) is inserted with top cover left side groove (30) of left side top post (31) which is post formed as lengthy bar. One of the sides is top cover left side groove (30) for being inserted and connecting with left edge of top cover
(28). The other side is top edge of left cover groove (33) for being inserted and connecting with top edge of left cover (2), and
Right edge of top cover (28) is inserted with top cover right side groove (34) of right side top post (35) which is post formed as lengthy bar. One of the sides is top cover right side groove (34) for being inserted and connecting with right edge of top cover (28). The other side is top edge of right cover groove (37) for being inserted and connecting with top edge of right cover (8).
2. Assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck according to claim 1, between back connected panel (39) and back edge of left cover (2) or right cover (8) or top cover (28) contain of back supported panel (42), which is panel that supported for holding left and right side or formed to be connected with back connected panel (39). This also supported the connecting with back of back connected panel (39) to allow the front part of back supported panel (42) to be attached with back edge of left cover (2) or right cover (8) or top cover (28).
3. Assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck according to claim 2, front or back edge of back supported panel (42) at least one edge is to be formed as holding supported groove (43) for supporting the connecting or holding of back connected panel (39) or supporting the insertion of left cover (2) or right cover (8) or top cover (28).
4. Assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck according to claim 1, between back cover left side groove (19) and back edge of left cover groove (22), there contains of left side bevel (21). One of the sides of left side bevel (21) or right side groove of back cover (23) and back edge of right cover groove (26), there contains of lengthy bar of which its surface is shaped as right side bevel (25) or top cover left side groove (30) and left cover groove (33), there contains of lengthy bar of which its surface is shaped as left upper side bevel (32) or top cover right side groove (34) and top edge of right cover groove (37), there contains of right upper side bevel (36).
5. Assembling container box on rear cargo box of pickup truck according to claims 1-4 whichever claims, the panel parts could be shuffled each other in the same size to shorten the installation time and process.
