Abstract

The invention relates to the marking of products, in particular firearms, for identification thereof. A marking method involves adding foreign microparticles (metallic, composite, etc.) to a base material in a step of producing a material for specific parts of a product or an entire product, wherein said microparticles are distributed at random in the manufactured part or product, and a unique mutual arrangement of the foreign particles is obtained in each case. Being recorded after production of the finished product, said arrangement can be used to unambiguously identify said product during subsequent examination, for example, using an x-ray method (in the case of metallic inclusions in a plastic part or product). Both the arrangement of the particles on the surface of a part or of the product and, if necessary, throughout the entire volume of the part or product can be recorded. A product can be marked unambiguously without using complicated special technical means for applying a marking. Furthermore, said method enables marking that is totally unnoticeable to the naked eye and makes forgery impossible.

Технический результат достигается за счёт того, что способ маркировки предусматривает на стадии производства материала для определённых деталей изделия или всего изделия добавление в основной материал инородных микрочастиц (металлических, композитных и пр.), которые распределяются в изготовленной детали или изделии хаотично и в каждом случае получается уникальное взаимное расположение инородных частиц, которое, будучи зафиксировано после производства готового изделия, может однозначно его идентифицировать в дальнейшем при исследовании, например, рентгеновским методом (в случае металлических включений в пластиковую деталь или изделие). При этом может фиксироваться как полученное расположение частиц на поверхности детали или изделия, так, при необходимости, и во всём объёме детали или изделия. Таким образом, например, при производстве пластиковой накладки для рукоятки огнестрельного оружия, в пластик добавляется некоторое количество металлических частиц, которое распределяется в нем случайным уникальным образом. После изготовления детали и окончательной сборки оружия проводится рентгеновское исследование накладки или её определённой части для выявления конкретного расположения включений, которое является маркировкой, и в дальнейшем позволяет однозначно идентифицировать данное оружие.
