Abstract
The invention refers to a device for electricity management and distribution comprising closed sheltering equipment, an electrical power transformer, a consumption measuring element or set of elements, a communication, control and management module, automatic electrical protection elements, an electricity remote interruption element, an emergency shutdown system, a protection sensor against non-authorized access to the device and an alarm system (local and remote), where the communication, control and management module exchanges information with the systems of the distributor for remote control of the device.
Description
MEASUREMENT CONCENTRATOR IN A PEDESTAL TYPE
TRANSFORMER FOR ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention may be included in the technical field of circuits or systems for electricity distribution, in particular of electric circuits having anti- tampering protection and/or being in reduced spaces. More specifically, the object of the invention refers to a power transformer device having multiple power measuring units incorporated therein, having a communication and management module with the purpose of increasing safety in electrical installations with protection mechanisms against faults, supply interruption with emergency stop and door opening. All that is achieved with ultra-compact equipment that reduces the area requirements needed for similar installations conventionally.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Electricity distributors must face the problem of illegal connections tampering the electrical infrastructure to avoid consumption thereof to be recorded, causing economical losses, possible risks due to lack of security of the connections made and damage to property. Common infrastructures are based on principles of security distance or shielding physical barriers which leave a great amount of areas exposed or with easy access thereto for those deliberately seeking for an illegal connection.
Document CN106803672, describes an electricity distribution system mainly for residential or small business use, comprising a power transformer, a module for measuring units installation, a network local controller and a plurality of interfaces for medium voltage electrical connections on the
primary side of the transformer, and low voltage for interconnecting the included equipment and towards the customers supply line.
Document CN105978148, discloses a safety system for the electric power distribution and remote monitoring. The general circuit is connected to a series circuit together with a protection mechanism against voltage surge or short-circuits and a supply on and off control system.
Considering the above information, it is necessary to find alternatives directed to electricity distribution systems providing for an installation being protected against tampering, which allows monitoring the consumption, controlling the measuring units and keeping the supplier informed about the system operation, and which prevents possible illegal connections. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention refers to a self-contained device for electricity distribution comprising power transformation until measuring the power output towards the customers, a communication module which allows remote control of the measuring unit operations and incorporation of alert mechanisms featuring electricity supply interruption as dissuasion means with the purpose of increasing safety against intruders in electrical installations.
Therefore, the present invention refers to a device for electricity management and distribution comprising:
- closed sheltering equipment comprising at least a closed side wall, a base and a surface,
- at least one electric power transformer arranged inside the sheltering equipment,
- at least one element for measuring electricity consumption coupled at the base inside the sheltering equipment,
- a module for communication with the distributor installations, control and management of the electricity at the base inside the sheltering equipment,
- an element for remote interruption of the electricity supply coupled to the electricity communication, control and management module,
- at least one automatic equipment for protection against electrical fault,
- an emergency shutdown system outside the sheltering equipment for local actuation thereof,
- at least one position sensor against non-authorized access to the device outside the sheltering equipment, and
- an alarm in the communication, control and management module capable of executing local disconnection actions,
where the electricity communication, control and management module periodically exchanges information with the distributor installations and it allows at least controlling the measuring element, the remote electricity supply interruption element, the emergency shutdown system, and/or the alarm.
In a preferred embodiment the sheltering equipment is made of metallic material.
In another preferred embodiment the sheltering equipment has at least one closed and blocking door in the side wall where the alarm is located. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The following is a description of a preferred embodiment of the invention based on the attached figures.
FIG 1 - It shows the sheltering equipment with two doors (4 and 8) where the protection sensors (9 and 10) are located together with the door opening detector (1 ) against non-authorized access to the device. The measuring units (3) are located inside the sheltering equipment connected to transformers (5) and an electricity control and management module (6) with a remote interruption element (2) and an alarm (7).
FIG 2 - It shows the sheltering equipment with two closed doors (4 and 8) where the protection sensors (9 and 10) and the emergency shutdown system (1 1 ) are located. FIG 3 - It shows a particular embodiment of the electricity distribution device comprising measuring units (15) together with a collector (13) having an antenna (14) for control and communication with the supplier and a power supply terminal (17) connected to the transformer (20). It also comprises a control module (19), an element for remote interruption of the electricity supply (16), an alarm (18) and a sensor detecting the doors (21 ) opening. Claims
1 . A device for electricity management and distribution comprising:
- a closed sheltering equipment comprising at least a closed side wall, a base and a surface,
- at least one electric power transformer arranged inside the sheltering equipment,
- at least one element for measuring electricity consumption coupled at the base inside the sheltering equipment,
- a module for communication with the distributor installations, control and management of the electricity at the base inside the sheltering equipment,
- an element for remote interruption of the electricity supply coupled to the electricity communication, control and management module, - at least one automatic equipment for protection against electrical fault,
- an emergency shutdown system outside the sheltering equipment for local actuation thereof,
- at least one position sensor against non-authorized access to the device outside the sheltering equipment, and
- an alarm in the communication, control and management module capable of executing local disconnection actions,
where the electricity communication, control and management module periodically exchanges information with the distributor installations and it allows at least controlling the measuring element, the remote electricity supply interruption element, the emergency shutdown system, and/or the alarm.
2. Device according to claim 1 , where the sheltering equipment is made of metallic material.
3. Device according to claim 2, where the sheltering equipment has at least one closed and blocking door in the side wall where the alarm is located.
