Abstract

The present invention relates to a system (1) for bringing incoming calls to a predetermined non-irritating level by analysing their volumes in places such as particularly call centres wherein calls are received from different parties continuously. In one preferred embodiment, the inventive system (1) is applied for calls that reach the called communication devices (3) owned by the call centre in order that the volume level in calls reaching the called communication devices (3) located in call centres is adjusted to a predetermined level
