Description

Head-up display device
The present invention relates to a head-up display device having a combiner capable of appearing and retracting with respect to a main body.
For example, a head-up display device is used to provide navigation information to vehicle occupants. As a head-up display device, there is known a type in which a combiner is provided so as to be able to appear in and out of a main body, and information is projected onto the combiner. As a head-up display device having such a combiner, there is a technique disclosed in Patent Document 1.
A head-up display device as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 of Patent Document 1 includes a worm wheel mechanism attached to a main body, a link mechanism driven by the worm wheel mechanism, and a link mechanism. And a combiner that is connected and provided to be movable up and down with respect to the main body.
The worm wheel mechanism includes a motor attached to the main body, a worm provided on the motor shaft of the motor, and a wheel meshing with the worm and connected to the link mechanism.
Such a head-up display device rotates a motor shaft and a worm by driving a motor. Thereby, the wheel meshing with the worm is rotated, and the link mechanism is driven. When the link mechanism is driven, the combiner moves up and down.
When the combiner is raised, the combiner protrudes outside the main body and is visible to the occupant. By causing the combiner to project information, the occupant can obtain information. On the other hand, when the vehicle stops, the combiner is lowered. Thereby, a combiner is accommodated in a main-body part.
For example, when using a combiner, it is necessary to keep the combiner protruding from the main body. For this reason, the worm wheel mechanism generally has a self-locking function. That is, the combiner can be kept protruding by the meshing of the worm and the wheel. For this reason, even if it is going to push down the combiner of the state which protrudes, rotation of a wheel is prevented by a worm and a combiner cannot be pushed down.
By the way, there may be a situation where electricity cannot be supplied to the motor during maintenance of the head-up display device. In such a case, it is preferable if the combiner can be moved manually. It is desired to provide a head-up display device with excellent handling properties.

And a movable pressing plate 40.
Refer to FIG. A stay 28 is attached to the motor 21, and the stay 28 is attached to a motor attachment portion 60. The stay 28 is attached to the motor attachment portion 60 by bolts 31, 31 (fastening members 31, 31) and nuts 32, 32 that are screwed into the bolts 31, 31. The stay 28 is formed with round holes 28a, 28a through which the bolts 31, 31 pass, respectively. The diameters of the round holes 28a and 28a are slightly larger than the diameters of the bolts 31 and 31.
Refer to FIG. The pressing plate 40 includes a pressing plate main body 41 in which a rack portion 41 a is formed, a front extending portion 42 extending left and right from the front end of the pressing plate main body 41, and left and right of the front extending portion 42. It comprises contact portions 43 and 43 which protrude from the end portions to the left and right respectively and contact the link mechanisms 50 and 50.
Refer to FIG. The link mechanism 50 includes a first pin 51 that can move along the guide portion 11a formed in the main body portion 11, a first arm 52 that extends from the first pin 51 toward the combiner 14, and the first pin 52. The arm 55, a fourth pin 56 for fixing the end of the second arm 55 to the combiner 14, and one end hooked on the first pin 51 and the other end hooked on the main body 11 are the first pins. And a return spring 57 for urging 51 toward the rear. The link mechanism 50 is provided on the right side surface of the main body 11 with substantially the same configuration. Description of the link mechanism provided on the right side surface portion is omitted.
Refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. The motor mounting portion 60 has a circular motor shaft through hole 61 larger than the diameter of the worm 22, an oblong fastening member through hole 62 surrounding the motor shaft through hole 61, and the motor shaft through hole 61. An oblong motor shaft tip portion through-hole 63 located at the above-mentioned part is formed.
The motor shaft 21a passes through the motor shaft through hole 61. The motor shaft through hole 61 is formed sufficiently large with respect to the diameter of the motor shaft 21a. For this reason, the motor shaft 21a can be displaced. That is, it can be said that the motor shaft through hole 61 has the motor shaft escape portion 61a that allows the displacement of the motor shaft 21a.
The bolts 31 penetrate the fastening member through holes 62, respectively. The width W1 in the short direction of the fastening member through-hole 62 is substantially the same as the diameter D1 of the bolt 31. Here, the substantially same size means that the width W1 in the short direction of the fastening member through-hole 62 is slightly smaller than the diameter D1 of the bolt 31 to the extent that the movement of the bolt 31 along the edge of the fastening member through-hole 62 is allowed. Say great to you.
The bolt 31 is movable along the fastening member through hole 62. That is, the fastening member through-hole 62 has a fastening member escape portion 62 a that allows displacement of the bolt 31. Based on the assembled state, the bolt 31 is located at the end of the fastening member through-hole 62. In other words, when the worm 22 and the wheel 23 are engaged with each other, the bolt 31 is located at the end of the fastening member through hole 62.
The tip of the motor shaft 21 a is supported at the edge of the motor shaft tip through hole 63. The shape of the motor shaft tip through hole 63 is also the same as the shape of the fastening member through hole 62. That is, the front end portion of the motor shaft 21 a passes through the motor shaft front end portion through hole 63. The width of the motor shaft tip end through hole 63 in the short direction is substantially the same as the diameter of the motor shaft 21a. Here, the substantially same size means that the width of the motor shaft tip through-hole 63 in the short direction of the motor shaft 21a is such that the movement of the motor shaft 21a along the edge of the motor shaft tip through-hole 63 is allowed. Say that it is slightly larger than the diameter.
The motor shaft 21a is movable along the motor shaft tip end through hole 63. That is, the motor shaft tip portion through-hole 63 has a motor shaft tip portion relief portion 63a that allows displacement of the tip portion of the motor shaft 21a. The motor shaft 21 a is located at the end of the motor shaft tip end through hole 63 with the assembled state as a reference. In other words, when the worm 22 and the wheel 23 are engaged with each other, the tip of the motor shaft 21 a is located at the end of the motor shaft tip through hole 63.
The operation from the housed state in which the combiner 14 is housed in the main body 11 shown in FIG. 1 to the projecting state in which the combiner 14 protrudes above the body 11 shown in FIG. 2 will be described. .
For example, in a state where the ignition switch of the vehicle is turned off, the combiner 14 is housed inside the main body 11. At this time, when the ignition switch is turned on, the combiner 14 advances toward the upper side of the main body 11.
Refer to FIG. When the ignition switch is turned on, the motor 21 is driven, and the motor shaft 21a and the worm 22 rotate. As a result, the wheel 23 meshing with the worm 22 and the drive gear 24 provided on the rotation axis CL2 of the wheel 23 rotate. As a result, the driven gear 25 meshed with the drive gear 24 and the pinion gear 26 provided on the rotation shaft CL3 of the driven gear 25 rotate. When the pinion gear 26 rotates, the pressing plate 40 moves forward via the rack portion 41a that meshes with the pinion gear 26. As the pressing plate 40 moves forward, the first arm 52 (see FIG. 1) is pushed forward via the contact portions 43 and 43.
Refer to FIG. By turning on the ignition switch, the first arm 52 moves forward against the biasing force of the return spring 57. The first arm 52 moves forward while the first pin 51 provided at the end is guided by the guide portion 11a. As the first arm 52 moves forward, the second arm 55 swings. The second arm 55 swings around the third pin 54. The combiner 14 advances above the main body 11 along the swing path of the fourth pin 56.
Refer to FIG. When the combiner 14 protrudes above the main body 11, energization of the motor 21 is terminated. Even when energization of the motor 21 is finished, the protruding state of the combiner 14 is maintained by the self-locking function of the worm 22. The worm 22 keeps the combiner 14 in a protruding state against the urging force of the return spring 57.
When the ignition switch is turned off, the combiner 14 is displaced from the protruding position to the storage position. The motor 21 rotates in the opposite direction to the protruding state from the housed state. Thereby, the combiner 14 is displaced from the protruding position to the storage position.
Refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. There may be a situation where electricity cannot be supplied to the motor 21 during maintenance of the head-up display device 10 or the like. In such a case, it is preferable if the combiner 14 (see FIG. 2) can be moved manually. In the head-up display device 10 according to the present invention, the combiner 14 can be manually displaced by adopting a configuration in which the engagement between the worm 22 and the wheel 23 can be easily released.
More specifically, after loosening the nut 32, the motor 21 is moved in a direction away from the wheel 23 (right of the drawing). The motor 21, the worm 22, the stay 28, the bolt 31, and the nut 32 move integrally. The motor 21 is moved along the direction in which the fastening member through hole 62 and the motor shaft tip portion through hole 63 are formed. The width W <b> 1 in the short direction of the fastening member through hole 62 is slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt 31. For this reason, when the motor 21 is moved, the fastening member through hole 62 serves as a guide in the moving direction of the motor 21. Similarly, the motor shaft tip end through hole 63 serves as a guide in the moving direction of the motor 21.
Refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. By moving the motor shaft 21a (including the tip portion) and the bolt 31 to the respective relief portions 61a, 62a, 63a, the meshing between the worm 22 and the wheel 23 is released.
That is, it can be said that the motor shaft through hole 61 has a motor shaft escape portion 61a that allows displacement of the motor shaft 21a in order to release the engagement of the worm 22 with the wheel 23. The same applies to the fastening member through hole 62 and the motor shaft tip portion through hole 63. The fastening member through-hole 62 has a fastening member escape portion 62a that allows displacement of the bolt 31 so as to allow displacement of the motor shaft 21a. The motor shaft tip portion through-hole 63 has a motor shaft tip portion relief portion 63a that allows displacement of the tip portion of the motor shaft 21a in order to release the engagement of the worm 22 with the wheel 23.
When the meshing between the worm 22 and the wheel 23 is released, the self-lock function of the worm 22 is also released. For this reason, the combiner 14 (refer FIG. 2) can be displaced manually. When the combiner 14 is manually displaced, the wheel 23 rotates idle.
The head-up display device 10 of the present invention has the following effects.
Refer to FIG. The motor shaft through hole 61 has a motor shaft escape portion 61a that allows displacement of the motor shaft 21a in order to release the engagement of the worm 22 with the wheel 23. In addition, the fastening member through hole 62 has a fastening member escape portion 62a that allows displacement of the bolt 31 so as to allow displacement of the motor shaft 21a.
Referring also to FIG. Thereby, by loosening the bolt 31, the motor 21 can escape to the motor shaft escape portion 61a and the bolt 31 can escape to the fastening member escape portion 62a. Thereby, the meshing of the worm 22 with the wheel 23 can be released. By releasing the meshed state between the worm 22 and the wheel 23, the combiner 14 (see FIG. 5) can be moved manually. It can be said that the head-up display device 10 is excellent in handleability.
Refer to FIG. The fastening member through hole 62 has an oval shape. The width W1 in the short direction of the fastening member through-hole 62 is slightly larger than the diameter D1 of the bolt 31 to the extent that the displacement of the bolt 31 (fastening member 31) is allowed. The bolt 31 is located at the end of the oval shape. The position where the bolt 31 is disposed can be easily recognized, and the edge of the oval hole serves as a stopper, so that the assembly work of the head-up display device 10 is facilitated. The same applies to the motor shaft tip end through hole 63.
Although the head-up display device according to the present invention has been described as an example mounted on a four-wheeled vehicle, it can also be applied to other vehicles such as a two-wheeled vehicle, a three-wheeled vehicle, a train, and an airplane. It is not limited.
