Description

广告投放系统、装置及方法
本申请要求于2015年6月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510374215.4、发明名称为“广告投放系统、装置及方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及在线多媒体领域,特别涉及一种广告投放系统、装置及方法。
背景技术
随着互联网视频行业的快速发展,网络视频已成为人们获取咨询和休闲娱乐的重要渠道。
客户端在向用户提供视频业务的过程中,通常会播放一些广告。例如,在用户选择所要观看的视频之后,客户端在播放该视频之前首先播放若干个广告,然后再播放该视频。再例如,在播放视频的过程中,客户端也会在该视频播放至预设时间点时,暂停播放该视频并插入播放若干个广告,并在广告播放完毕后继续播放预设时间点之后的视频内容。通常来说,现有的广告投放流程如下:后台服务器从广告池中选择预设数量的广告,并将选择的广告提供给客户端;相应地,客户端依次将后台服务器提供的广告进行播放。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:客户端单纯地按照后台服务器的选择,播放后台服务器提供的广告,这样的广告投放模式会导致广告的有效受众相当有限,形成广告资源和带宽资源的浪费,也无法满足用户的观看需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的浪费广告资源和带宽资源,且无法满足用户的观看需求的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种广告投放系统、装置及方法。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种广告投放系统。所述系统可以包括至少一个客户端装置和后台服务器。所述后台服务器被配置为根据所述客户端装置的用户的用户特征信息向所述客户端装置提供前景广告的播放地址和n个候选 广告的预览素材,n为正整数,所述用户特征信息用于反映所述用户的个人基本信息和/或所述用户在网络上的个人习惯和使用偏好。所述客户端装置可以被配置为:根据所述前景广告的播放地址播放所述前景广告;在播放所述前景广告的过程中,当检测到所述用户触发的选择指示时,显示所述n个候选广告中的全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材;根据所述用户对候选广告的预览素材的选择操作,从所述n个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种广告投放装置,所述广告投放装置用于客户端装置中,所述装置包括:前景广告播放模块,被配置为根据后台服务器提供的前景广告的播放地址播放所述前景广告;素材显示模块,用于在播放所述前景广告的过程中,当检测到用户触发的选择指示时,显示n个候选广告中的全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材,n为正整数;候选广告选择播放模块,用于根据所述用户对候选广告的预览素材的选择操作,从所述n个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告以进行播放。

根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种广告投放方法,所述广告投放方法用于后台服务器中,所述方法包括:所述后台服务器接收客户端装置发送的广告获取请求;所述后台服务器根据所述广告获取请求向所述客户端装置提供前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材,n为正整数;其中,所述广告获取请求中携带有用户特征信息,所述用户特征信息用于反映用户的个人基本信息 和/或所述用户在网络上的个人习惯和使用偏好。
通过客户端从后台服务器中获取若干个候选广告并将其提供给用户,并根据用户的选择操作从中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放;解决了现有技术存在的浪费广告资源和带宽资源,且无法满足用户的观看需求的问题;通过向用户提供选择广告的功能,使得用户可根据自身需求从候选广告中选择感兴趣的广告进行播放,有利于提高广告的点击率和有效受众,减少广告资源和带宽资源的浪费,且充分满足用户的自主选择和观看需求,提高互动性、趣味性和用户体验。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施环境
请参考图1,其示出了本发明实施例所涉及的一种实施环境的架构示意图。该实施环境包括:至少一个终端120和后台服务器140。
终端120中运行有用于提供网络业务的客户端,下面为了描述简便,将这种运行有提供网络业务客户端的终端也称为客户端。可选地,该网络业务可以是多媒体业务,如视频业务。客户端可以为视频客户端或者浏览器。终端120可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、多媒体播放器、膝上型便携计算机、台式计算机和智能电视等。
终端120通过有线网络或者无线网络与后台服务器140相连。
后台服务器140用于向终端120中运行的客户端提供广告。通常来讲,该广告为视频形式的广告,但并不排除其它形式的广告,如图文形式的广告。后台服务器140可以是一台服务器,或者由若干台服务器组成的服务器集群,或者是一个云计算服务中心。
计算机架构
请参考图2,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的终端的结构示意图。该终端可以运行用于提供网络业务的客户端。具体来讲:
终端200可以包括RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路210、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器220、输入单元230、显示单元240、传感器250、音频电路260、WiFi(wireless fidelity,无线保真)模块270、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器280、以及电源290等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图2中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者这些部件的组合,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
RF电路210可用于收发信息或在通信过程中接收和发送信号。特别地,RF电路210从基站接收下行数据,并将该下行数据输入到图2中示出的一个或者一个以上处理器280进行处理;另外,RF电路210将上行数据发送给基站。通 常,RF电路210包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,RF电路210还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,所述通信标准和协议包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
存储器220可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器280通过运行存储在存储器220的软件程序以及模块,来执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器220可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等的至少一个功能所需的应用程序等;存储数据区可存储根据终端200的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器220可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器220还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器280和输入单元230对存储器220的访问。
输入单元230可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元230可包括图像输入设备231。图像输入设备231可以是摄像头,也可以是光电扫描设备。除了图像输入设备231,输入单元230还可以包括其他输入设备232。具体地,其他输入设备232可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元240可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端200的各种图形用户接口。这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元240可包括显示面板241,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板241。
终端200还可包括至少一种传感器250,比如光传感器、运动传感器等。具 体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板241的亮度,接近传感器可在终端200移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板241和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等。另外,终端200还可配置除了光传感器、运动传感器外的其他传感器,诸如陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等中的一种或者几种,在此不再赘述。
音频电路260、扬声器261、传声器262可提供用户与终端200之间的音频接口。音频电路260可将接收到的音频数据转换成电信号并传输到扬声器261,扬声器261将音频数据转换的电信号转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器262将收集的声音信号转换为电信号并将该电信号输入到音频电路260,音频电路260将该电信号转换为音频数据,再将该音频数据输出到处理器280,处理器280对该音频数据进行处理。这里,处理器280可以将处理后的音频数据输出给RF电路210,从而经RF电路210将该音频数据发送给比如另一终端,处理器280也可以将处理后的音频数据输出至存储器220以便进一步处理。音频电路260还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与终端200的通信。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,终端200可以通过WiFi模块270可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图2示出了WiFi模块270,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端200的必须构成,WiFi模块270完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器280是终端200的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接终端200所包括的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器220内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器220内的数据,来执行终端200的各种功能,从而对终端200进行整体监控。可选的,处理器280可包括一个或多个处理核心。优选的,处理器280可用于处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等。另外,所述处理器280中也可集成调制解调处理器,所述调制解调处理器可用于处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器280而独立于处理器280构成终端200的一部分。
终端200还包括给各个部件供电的电源290(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器280逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现充电、放电以及功耗管理等功能。电源290还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,终端200还可以包括蓝牙模块以通过蓝牙进行短距离无线通信,在此不再赘述。
图3示出了本发明一个实施例提供的服务器的结构示意图。该服务器可以是后台服务器。
具体来讲,服务器300包括中央处理单元(CPU)301、包括随机存取存储器(RAM)302和只读存储器(ROM)303的系统存储器304,以及连接系统存储器304和中央处理单元301的系统总线305。服务器300还包括帮助在计算机内的各个器件之间传输信息的基本输入/输出系统(I/O系统)306,和用于存储操作系统313、应用程序314和其他程序模块315的大容量存储设备307。
基本输入/输出系统306包括用于显示信息的显示器308和用于用户输入信息的诸如鼠标、键盘之类的输入设备309。基本输入/输出系统306还可以包括连接到系统总线305的输入输出控制器310,所述显示器308和输入设备309都通过输入输出控制器310经由系统总线305连接到中央处理单元301。输入输出控制器310用于接收和处理来自键盘、鼠标或电子触控笔等多个其他设备的输入。类似地,输入输出控制器310还提供输出到显示屏、打印机或其他类型的输出设备。

根据本发明的各种实施例,服务器300还可以通过诸如因特网等网络连接到网络上的远程计算机运行。也即服务器300可以通过连接在系统总线305上的网络接口单元311连接到网络312,或者说,也可以使用网络接口单元311来连接到其他类型的网络或远程计算机系统(未示出)。
示意性实施例:
在本发明实施例提供的广告投放模式中,客户端向用户提供选择广告的功能,从而不再单纯地按照后台服务器的选择来播放后台服务器提供的广告。根据本发明实施例,客户端从后台服务器中获取若干个候选广告并将其提供给用户,用户可根据自身需求从候选广告中选择感兴趣的广告进行播放。下面,通过几个实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细介绍和说明。
图4A示出了本发明一个实施例提供的广告投放系统的示意图。该广告投放系统包括:至少一个客户端420和后台服务器440。
后台服务器440,向客户端420提供前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材,n为正整数。其中,前景广告是指在客户端420播放从n个候选广告中选择的广告之前播放的广告,候选广告是指后台服务器440根据用户的需求为用户提供并且可被用户选择的广告。在通常情况下,前景广告的数量可以为一个,但是在本发明中对此不做限定,前景广告的数量也可以是多个。候选广告的预览素材可以包括预览图片和简要说明等预览信息。当候选广告为视频形式的广告时,预览图片可以是从候选广告的视频流中提取的关键帧。
可选地,后台服务器440可接收客户端420发送的携带有用户特征信息的广告获取请求;根据用户特征信息确定用户类型;根据用户类型从广告池中选择前景广告和n个候选广告;向客户端420发送前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材。
其中,用户特征信息用于反映用户的个人基本信息和/或用户在网络上的个 人习惯和使用偏好。用户特征信息可包括用户属性数据和/或历史行为数据。用户属性数据用于反映用户的个人基本信息,用户属性数据可包括但不限于地区、性别、年龄、生日、IP地址、学校、学历、爱好、工作、星座、生肖、血型中的至少一种。历史行为数据用于反映用户在网络上的个人习惯和使用偏好,历史行为数据可包括用户在网络上产生的历史操作行为的记录。作为示例,该记录可包括但不限于网页浏览记录、网络购物记录、聊天记录等。
后台服务器440中预先设定若干个用户类型,并为每一个用户类型对应设置特征条件。例如,用户类型与特征条件之间的对应关系可以是如下表-1所示:

后台服务器440获取用户特征信息之后,确定与用户的特征信息匹配的特征条件,从而确定用户类型。在本实施例中,后台服务器440根据用户类型从广告池中选择前景广告和候选广告。
在一种可能的实施方式中,后台服务器440可在与用户类型匹配的广告中选择前景广告,在与用户类型匹配的广告中选择a个候选广告,并在与用户类型不匹配的广告中选择b个候选广告。其中,a+b=n且a、b均为正整数。
后台服务器440中预先存储每一个用户类型和与之匹配的广告。对于任意一个用户类型来说,与之匹配的广告即为与该用户类型所对应的用户群的特征相符的广告。在可能的实施方式中,考虑到前景广告为客户端420所必须播放的广告,因此选择与用户的特征相符的广告为前景广告。另外,在选择的候选广告中,一部分为与用户的特征相符的广告,另一部分为与用户的特征不相符的广告,这样做是为了在一个终端被多个使用者共用的情况下,尽可能地满足多个使用者的不同需求,使得每个使用者都能从中找到满足自身需求的广告。
这里,客户端420根据前景广告的播放地址播放前景广告。可选地,客户端420还可用于在播放前景广告的过程中显示提示信息,该提示信息用于提示用户触发选择广告的方式。该方式包括但不限于摇晃操作、触控操作、语音识 别、图像识别中的任意一种。该提示信息可以是以文字和/或图形的形式在客户端420上呈现。
例如,如图4B所示,客户端420在前景广告播放界面40上以浮层形式显示“摇一摇”图标41,以便于提示用户通过摇晃终端触发选择指示。可选地,客户端420也可以在“摇一摇”图标41周侧显示文字提示,例如,该文字提示可以是“‘摇一摇’选择自己喜欢的广告”,从而更为明确地提示用户。
客户端420还可以用于在播放前景广告的过程中,当检测到用户触发的选择指示时,显示n个候选广告中的全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材。
可选地,选择指示是由用户通过摇晃终端触发的。例如,可通过终端内置的传感器检测用户是否摇晃该终端。或者,选择指示是由用户通过触控操作触发的。例如,终端可以是带触摸屏的设备,用户可通过点击、滑动等触控操作触发选择指示。或者,选择指示是由用户通过语音信号触发的。例如,客户端可通过语音识别技术对采集到的语音信号进行识别,并在识别结果满足预设语音识别结果时显示全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材。或者,选择指示是由用户通过图像信号触发的。例如,客户端可通过图像识别技术对用户的手势轨迹或者人脸图像进行识别,并在识别结果满足预设图像识别结果时显示全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材。
可选地,客户端420可采用如下方式显示候选广告的预览素材。
在一种可能的方式中,在客户端420显示总预览页面的全部区域或部分区域,该总预览页面同时显示有n个候选广告的预览素材。在总预览页面的面积小于或等于终端的显示屏幕的显示面积时,在客户端420上显示总预览页面的全部区域。比如,如图4C所示,候选广告的数量n为9,客户端420在同一个用户交互界面50上同时显示该9个候选广告的预览素材。在总预览页面的面积大于终端的屏幕的显示面积时,在客户端420上显示总预览页面的部分区域。然后,在客户端420接收到用户的平移指令时,在客户端420上显示该总预览页面的其它区域。
在本实施例中,对同时显示的n个候选广告的预览素材的排列方式不作限定。该排列方式可以是规则平铺形式,比如按照行和列的阵列显示、蜂窝状平铺显示;也可以是不规则平铺形式,比如以随机位置进行显示。各个候选广告的预览素材之间通常互不交叠。
在另一种可能的方式中,客户端420显示若干个预览页面中的一个预览页面,每个预览页面显示有n个候选广告中的至少一个候选广告的预览素材。客户端420首先显示若干个预览页面中的第一预览页面,在接收到用户的切换操作时,客户端420根据接收到的切换操作将第一预览页面切换为第二预览页面。第一预览页面和第二预览页面泛指若干个预览页面中相邻的两个预览页面。比如,如图4D所示,假设候选广告的数量n为8,预览页面的数量为4,每个预览页面显示有2个候选广告的预览素材。客户端420先显示第一预览页面60,该第一预览页面60显示有第1个和第2个候选广告的预览素材;在接收到用户的左滑操作时,客户端420显示第二预览页面61,该第二预览页面61显示有第3个和第4个候选广告的预览素材。类似地,用户可通过左右滑动切换不同的预览页面。
当然,本领域技术人员应该理解,还可以采用其他显示候选广告的预览素材的方式,本发明对此并不做限定。
客户端420还可用于根据用户的选择操作,从n个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放。用户可根据客户端420所显示的候选广告的预览素材,从中选择感兴趣的广告进行观看。
作为示例,客户端向用户提供选择预览素材的接口从而选择与用户选择的预览素材相应的候选广告。这里,用户可以通过鼠标或手指单击客户端上显示的某个候选广告的预览素材来完成对该候选广告的选择。在某个候选广告已被选择的情况下可通过单击该候选广告的预览素材来取消对该候选广告的选择。例如,这里可以使用不同的标识来区分该候选广告的选择状态。还可以针对各个预览素材设置相应的选择框以供用户选择与各预览素材相应的候选广告。这里,不对具体的选择方式进行限制。
可选地,客户端420可获取候选广告的预览素材的显示时长;当显示时长达到预设时长时,判断已被用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q,k为大于或等于0的整数,q为大于0的整数;若k<q,则自动从未被用户选择的候选广告中选择q-k个候选广告,并播放用户选择的k个候选广告和自动选择的q-k个候选广告;若k≥q,则播放用户选择的k个候选广告。
在本实施例中,为了防止用户在选择广告的过程中花费过多的时间,可以将该预设时长设定为15秒。客户端420从开始显示候选广告的预览素材的时刻 开始计时,当计时达到该预设时长时,客户端420判断已被用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q。其中,q为预先设定的最少需要播放的广告数量,例如q可预先设定为4。当k<q时,客户端420自动为用户选择满q个候选广告,提高选择效率。当k≥q时,客户端420直接播放用户选择的k个候选广告。
可选地,当已显示候选素材的时长未达到预设时长时,若客户端420检测到用户触发的选择完成指示,则客户端420直接执行上述判断已被用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q的步骤,不必等到已显示时长达到预设时长,有利于进一步减少用户在选择广告的过程中所花费的时间。
可选地,本实施例还提供了根据用户针对候选广告的选择操作,动态学习并调整用户特征的机制。具体地,客户端420可以还用于根据选择操作生成操作记录信息,操作记录信息用于反映用户对候选广告的选择次序和选择结果;然后客户端420可以向后台服务器440发送操作记录信息。在这种情况下,后台服务器440还可用于根据操作记录信息重新确定用户类型。
综上所述,本实施例提供的广告投放系统,客户端从后台服务器中获取若干个候选广告并将其提供给用户,并根据用户的选择操作从若干个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放,解决了现有技术存在的浪费广告资源和带宽资源,且无法满足用户的观看需求的问题。通过向用户提供选择广告的功能,使得用户可根据自身需求从候选广告中选择感兴趣的广告进行播放,有利于提高广告的点击率和有效受众,减少广告资源和带宽资源的浪费,且充分满足用户的自主选择和观看需求,提高互动性、趣味性和用户体验。
另外,还通过后台服务器向客户端提供若干个与用户类型相匹配的广告作为一部分候选广告,同时提供若干个与用户类型不相匹配的广告作为另一部分候选广告,对于一个终端被多个使用者共用的情况,尽可能地满足多个使用者的不同需求,使得每个使用者都能从中找到满足自身需求的广告。
另外,客户端向后台服务器反馈用户针对候选广告的选择操作的操作记录信息,并由后台服务器根据该操作记录信息重新确定用户类型,实现了动态学习并调整用户特征,从而进一步提高广告推送精确度。
为了更详细地说明本发明实施例,下面采用方法实施例对本发明实施例提 供的广告投放系统的运作原理进行阐述。
图5示出了本发明一个实施例提供的广告投放方法的流程图。该广告投放方法可应用于客户端中。该广告投放方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤502,根据后台服务器提供的前景广告的播放地址播放前景广告。
步骤504,在播放前景广告的过程中,当检测到用户触发的选择指示时,显示n个候选广告中的全部或部分候选广告的预览素材,n为正整数。

请参考图7A,其示出了本发明再一实施例提供的广告投放方法的流程图。该广告投放方法可应用于图1所示实施环境中。该广告投放方法可以包括如下步骤:

其中,广告获取请求用于从后台服务器中请求获取广告。
在本实施例中,对客户端发送广告获取请求的时机不作具体限定。例如,客户端可以在启动后向后台服务器发送广告获取请求,也可以在用户使用用户帐号登录后向后台服务器发送广告获取请求,还可以在向用户提供网络业务的过程中向后台服务器发送广告获取请求。在一个例子中,以视频客户端为例,视频客户端在检测到用户触发的视频播放指示时向后台服务器发送广告获取请求,以便于在播放用户选择的视频之前先播放若干个广告;或者,在播放视频的过程中,视频客户端在预设时间点之前向后台服务器发送广告获取请求,以便于在预设时间点插入播放若干个广告。
可选地,广告获取请求中携带有用户特征信息。用户特征信息用于反映用户的个人基本信息和/或用户在网络上的个人习惯和使用偏好。用户特征信息可包括用户属性数据和/或历史行为数据。用户属性数据用于反映用户的个人基本信息,用户属性数据包括但不限于地区、性别、年龄、生日、IP地址、学校、学历、爱好、工作、星座、生肖、血型中的至少一种。历史行为数据用于反映用户在网络上的个人习惯和使用偏好,历史行为数据包括用户在网络上产生的历史操作行为的记录,该记录包括但不限于网页浏览记录、网络购物记录、聊天记录等。
当然,在其它可能的实施方式中,后台服务器中可预先存储用户帐号与用户特征信息之间的对应关系。这样,客户端向后台服务器发送的广告获取请求中仅需携带用户帐号即可。相应地,后台服务器可通过查询上述对应关系获取与用户帐号对应的用户特征信息。
相应地,后台服务器接收客户端发送的广告获取请求。
步骤702,后台服务器根据广告获取请求向客户端提供前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材,n为正整数。
其中,前景广告是指用于在客户端播放从n个候选广告中选择的广告之前播放的广告,候选广告是指后台服务器根据用户的需求为用户提供并可供用户选择的广告。在通常情况下,前景广告的数量为一个即可,但本实施例对前景广告的数量不做限定。候选广告的预览素材可以包括预览图片和简要说明等预览信息。当候选广告为视频形式的广告时,预览图片可以是从候选广告的视频流中提取的关键帧。
可选地,当广告获取请求中携带有用户特征信息时,结合参考图7B,步骤702可包括如下几个子步骤:
步骤702a,后台服务器根据用户特征信息确定用户的用户类型。
后台服务器中预先设定若干个用户类型,并为每一个用户类型对应设置特征条件。例如,用户类型与特征条件之间的对应关系可以是如上表-1所示。后台服务器获取用户特征信息之后,确定匹配的特征条件,并根据上述对应关系确定用户类型。

后台服务器中预先对应存储每一个用户类型和与之匹配的广告。对于任意一个用户类型来说,与之匹配的广告即为与该用户类型所对应的用户群的特征相符的广告。后台服务器通过从广告池中选择与用户类型相匹配的广告,可以实现向用户提供与其特征相符的广告。
在一种可能的实施方式中,后台服务器在与用户类型匹配的广告中选择前景广告;在与用户类型匹配的广告中选择a个候选广告;并在与用户类型不匹配的广告中选择b个候选广告;其中,a+b=n且a、b均为正整数。
在上述可能的实施方式中,考虑到前景广告为客户端必须播放的广告,因此选择与用户的特征相符的广告为前景广告。另外,在选择的候选广告中,一部分为与用户的特征相符的广告,另一部分为与用户的特征不相符的广告,其目的在于对于一个终端被多个使用者共用的情况,尽可能地满足多个使用者的不同需求,使得每个使用者都能从中找到满足自身需求的广告。
以一个家庭中的多个家庭成员共用一台终端为例,各个家庭成员间的用户 特征不尽相同,如性别、年龄、爱好等用户特征在各个家庭成员间不尽相同,而这些家庭成员往往使用同一用户帐号登录至客户端,如若仅向客户端提供与该用户帐号对应的用户类型相匹配的广告,则难免会造成推送的广告类型过于单一,无法满足多个家庭成员的不同需求。因此,在选择的候选广告中,一部分为与用户的特征相符的广告,另一部分为与用户的特征不相符的广告,可解决因多个家庭成员共用一台终端而导致广告推送精确度不高的问题,尽可能地满足多个家庭成员的不同需求。
步骤702c,后台服务器向客户端发送前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材。
由于前景广告为客户端必须播放的广告,因此后台服务器直接将前景广告的播放地址发送给客户端。候选广告是供用户选择的广告,因此后台服务器将候选广告的预览素材发送给客户端,以便用户根据预览素材选择感兴趣的广告。
另外,后台服务器可以直接将n个候选广告的播放地址发送给客户端。但考虑到n个候选广告中可能有一部分不会被选择播放,因此为了节约传输资源,后台服务器并不将n个候选广告的播放地址发送给客户端,后续待客户端选择确定所需播放的候选广告之后,再将所需播放的候选广告的播放地址发送给客户端。
相应地,客户端接收后台服务器发送的前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材。
步骤703,客户端根据后台服务器提供的前景广告的播放地址播放前景广告。
可选地,客户端在播放前景广告的过程中,显示提示信息,该提示信息用于提示用户触发选择广告的方式。该方式包括但不限于对客户端的摇晃操作、触控操作、语音识别、图像识别中的任意一种。该提示信息可以是以文字和/或图形的形式呈现。

作为示例,客户端可采用如下方式显示候选广告的预览素材。
在一种可能的方式中,客户端显示总预览页面的全部区域或部分区域,该总预览页面显示有n个候选广告的预览素材。在总预览页面的面积小于或等于终端的屏幕的显示面积时,客户端显示总预览页面的全部区域。比如,结合参考图4C,候选广告的数量n为9,客户端在同一个用户交互界面50上同时显示该9个候选广告的预览素材。在总预览页面的面积大于终端的屏幕的显示面积时,客户端显示总预览页面的部分区域。然后,在接收到用户的平移指令时,移动至该总预览页面的其它区域进行显示。

本领域技术人员应该理解,上述预览素材的显示方式只是示例,并不作为对本发明的限制。本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要采用任何适当的显示以及切换方式来对预览页面进行显示。
步骤705,客户端根据用户的选择操作,从n个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放。
用户可根据客户端所显示的候选广告的预览素材,从中选择感兴趣的预览素材从而实现对与该预览素材相应的候选广告的选择。
可选地,对于已被用户选择的候选广告,客户端可对应显示第一标识,该第一标识用于表示该候选广告已被用户选择;对于未被用户选择的候选广告,客户端可对应显示第二标识,该第二标识用于表示该候选广告未被用户选择。这样,用户便可根据第一标识和第二标识来区分哪个/哪些候选广告已被选择,而哪个/哪些候选广告未被选择。
例如,结合参考图4C,客户端在已被用户选择的候选广告的预览素材上层叠加显示心形标识51,而在未被用户选择的候选广告的预览素材上层叠加显示三角形标识52。客户端在获取到对应于某一候选广告的选择操作时,将该候选广告对应的三角形标识52切换为心形标识51。
可选地,对于已被用户选择的候选广告,客户端可显示选择次序。例如,结合参考图7C,客户端显示的用户界面70中包含有若干个候选广告的预览素材。例如,用户从中依次选择了候选广告71、候选广告72、候选广告73以及候选广告74,则客户端依据选择次序在各个候选广告的预览素材上层叠加显示用于指示选择次序的指示信息,如图中的“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”。
在一种可能的实施方式中,结合参考图7D,步骤705可包括如下几个子步骤:
步骤705a,客户端获取候选广告的预览素材的显示时长。

为了防止用户在选择广告的过程中花费过多的时间,设定预设时长。例如,该预设时长可以设定为15秒。客户端从开始显示候选广告的预览素材的时刻开始计时,当计时达到预设时长时,客户端判断已被用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q。其中,q为预先设定的最少需要播放的广告数量,例如q可预先设定为4。当k<q时,客户端自动为用户选择满q个候选广告,提高选择效率。当k≥q时,客户端直接播放用户选择的k个候选广告。
可选地,作为示例,可在客户端显示的素材的预览页面上设置用于选择完成指示的接口,当已显示时长未达到预设时长时,若客户端检测到用户触发的选择完成指示,则客户端直接执行上述判断已被用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q的步骤,不必等到已显示时长达到预设时长。这种设置有利于进一步减少用户在选择广告的过程中所花费的时间。
另外,本实施例对客户端在播放用户和/或其自身选择的候选广告时,候选广告的播放顺序不作具体限定。例如,该播放顺序可根据选择次序确定,也可以随机确定,或者根据默认排序参数确定,该默认排序参数可以是点击率、广告订单价格、已投放时间中的至少一项。
另外,客户端在播放用户和/或其自身选择的候选广告之前,可将之前未播放完毕的前景广告播放完毕后再播放用户和/或其自身选择的候选广告;也可直接播放用户和/或其自身选择的候选广告,本实施例对此也不作限定。
另外,后台服务器在向客户端发送n个候选广告的预览素材时,可将该n个候选广告的播放地址一并发送给客户端,以便客户端在确定需要播放的候选广告后,直接根据相应的播放地址进行播放。或者,客户端在确定需要播放的候选广告后,向后台服务器发送播放地址获取请求,该播放地址获取请求中携带有上述需要播放的候选广告的标识信息;相应地,后台服务器根据该标识信息查找获取上述需要播放的候选广告的播放地址,并发送给客户端;客户端根据接收到的播放地址播放上述需要播放的候选广告。
可选地,客户端还可根据选择操作生成操作记录信息,操作记录信息用于反映用户对候选广告的选择次序和选择结果。然后,客户端向后台服务器发送操作记录信息。相应地,后台服务器接收客户端发送的操作记录信息,并根据操作记录信息重新确定用户的用户类型。
由于用户对候选广告的选择次序和选择结果反映了用户对各个广告的感兴趣程度,在本实施例中,通过上述步骤动态学习并调整用户特征,从而进一步提高广告推送精确度。
综上所述,本实施例提供的广告投放方法,通过客户端从后台服务器中获取若干个候选广告并将其提供给用户,并根据用户的选择操作从后台服务器提供的候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放;解决了现有技术存在的浪费广告资源和带宽资源,且无法满足用户的观看需求的问题。通过向用户提供选择广告的功能,使得用户可根据自身需求从候选广告中选择感兴趣的广告进行播放,有利于提高广告的点击率和有效受众,减少广告资源和带宽资源的浪费,且充分满足用户的自主选择和观看需求,提高互动性、趣味性和用户体验。
另外,还通过后台服务器向客户端提供若干个与用户类型匹配的广告作为一部分候选广告,同时提供若干个与用户类型不匹配的广告作为另一部分候选广告,对于一个终端被多个使用者共用的情况,尽可能地满足多个使用者的不同需求,使得每个使用者都能从中找到满足自身需求的广告。
另外,还通过客户端向后台服务器反馈用户针对候选广告的选择操作的操作记录信息,并由后台服务器根据该操作记录信息重新确定用户的用户类型,实现了动态学习并调整用户特征,从而进一步提高广告推送精确度。
需要说明的是,上述实施例中有关客户端的步骤可以单独实现成为客户端一侧的广告投放方法,有关后台服务器的步骤可以单独实现成为后台服务器一侧的广告投放方法。

  1. 一种广告投放系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括后台服务器和至少一个客户端装置;
    所述后台服务器被配置为根据所述客户端装置的用户的用户特征信息向所述客户端装置提供前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材,其中,n为正整数,所述用户特征信息用于反映所述用户的个人基本信息和/或所述用户在网络上的个人习惯和使用偏好;
    所述客户端装置被配置为:
    根据所述前景广告的播放地址播放所述前景广告;
    在播放所述前景广告的过程中,当检测到所述用户触发的选择指示时,显示所述n个候选广告中的全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材;
    根据所述用户对候选广告的预览素材的选择操作,从所述n个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述后台服务器还被配置为:
    接收所述客户端装置发送的携带有用户特征信息的广告获取请求;
    根据所述用户特征信息确定用户的用户类型;
    根据所述用户类型从广告池中选择所述前景广告和所述n个候选广告。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述后台服务器进一步被配置为:
    在与所述用户类型匹配的广告中选择所述前景广告;
    在与所述用户类型匹配的广告中选择a个候选广告,并在与所述用户类型不匹配的广告中选择b个候选广告,其中,a+b=n且a、b均为正整数。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述客户端装置还被配置为根据所述选择操作生成操作记录信息,并向所述后台服务器发送所述操作记录信息,其中,所述操作记录信息用于反映所述用户对候选广告的选择次序和选择结果;
    所述后台服务器还被配置为根据所述客户端装置发送的所述操作记录信息以重新确定所述用户的用户类型。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述选择指示由所述用户通过摇晃操作、触控操作、语音信号或图像信号触发。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述客户端装置还被配置为:
    显示总预览页面的全部区域或部分区域,或显示若干个预览页面中的一个预览页面,
    其中,所述总预览页面同时显示所述n个候选广告的预览素材,而所述若干个预览页面中的每个预览页面显示所述n个候选广告中的至少一个候选广告的预览素材。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述客户端装置进一步被配置为:
    向用户提供选择预览素材的接口从而选择与用户选择的预览素材相应的候选广告;
    获取所述候选广告的预览素材的显示时长;
    当所述显示时长达到预设时长时,判断已被所述用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q,k为大于或等于0的整数,q为大于0的整数;
    若k<q,则自动从未被用户选择的候选广告中选择q-k个候选广告,并播放所述用户选择的所述k个候选广告和自动选择的所述q-k个候选广告;
    若k≥q,则播放所述用户选择的所述k个候选广告。
  8. 一种广告投放装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    前景广告播放模块,被配置为根据后台服务器提供的前景广告的播放地址播放所述前景广告;
    素材显示模块,被配置为在播放所述前景广告的过程中,当检测到用户触发的选择指示时,显示n个候选广告中的全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材,n 为正整数;
    候选广告选择播放模块,被配置为根据所述用户对候选广告的预览素材的选择操作,从所述n个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告以进行播放。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    请求发送模块,被配置为向所述后台服务器发送携带有用户特征信息的广告获取请求,所述用户特征信息用于反映所述用户的个人基本信息和/或所述用户在网络上的个人习惯和使用偏好;
    广告接收模块,被配置为接收所述后台服务器发送的所述前景广告的播放地址和所述n个候选广告的预览素材;其中,所述前景广告和所述n个候选广告是所述后台服务器根据用户的用户类型从广告池中选择的,其中,后台服务器根据所述用户特征信息确定所述用户的用户类型。

    信息生成模块,被配置为根据所述选择操作生成操作记录信息,所述操作记录信息用于反映所述用户对候选广告的选择次序和选择结果;
    信息发送模块,被配置为向所述后台服务器发送所述操作记录信息以便于所述后台服务器根据所述操作记录信息重新确定所述用户的用户类型。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述选择指示由所述用户通过摇晃操作、触控操作、语音信号或图像信号触发。
  12. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述素材显示模块被配置为显示总预览页面的全部区域或部分区域,或显示若干个预览页面中的一个预览页面,
    其中,所述总预览页面同时显示所述n个候选广告的预览素材,而所述若干个预览页面中的每个预览页面显示所述n个候选广告中的至少一个候选广告的预览素材。
  13. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述候选广 告选择播放模块,包括:
    用户选择单元,被配置为向用户提供选择候选广告的预览素材的接口从而选择与用户选择的预览素材相应的候选广告;
    时长获取单元,被配置为获取所述候选广告的预览素材的显示时长;
    数量判断单元,被配置为当所述显示时长达到预设时长时,判断已被所述用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q,k为大于或等于0的整数,q为大于0的整数;
    第一播放单元,被配置为:
    当k<q时,自动从未被用户选择的候选广告中选择q-k个候选广告,并播放所述用户选择的所述k个候选广告和自动选择的所述q-k个候选广告;
    第二播放单元,被配置为当k≥q时,则播放所述用户选择的所述k个候选广告。
  14. 一种广告投放装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:

    根据后台服务器提供的前景广告的播放地址播放所述前景广告;
    在播放所述前景广告的过程中,当检测到用户触发的选择指示时,显示n个候选广告中的全部或者部分候选广告的预览素材,n为正整数;
    根据所述用户对候选广告的预览素材的选择操作,从所述n个候选广告中选择至少一个候选广告进行播放。

    向用户提供选择预览素材的接口从而选择与用户选择的预览素材相应的候选广告;
    获取所述候选广告的预览素材的显示时长;
    当所述显示时长达到预设时长时,判断已被所述用户选择的候选广告的数量k是否小于预设阈值q,k为大于或等于0的整数,q为大于0的整数;
    若k<q,则自动从未被用户选择的候选广告中选择q-k个候选广告,并播放所述用户选择的所述k个候选广告和自动选择的所述q-k个候选广告;
    若k≥q,则播放所述用户选择的所述k个候选广告。
  24. 一种广告投放方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收客户端装置发送的广告获取请求;

  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述广告获取请求向所述客户端装置提供前景广告的播放地址和n个候选广告的预览素材,包括:
    根据所述用户特征信息确定所述用户的用户类型;
    根据所述用户类型从广告池中选择所述前景广告和所述n个候选广告;
    向所述客户端发送所述前景广告的播放地址和所述n个候选广告的预览素材。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户类型从广告池中选择所述前景广告和所述n个候选广告,包括:
    在与所述用户类型匹配的广告中选择所述前景广告;
    在与所述用户类型匹配的广告中选择a个候选广告;
    在与所述用户类型不匹配的广告中选择b个候选广告;
    其中,a+b=n且a、b均为正整数。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述客户端装置发送的操作记录信息,所述操作记录信息是所述客户端装置根据在所述客户端装置中进行的对候选广告的选择操作生成的,所述操作记录信息用于反映所述用户对候选广告的选择次序和选择结果;
    根据所述操作记录信息重新确定所述用户的用户类型。
