     上記コミュニケーション識別情報を発行する識別情報発行手段と、
     上記顧客端末から、上記顧客端末を識別可能な顧客識別情報を取得する顧客情報取得手段と、
     上記顧客識別情報と上記コミュニケーション識別情報とを関連付けて記憶するコミュニケーション情報記憶手段と、
     上記顧客端末に対し、上記コミュニケーション識別情報を送信するコミュニケーション識別情報送信手段と、
     上記ユーザ端末から、所定のコミュニケーション識別情報と関連付けられた顧客識別情報によって識別される顧客端末とのコミュニケーションの開始要求を受信する開始要求受信手段と、
