Description

A KIND OF LIFE MONITORING SYSTEM USED IN THE FIELD OF INSURANCE Technical Field
The invention relates to life monitoring applications with respect to insurance which can be used in wearable mobile devices such as smart clock and smart eyeglass.
State of the Art:
Insurance is a kind of financial intermediary used to eliminate the losses likely to occur as a result of the realization of the risks.
Risk is among the basic elements of insurance. Risk is basically regarded as the reason for being for the insurance and is evaluated as an important indicator in the determination of the policies in insurance business. Also when addressed in terms of the investments in the insurance businesses, it should not be ignored that the risk concept has a great importance and substantially affects these decisions.
Thus, risk analysis and monitoring in the insurance sector is one of the most important elements of the insurance sector. Any type of technical optimization developed for the analysis of the risks will be a solution to a lot of drawbacks in the sector. Therefore, any type of technical optimization providing appropriate risk analysis will solve the greatest drawback experienced in the sector.
In the state of the art, life monitoring applications, active monitoring of which is performed with wearable mobile devices such as smart clock and smart eyeglass, are not available in the insurance sector.
In the state of the art, reliable life data of the users cannot be collected through wearable mobile devices such as any smart clock and smart eyeglass and the risk profiles of the users cannot be analyzed, and thus personalized insurance premiums cannot be produced according to this analysis.
In the state of the art, risk analysis is performed in line with the standard risk and the question sets. Insurance premiums of the users are determined in these ways.
In the current art, for example, a system awarding the user has not been created considering that life-threatening risks of the users who take care of their nutrition and health may be lower compared to the other users. The aforementioned condition will bring about positive results both in terms of the insurance user and the insurance company.
Thereby, an insurance user not having a risk in terms of insurance can buy the insurance service with lower costs and also the insurance company will set cost for the people having risk in terms of insurance in required amounts. Such a condition will provide justice and equality.
As a result, due to the drawbacks mentioned above and the inadequacy of the existing solutions regarding the subject matter, a need for producing a kind of life monitoring system used in the field of insurance has arisen.
Brief Description of the Invention: The present invention relates to a kind of life monitoring system used in the field of insurance, which meets the aforementioned requirements, eliminates all the disadvantages and offers some additional advantages.
Primary objective of the invention is to provide the risks of the insurance users, which occur in terms of insurance, to be detected properly. An object of the invention is to provide the premium determination stage in the insurance system to be performed properly.
An object of the invention is to provide instantaneously receiving the information about the health of the users including the heartbeat, movement, and the steps they took with the aid of wearable mobile devices such as smart clock and smart eyeglass. Another object of the invention is to provide the instantaneous transfer of any kind of information of the users to the server by means of the application with the aid of wearable mobile devices such as smart clock and smart eyeglass, thereby keeping the correct data of the users in the data collection centers. The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures below and the detailed description written with reference to those figures, and therefore, the evaluation needs to be done by taking said figures and the detailed description into consideration. In this detailed description, preferred embodiments of the life monitoring system (1 ) used in the field of insurance in workplaces according to the invention are described only for a better understanding of the invention without any limiting effect.
The life monitoring system (1 ) according to the invention comprises a mobile application (3) which receives the instantaneous data of the insurance user (6) to be received by means of the wearable mobile device (2); a wearable mobile device (2) in which said mobile application (3) is positioned and which provides receiving the data entered instantaneously by means of the mobile application (3) or manually by the insurance user (6) and transferring the same to the data server (4); a data server (4) in which the data received by means of said wearable mobile device (2) will be kept and used in a manner to be analyzed by the insurance company (5).
The data of the insurance user (6) such as heart beat, movement information, step information, location and movement reports of the insurance user (6) and personal information (name, surname, age, sex, profession, etc.) can be collected by means of said mobile application (3).
Moreover, common display of the food consumed and the calorie book related thereto, food consumption, location and sensor data can be received by means of the mobile application (3) while display of the use modes (sleep, sport, daily activity, rest), reporting according to the segment data obtained and additional information of calorie can also be received manually by the insurance user.
Mode of operation of the life monitoring system (1 ): First of all, the life monitoring system (1 ) starts to operate by instantaneously receiving the data of the insurance user (6) such as heart beat, movement information, step information, location of the insurance user (6), movement reports and personal information provided by the wearable mobile device (2) by means of the mobile application (3) and wearable mobile device (2), or transferring the data of the insurance user (6) such as the food consumed, location, sleep, sport, and rest manually by the insurance user (6) to the wearable mobile device (2) by means of the mobile application (3) in the wearable mobile device (2). Afterwards, said received data is transferred from the wearable mobile device (2) to the data server (4) by means of the wearable mobile device (2). Said data server (4) keeps the related data in a manner to be used by the insurance company (5).
As a result of all these processes, it is necessary to examine the data obtained on the basis of the insurance user (6) for the daily life activities such as the food consumed, food consumption amount and time, location, sleep, sport, and rest, according to the standard data in the database of the data server (4) and send the same again to the insurance user (6) through the wearable mobile device (2) or report the same to the different health centers according to the ideal living conditions and segmentation, and show the differences with respect to the life standard. Offer is sent to the insurance user (6) by the insurance company (5) with the transfer of the special insurance offer to the related insurance user (6) via message, e-mail or other electronic contact platforms subsequent to the optimization of the data in the database of the data server (4). The sales process is actuated with the positive notification received from the insurance user (6) after the offer and the sales transaction is completed.
The wearable mobile device (2) mentioned here is related to any type of wearable technology such as smart clock and smart eyeglass. Wearable mobile device (2) communicates with a mobile device (7) and provides the data to be transferred through the mobile device (7).
