Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper having a display sheet on which a design or the like is printed, and a method for manufacturing the same.
  • the pants-type disposable diaper includes an exterior body that individually or integrally forms a front body and a back body, and an interior body that includes an absorbent body that is attached to the inner surface of the exterior body so as to extend from the front body to the back body.
  • a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed by joining the side edge portions of the outer body of the front body and the side edges of the outer body of the rear body to form a side seal portion. Is common.
  • the exterior body in order to improve fit to the body, has a laminated structure having a plurality of sheet layers, and various elastic elastic members are attached in an expanded state between the sheet layers.
  • various elastic elastic members are attached in an expanded state between the sheet layers.
  • elongated elastic expansion / contraction members along the width direction are arranged in the front / rear direction in the waist area corresponding to the side seal portion and the middle area located between the front and rear waist areas.
  • What is attached in a state of being extended in the width direction at intervals in the direction has a relatively high fit to the body (for example, see Patent Document 1).
  • the waistline region and the intermediate region overlap the front-rear direction range having the absorber, and there are inner and outer fixing portions for fixing the inner body to the outer body in the range. Therefore, even if an elastic elastic member is provided so as to cross the range in the front-rear direction having the absorber, its expansion / contraction function is limited by the rigidity of the absorber.
  • the absorbent body may contract in the width direction, thereby deteriorating the wearing feeling and appearance, and the absorbent body may be twisted or cracked, resulting in a decrease in absorption performance.
  • the elastic elastic member is continuously attached along the width direction, and almost the entire portion overlapping the absorber is finely cut, or the elastic elastic member is attached to the exterior body at the portion overlapping the absorber. It is generally employed to form a non-stretchable region where a contraction force in the width direction does not act on the absorbent body by making it non-fixed and cutting at one place in the middle in the width direction.
  • this cutting method as one of the methods in which a hole is not opened in the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer covering the inside and outside of the elastic elastic member, the elastic elastic member is sandwiched between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer.
  • a method of cutting an elastic elastic member by pressurizing and heating a cutting site from the outside.
  • the exterior body in the non-stretchable region is hardly affected by the contraction force of the elastic stretch member and hardly forms shrinkage wrinkles. Therefore, the display sheet which attached the pattern etc. was interposed between the exterior body and interior body in this part (refer patent document 1) and the sheet
  • the display sheet Since the display sheet is visually recognized through the constituent material of the exterior body, the display sheet is provided with the elastic elastic member of the exterior body and the outside thereof, as described in Patent Document 2 in that the display can be visually recognized more clearly. It is desirable to interpose between the sheet layers. In this case, since the display sheet and the elastic expansion / contraction member are adjacent to each other, in order to completely eliminate the influence of the contraction force of the elastic expansion / contraction member, the display sheet and the inner sheet layer are elastic. It is desirable to have a display sheet back non-fixed structure in which the elastic member is not fixed.
  • the elastic elastic member and the display sheet are arranged between the outer sheet layer and the inner sheet layer, and the elastic elastic member is cut by pressurization and heating in the region having the display sheet. There was a problem.
  • the temperature is lower than the melting point of the elastic elastic member. It is desirable to press the elastic stretchable member through the outer sheet layer or the inner sheet layer with a sufficiently high-temperature convex portion.
  • a non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point lower than that of the elastic stretchable member is usually used. Therefore, the outer sheet layer melts at the cut site of the elastic stretchable member. Melting marks may remain or holes may be formed, and these cutting traces overlap with the display sheet, which may deteriorate the appearance of the display sheet.
  • the display sheet is a thermoplastic sheet such as a general nonwoven fabric or a resin film, it goes without saying that the display sheet may melt and be partially cut or perforated. .

It is a region having a plurality of elongated elastic elastic members attached in a stretched state along the direction,
  • the non-stretchable region includes an inner sheet layer and an outer sheet layer that are continuous from the stretchable region, a remaining cutting portion that is left between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer, and that is continuous from the elastic stretchable member of the stretchable region, and both.

  • the present invention is characterized in that crepe paper having a certain thickness and a certain low density is employed as the base material of the display sheet. Since such crepe paper has excellent heat insulation properties unlike ordinary paper, as described in the manufacturing method described later, while pressing between the inside of the inner sheet layer and the outside of the outer sheet layer, When the elastic elastic member is cut only by heating from the inside of the sheet layer, the heat becomes difficult to be transmitted to the outer sheet layer due to the heat insulating property of the crepe paper. Although there is a possibility that a melting mark may remain as a cutting mark in the outer sheet layer, there is no melting mark in the outer sheet layer, or if any, the melting does not proceed more than the inner sheet layer, that is, an inconspicuous melting mark remains. Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of suppressing reduction in the quality of appearance of a logo sheet due to traces of cutting an elastic stretchable member. This problem is solved by the following: when forming exterior bodies (12F, 12B), elastic stretchable members (15, 16, 19) and logo sheets (25) are attached between an inner sheet layer (12H) and an outer sheet layer (12S) to form a portion to be a stretchable region (A2) and a portion to be a non-stretchable region (A1), the logo sheets (25) comprising crepe paper on which an logo is attached and which has a thickness of 50-200 μm and a density of 50-400 kg/m3; then pressurizing the elastic stretchable members (15, 16, 19) at the portion to be the non-stretchable region (A1) from inside the inner sheet layer (12H) and outside the outer sheet layer (12S), and heating the pressurized portion from only inside the inner sheet layer (12H) in order to cut the elastic stretchable members (15, 16, 19).

Description

Pants-type disposable diaper and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper having a display sheet on which a design or the like is printed, and a method for manufacturing the same.
The pants-type disposable diaper includes an exterior body that individually or integrally forms a front body and a back body, and an interior body that includes an absorbent body that is attached to the inner surface of the exterior body so as to extend from the front body to the back body. A waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed by joining the side edge portions of the outer body of the front body and the side edges of the outer body of the rear body to form a side seal portion. Is common.
In such a pants-type disposable diaper, in order to improve fit to the body, the exterior body has a laminated structure having a plurality of sheet layers, and various elastic elastic members are attached in an expanded state between the sheet layers. In particular, elongated elastic expansion / contraction members along the width direction are arranged in the front / rear direction in the waist area corresponding to the side seal portion and the middle area located between the front and rear waist areas. What is attached in a state of being extended in the width direction at intervals in the direction has a relatively high fit to the body (for example, see Patent Document 1).
The waistline region and the intermediate region overlap the front-rear direction range having the absorber, and there are inner and outer fixing portions for fixing the inner body to the outer body in the range. Therefore, even if an elastic elastic member is provided so as to cross the range in the front-rear direction having the absorber, its expansion / contraction function is limited by the rigidity of the absorber. In addition, the absorbent body may contract in the width direction, thereby deteriorating the wearing feeling and appearance, and the absorbent body may be twisted or cracked, resulting in a decrease in absorption performance.
For this reason, conventionally, the elastic elastic member is continuously attached along the width direction, and almost the entire portion overlapping the absorber is finely cut, or the elastic elastic member is attached to the exterior body at the portion overlapping the absorber. It is generally employed to form a non-stretchable region where a contraction force in the width direction does not act on the absorbent body by making it non-fixed and cutting at one place in the middle in the width direction. As this cutting method, as one of the methods in which a hole is not opened in the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer covering the inside and outside of the elastic elastic member, the elastic elastic member is sandwiched between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer. There is known a method of cutting an elastic elastic member by pressurizing and heating a cutting site from the outside.
On the other hand, the exterior body in the non-stretchable region is hardly affected by the contraction force of the elastic stretch member and hardly forms shrinkage wrinkles. Therefore, the display sheet which attached the pattern etc. was interposed between the exterior body and interior body in this part (refer patent document 1) and the sheet | seat layer (refer patent document 2) of an exterior body.
Since the display sheet is visually recognized through the constituent material of the exterior body, the display sheet is provided with the elastic elastic member of the exterior body and the outside thereof, as described in Patent Document 2 in that the display can be visually recognized more clearly.
However, in manufacturing, the elastic elastic member and the display sheet are arranged between the outer sheet layer and the inner sheet layer, and the elastic elastic member is cut by pressurization and heating in the region having the display sheet. There was a problem.
That is, in order to reliably cut the elastic elastic member even when the production line is at high speed and to prevent the cut portion of the elastic elastic member from adhering to the surrounding members, the temperature is lower than the melting point of the elastic elastic member. It is desirable to press the elastic stretchable member through the outer sheet layer or the inner sheet layer with a sufficiently high-temperature convex portion. However, as the outer sheet layer and the inner sheet layer, a non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point lower than that of the elastic stretchable member is usually used. Therefore, the outer sheet layer melts at the cut site of the elastic stretchable member. Melting marks may remain or holes may be formed, and these cutting traces overlap with the display sheet, which may deteriorate the appearance of the display sheet. In particular, if the display sheet is a thermoplastic sheet such as a general nonwoven fabric or a resin film, it goes without saying that the display sheet may melt and be partially cut or perforated. .

Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to suppress the deterioration of the appearance of the display sheet due to the cutting trace of the elastic elastic member.

The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of Claim 1>
A front exterior body that constitutes the front body and a rear exterior body that constitutes the rear body, and an interior body including an absorbent body provided at the center in the width direction from the inner surface of the front exterior body to the inner surface of the rear exterior body. Prepared,
By joining both side portions of the front exterior body and both side portions of the rear exterior body, a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed,
The front exterior body and the rear exterior body are spaced apart in the front-rear direction,
At least one of the front exterior body and the rear exterior body includes a non-stretchable region provided in the middle in the width direction in the front-rear direction range having the absorber, and a stretchable region provided on both sides in the width direction of the non-stretchable region. And
The stretch region has an inner sheet layer composed of a nonwoven fabric layer of thermoplastic resin, an outer sheet layer composed of a nonwoven fabric layer of thermoplastic resin, and a width in the front-rear direction between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer. It is a region having a plurality of elongated elastic elastic members attached in a stretched state along the direction,
The non-stretchable region includes an inner sheet layer and an outer sheet layer that are continuous from the stretchable region, a remaining cutting portion that is left between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer, and that is continuous from the elastic stretchable member of the stretchable region, and both. An elastic elastic member in the elastic region and an unnecessary elastic elastic member made of at least one of the cut pieces of the elastic elastic member which is not continuous.
The non-stretchable region is provided with a display sheet that is visible from the outer surface,
The melting point of the elastic elastic member is higher than the melting point of the inner sheet layer and the melting point of the outer sheet layer,
In pants-type disposable diapers;
The display sheet is provided adjacent to the inside of the outer sheet layer in the non-stretchable region,
The unnecessary elastic elastic member is not fixed to the inner side surface and the inner sheet layer of the display sheet,
The display sheet is obtained by adding an indication to a crepe paper having a thickness of 50 to 200 μm and a density of 50 to 400 kg / m 3 .
A pants-type disposable diaper characterized by that.
(Function and effect)
The present invention is characterized in that crepe paper having a certain thickness and a certain low density is employed as the base material of the display sheet. Become. Therefore, according to this invention, the deterioration of the appearance of the display sheet by the cutting trace of an elastic elastic member can be suppressed.

(Function and effect)
When the unnecessary elastic elastic member and the inner surface and inner sheet layer of the display sheet are not fixed, the inner surface of the display sheet and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer may not be joined. The sheet may float from the inner sheet layer, and unintentional wrinkles may be formed, which may affect the appearance. Therefore, it is desirable to weld the outer surface of the inner sheet layer to the inner surface of the display sheet as described in this section. In this case, since the display sheet is crepe paper having fine wrinkles on the surface, There is an advantage that the melt bites well on the display sheet and is fixed more firmly.

(Function and effect)
Thus, as the base material of the display sheet, a crepe paper having a certain thickness and a certain low density is adopted, the display sheet and the elastic elastic member are attached between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer, After forming the portion to be a non-stretchable region, by pressing between the inner side of the inner sheet layer and the outer side of the outer sheet layer, and pressurizing the pressed part only from the inner side of the inner sheet layer, When cut, the heat is less likely to be transferred to the outer sheet layer due to the heat insulating property of the crepe paper. As a result, in the region having the display sheet of the non-stretchable region, although the melting mark may remain as a cutting mark on the inner sheet layer, There is no melting mark in the sheet layer, or if any, the melting does not progress more than the inner sheet layer, that is, an inconspicuous melting mark remains. Therefore, according to this invention, the deterioration of the appearance of the display sheet by the cutting trace of an elastic elastic member can be suppressed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 6 show an example 100 of a pants-type disposable diaper. The dotted pattern in the cross-sectional view shows an adhesive as a joining means for joining the constituent members located on the front side and the back side, and is a solid, bead, curtain, summit or spiral coating of hot melt adhesive, or pattern coating (Transfer of hot melt adhesive in a relief printing system) or the like, or the fixed portion of the elastic stretchable member is formed by application to the outer peripheral surface of an elastic stretchable member such as a comb gun or a shroud coating instead of or together with this Is. Examples of hot melt adhesives include EVA, adhesive rubber (elastomer), olefin, and polyester / polyamide types, which can be used without any particular limitation. As a joining means for joining the constituent members, means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing can be used.
The pants-type disposable diaper 100 of the present embodiment extends from the front exterior body 12F constituting the front body F and the rear exterior body 12B constituting the rear body B and from the front exterior body 12F to the rear exterior body 12B through the crotch part. The exterior body 12F and 12B are provided inside the exterior body 12F, and both side portions of the front exterior body 12F and both side portions of the rear exterior body 12B are joined to form the side seal portion 12A. By being formed, the opening formed by the front and rear end portions of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B becomes a waist opening WO through which the wearer's torso passes, and the lower edge of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B and the interior are formed on both sides in the width direction of the interior body 200. The portions surrounded by the side edges of the body 200 are leg openings LO through which the legs pass. The interior body 200 is a part that absorbs and holds excrement such as urine, and the exterior body 12 is a part that supports the interior body 200 with respect to the wearer's body. The symbol Y indicates the total length of the diaper in the deployed state (the length in the front-rear direction from the edge of the waist opening WO of the front body F to the edge of the waist opening WO of the back body B), and the symbol X indicates the diaper in the deployed state. The full width of is shown.
Moreover, the pants-type disposable diaper 100 of this embodiment forms a waist region T defined as a front-rear direction range (a front-rear direction range extending from the waist opening WO to the upper end of the leg opening LO) having the side seal portion 12A, and a leg opening LO. And an intermediate region L defined as a front-rear direction range (between the front-rear region having the side seal portion 12A of the front body F and the front-rear region having the side seal portion 12A of the rear body B). The waistline region T can be divided into a “waist portion” W that conceptually forms the edge of the waist opening and a “waist lower portion” U that is a lower portion than this. Usually, in the case where there is a boundary in the waistline region T in which the width direction expansion / contraction stress changes (for example, the thickness or elongation rate of the elastic expansion / contraction member changes), the waist opening WO side is closer to the waist opening than the boundary on the waist opening WO side. When there is no such boundary, the waist opening WO side becomes the waist portion W with respect to the absorbent body 56 or the interior body 200. The length in the front-rear direction varies depending on the size of the product and can be determined as appropriate. For example, the waist portion W can be 15 to 40 mm and the waist lower portion U can be 65 to 120 mm. On the other hand, both side edges of the intermediate region L are wrapped in a U-shape or a curved shape along the circumference of the leg of the wearer, and this is a portion into which the wearer's leg is put. As a result, the unfolded pants-type disposable diaper has a substantially hourglass shape as a whole.
(Interior body)
The interior body 200 can take any shape, but is rectangular in the illustrated form. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the interior body 200 includes a top sheet 30 on the body side, a liquid-impermeable sheet 11, and an absorbent element 50 interposed therebetween. Yes, it is the main body that takes up the absorption function. Reference numeral 40 denotes an intermediate sheet (second sheet) provided between the top sheet 30 and the absorbent element 50 in order to quickly transfer the liquid that has passed through the top sheet 30 to the absorbent element 50. Shows a three-dimensional gather 60 that stands on the body side and is provided on both sides of the interior body 200 in order to prevent excrement from leaking to both sides of the interior body 200.
The interior body 200 can be fixed to the exterior bodies 12F and 12B by a joining means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot melt adhesive. In the illustrated embodiment, the inner surface 200 is fixed to the inner surface of the exterior body 12 by a hot melt adhesive applied to the rear surface of the interior body 200, that is, in this case, the back surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and the attachment portion 65 of the three-dimensional gather 60. Yes. The inner and outer fixing portions 201 for fixing the inner body 200 and the outer bodies 12F and 12B can be provided in almost the entire region where both overlap, and are usually provided in a portion excluding both ends in the width direction of the inner body. preferable.
(Top sheet)
The top sheet 30 has a property of allowing liquid to pass through, and examples thereof include a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric, a porous plastic sheet, and the like. Of these, the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited as to what the raw fiber is. For example, synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters and polyamides, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, natural fibers such as cotton, and mixed fibers and composite fibers using two or more of them. Etc. can be illustrated. Furthermore, the nonwoven fabric may be manufactured by any processing. Examples of the processing method include known methods such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, an air through method, and a point bond method. For example, if flexibility and drapeability are required, the spunbond method and spunlace method are preferable. If bulkiness and softness are required, the air-through method, point bond method, and thermal bond method are preferable processing methods. .
Further, the top sheet 30 may be composed of one sheet or may be composed of a laminated sheet obtained by bonding two or more sheets. Similarly, the top sheet 30 may be composed of one sheet or two or more sheets in the planar direction.
In the case of providing the three-dimensional gather 60, both sides of the top sheet 30 pass between the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and the three-dimensional gather 60 to reach the back side of the absorbent element 50, in order to prevent liquid penetration. It is preferable to join to the permeable sheet 11 and the three-dimensional gather 60.
For the purpose of preventing displacement of the top sheet 30 with respect to the back side member, the top sheet 30 is preferably fixed to a member adjacent to the back side by a joining means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot melt adhesive. . In the illustrated form, the top sheet 30 is fixed to the surface of the intermediate sheet 40 and the surface of the packaging sheet 58 on the front side of the absorbent body 56 by a hot melt adhesive applied to the back surface thereof.
(Intermediate sheet)
An intermediate sheet (also referred to as “second sheet”) 40 having a higher liquid permeation rate than the top sheet 30 can be provided in order to quickly transfer the liquid that has permeated through the top sheet 30 to the absorber. This intermediate sheet 40 not only improves the absorption performance by the absorbent by quickly transferring the liquid to the absorbent body, but also prevents the “reversed” phenomenon of the absorbed liquid from the absorbent body, so that the top sheet 30 is always dried. It can be made into the state which carried out. The intermediate sheet 40 can be omitted.
Examples of the intermediate sheet 40 include the same materials as the top sheet 30, spunlace, spunbond, SMS, pulp nonwoven fabric, mixed sheet of pulp and rayon, point bond, or crepe paper. In particular, an air-through nonwoven fabric is preferable because it is bulky. It is preferable to use a core-sheath composite fiber for the air-through nonwoven fabric. In this case, the resin used for the core may be polypropylene (PP), but polyester (PET) having high rigidity is preferable. Basis weight is preferably 20 ~ 80g / m 2, more preferably 25 ~ 60g / m 2. The thickness of the raw fiber of the nonwoven fabric is preferably 2.0 to 10 dtex. In order to make the nonwoven fabric bulky, it is also preferable to use an eccentric fiber, a hollow fiber, or an eccentric and hollow fiber that does not have a core at the center as the mixed fiber of all or part of the raw fiber.
The intermediate sheet 40 in the illustrated form is arranged in the center shorter than the width of the absorbent body 56, but may be provided over the entire width. The length of the intermediate sheet 40 in the longitudinal direction may be the same as the length of the absorbent body 56 or may be within a short length range centered on the region that receives the liquid.
The intermediate sheet 40 is preferably fixed to a member adjacent to the back side by a joining means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, or a hot melt adhesive for the purpose of preventing positional displacement with respect to the back side member. . In the illustrated embodiment, the intermediate sheet 40 is fixed to the surface of the portion of the packaging sheet 58 located on the front side of the absorbent body 56 with a hot melt adhesive applied to the back surface thereof.
(Liquid impervious sheet)
The material of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 is not particularly limited. For example, a plastic film made of an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, a laminated nonwoven fabric provided with a plastic film on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, or a plastic film For example, a laminated sheet in which a nonwoven fabric or the like is laminated and bonded to each other can be exemplified. For the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, it is preferable to use a liquid-impervious and moisture-permeable material that is preferably used from the viewpoint of preventing stuffiness. As a plastic film having moisture permeability, a microporous plastic film obtained by kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, forming a sheet, and then stretching in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. Is widely used. In addition, non-woven fabric using microdenier fiber, enhancement of leakproofness by reducing the voids of the fiber by applying heat or pressure, application of superabsorbent resin or hydrophobic resin or water repellent Thus, a sheet that is liquid-impermeable without using a plastic film can also be used as the liquid-impermeable sheet 11.
The liquid-impermeable sheet 11 has a width that can be accommodated on the back side of the absorbent element 50 as shown in the drawing, and in order to improve leakage prevention, the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 wraps around both sides of the absorbent element 50 to form the side surface of the top sheet 30 of the absorbent element 50. It can also extend to both sides. The width of this extended portion is suitably about 5 to 20 mm on the left and right.
Further, an excretion indicator whose color is changed by absorption of the liquid component can be provided on the inner side of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, particularly on the side of the absorber 56.
(Three-dimensional gather)
The three-dimensional gather 60 is a belt-like member that extends over the entire front-rear direction along both side portions of the interior body 200, blocks excrement that travels in the lateral direction along the top sheet 30, and prevents side leakage. Is provided. The three-dimensional gather 60 of the present embodiment is provided so as to stand up from the side portion of the interior body 200, the base side portion rises obliquely toward the center in the width direction, and the tip side portion from the intermediate portion has a width. It stands up diagonally outward in the direction.
More specifically, the three-dimensional gather 60 folds the belt-shaped gather sheet 62 having a length equal to the length in the front-rear direction of the interior body 200 in the width direction and folds it into two. In addition, a plurality of elongated gather elastic elastic members 63 are fixed along the longitudinal direction at intervals in the width direction. A base end portion (an end portion on the side opposite to the sheet folding portion in the width direction) located on the opposite side to the front end portion of the three-dimensional gather 60 is an attachment portion 65 fixed to the back surface of the side edge portion of the interior body 200. A portion other than the attachment portion 65 is a protruding portion 66 (a portion on the folded portion side) protruding from the attachment portion 65. The projecting portion 66 includes a base side portion that extends toward the center in the width direction, and a tip side portion that is folded back outward in the width direction from the tip of the base side portion. This form is a surface contact type three-dimensional gather, but a line contact type three-dimensional gather (not shown) that is not folded outward in the width direction can also be employed. And while the both ends of the front-back direction among the protrusion parts 66 are used as the front-back fixing | fixed part 67 fixed with respect to the side surface of the top sheet 30 in the lying state, the front-back direction intermediate part located between these is not A gathering elastic member 63 extending in the front-rear direction is fixed to the free part 68 in an extended state.
In the free portion 68 of the three-dimensional gather 60, hot melt adhesives and heat seals and super seals by various coating methods are used to bond the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62 and to fix the gather elastic elastic member 63 sandwiched therebetween. At least one of fixing means by material welding such as a sonic seal can be used. Since the flexibility is lost when the entire inner layer and outer layer of the gather sheet 62 are bonded together, it is preferable that the portions other than the bonding portion of the gather elastic elastic member 63 are not bonded or weakly bonded. In the illustrated embodiment, a hot melt adhesive is applied only to the outer peripheral surface of the gather elastic stretchable member 63 by an application means such as a comb gun or a sure wrap nozzle, and is sandwiched between the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62, thereby collecting the gather elastic stretch. A structure in which the elongated elastic elastic member is fixed to the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62 and the inner layer and the outer layer of the gather sheet 62 are fixed only by the hot melt adhesive applied to the outer peripheral surface of the member 63. It has become.
Also, hot melt adhesives and heat seals by various application methods are used for fixing the waterproof film 64 and the gather sheet 62 incorporated in the three-dimensional gather 60 and fixing the front and rear fixing portion 67 to the side surface of the interior body 200. Or at least one of means by material welding such as ultrasonic sealing can be used. In the illustrated embodiment, slot application of hot melt adhesive is used for fixing the waterproof film 64. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the front and rear fixing portion 67 is fixed by combining hot melt adhesive and material welding means, but these can be fixed only by any one of the means.
The gather sheet 62 is made of a spunbond nonwoven fabric (SS, SSS, etc.), SMS nonwoven fabric (SMS, SSMMS, etc.), a melt-blown nonwoven fabric with excellent uniformity and concealment, and water repellent with silicon as necessary. A treated product can be suitably used, and the fiber basis weight is preferably about 10 to 30 g / m 2 . As the elongated elastic elastic member 63, rubber thread or the like can be used. When spandex yarn rubber is used, the thickness is preferably 470 to 1240 dtex, more preferably 620 to 940 dtex. The elongation at the time of fixation is preferably 150 to 350%, more preferably 200 to 300%. The term “elongation rate” means a value when the natural length is 100%. Further, as shown in the drawing, a waterproof film 64 can be interposed between the gather sheets folded in two.
The number of the elongated elastic elastic members 63 provided in the free part of the three-dimensional gather 60 is preferably 2 to 6, and more preferably 3 to 5. The arrangement interval 60d is suitably 3 to 10 mm. If comprised in this way, in the range which has arrange | positioned the elongate elastic expansion-contraction member 63, it will become easy to contact | abut with respect to skin. The elongated elastic elastic member 63 may be disposed not only at the distal end side but also at the base side.
The fixing target of the attachment portion 65 of the three-dimensional gather 60 can be an appropriate member such as the top sheet 30, the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, and the absorbent element 50 in the interior body 200.
In the three-dimensional gather 60 thus configured, the contraction force of the elongated elastic elastic member 63 acts so that both ends in the front-rear direction are brought close to each other, but the both ends in the front-rear direction of the protruding portion 66 are fixed so as not to stand up. On the other hand, since they are non-fixed free portions, only the free portions stand up against the body side as shown in FIG. In particular, when the attachment portion 65 is positioned on the back surface side of the interior body 200, the three-dimensional gather 60 stands up so as to open outward in the width direction at the crotch portion and in the vicinity thereof. It comes in contact, and the fit is improved.
The dimensions of the three-dimensional gather 60 can be determined as appropriate, but in the case of an infant paper diaper, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the standing height of the three-dimensional gather 60 (the length in the width direction of the protruding portion 66 in the unfolded state) W6 is It is preferably 15 to 60 mm, particularly 20 to 40 mm. In addition, when the three-dimensional gather 60 is folded flat so as to be parallel to the surface of the top sheet 30, the separation distance W3 between the folds located on the innermost side is preferably 60 to 190 mm, particularly preferably 70 to 140 mm.
It should be noted that, unlike the illustrated embodiment, double (two rows) of three-dimensional gathers can be provided on the left and right sides of the interior body 200.
(Absorption element)
The absorbent element 50 includes an absorbent body 56 and a packaging sheet 58 that wraps the entire absorbent body 56. The packaging sheet 58 can be omitted.
(Absorber)
The absorber 56 can be formed of an aggregate of fibers. As this fiber assembly, a filament assembly obtained by opening, as necessary, synthetic fiber tows (fiber bundles) such as cellulose acetate as well as short fibers such as cotton-like pulp and synthetic fibers Can also be used. The fiber basis weight can be, for example, about 100 to 300 g / m 2 when stacking cotton-like pulp or short fibers, and about 30 to 120 g / m 2 for filament aggregates, for example. Can do. The fineness in the case of synthetic fibers is, for example, 1 to 16 dtex, preferably 1 to 10 dtex, and more preferably 1 to 5 dtex. In the case of a filament aggregate, the filament may be a non-crimped fiber, but is preferably a crimped fiber. The crimped degree of the crimped fiber can be, for example, about 5 to 75, preferably 10 to 50, and more preferably about 15 to 50 per inch. Further, a crimped fiber that is uniformly crimped is often used. It is preferable to disperse and hold superabsorbent polymer particles in the absorber 56.
The absorber 56 may have a rectangular shape, but as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the front end portion, the rear end portion, and a constricted portion having a narrower width than the front end portion and the rear end portion are located between them. It is preferable to form an hourglass shape having the shape because the fit of the absorbent body 56 and the three-dimensional gather 60 around the legs is improved.
Further, the size of the absorbent body 56 can be appropriately determined as long as it extends across the front, rear, left and right of the urination port position, but it preferably extends to the periphery of the interior body or the vicinity thereof in the front-rear direction and the width direction. Reference numeral 56X indicates the width of the absorber 56.
(Superabsorbent polymer particles)
The absorber 56 can contain superabsorbent polymer particles in a part or all thereof. Superabsorbent polymer particles include “powder” in addition to “particles”. As the superabsorbent polymer particles 54, those used in this type of disposable diaper can be used as they are, for example, by sieving (shaking for 5 minutes) using a 500 μm standard sieve (JIS Z8801-1: 2006). The ratio of the particles remaining on the top is preferably 30% by weight or less, and the ratio of the particles remaining on the screen by sieving (shaking for 5 minutes) using a standard sieve of 180 μm (JIS Z8801-1: 2006) 60% by weight or more is desirable.
The material of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be used without any particular limitation, but those having a water absorption of 40 g / g or more are suitable. Superabsorbent polymer particles include starch, cellulose and synthetic polymers, such as starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymer, saponified starch-acrylonitrile copolymer, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose cross-link. Or an acrylic acid (salt) polymer can be used. As the shape of the superabsorbent polymer particles, a commonly used granular material is suitable, but other shapes can also be used.
As the superabsorbent polymer particles, those having a water absorption rate of 70 seconds or less, particularly 40 seconds or less are preferably used. If the water absorption speed is too slow, the liquid supplied into the absorber 56 is likely to cause a so-called reverse return that returns to the outside of the absorber 56.
Further, as the superabsorbent polymer particles, those having a gel strength of 1000 Pa or more are preferably used. Thereby, even if it is a case where it is set as the bulky absorber 56, the sticky feeling after liquid absorption can be suppressed effectively.
The basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be appropriately determined according to the amount of absorption required for the use of the absorber 56. Therefore, although it cannot be generally stated, it can be 50 to 350 g / m 2 . If the amount of polymer is less than 50 g / m 2, it is difficult to secure the absorption amount. When it exceeds 350 g / m 2 , the effect is saturated.
If necessary, the superabsorbent polymer particles can adjust the spray density or spray amount in the plane direction of the absorber 56. For example, it is possible to increase the amount of the liquid excretion site more than other sites. When gender differences are taken into account, men can increase the front spray density (amount), while women can increase the center spray density (amount). In addition, a portion where no polymer exists locally (for example, in a spot shape) in the planar direction of the absorber 56 can also be provided.
(Packaging sheet)
When the packaging sheet 58 is used, as the material, tissue paper, particularly crepe paper, non-woven fabric, polylaminated non-woven fabric, a sheet with small holes, or the like can be used. However, it is desirable that the superabsorbent polymer particles be a sheet that does not escape. When a nonwoven fabric is used in place of the crepe paper, a hydrophilic SMS nonwoven fabric (SMS, SSMMS, etc.) is particularly suitable, and the material can be polypropylene, polyethylene / polypropylene composite material, or the like. The basis weight is preferably 5 to 40 g / m 2 , particularly 10 to 30 g / m 2 .
The packaging form of the packaging sheet 58 can be determined as appropriate, but from the viewpoint of ease of manufacture and prevention of leakage of the superabsorbent polymer particles from the front and rear end edges, the cylinder is formed so as to surround the front and back surfaces and both side surfaces of the absorbent body 56. It is preferable that the front and rear edge portions protrude from the front and rear of the absorbent body 56, and the overlapping portion and the overlapping portion of the front and rear protruding portions are joined by a joining means such as hot melt adhesive or material welding.
(Exterior body)
The exterior bodies 12F and 12B include a front exterior body 12F that is a part constituting the front body F and a rear exterior body 12B that is a part constituting the rear body B. The front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B Are not continuous on the crotch side and are separated in the front-rear direction. This separation distance 12d can be about 150 to 250 mm. A part of the exposed portion of the back surface of the interior body 200 in the separated portion (for example, the entire portion in the front-rear direction of the portion exposed between the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B, but does not extend to the front and rear ends of the interior body 200. In addition, it is desirable that the crotch portion cover sheet 12M made of a nonwoven fabric or the like is attached so as to cover the entire side of the interior body 200 so that both side edges in the width direction do not reach the both side edges of the interior body 200, but may be omitted.
The exterior bodies 12F and 12B have a waistline portion that is a front-rear direction range corresponding to the waistline region T. In this embodiment, the front exterior body 12F does not have a portion corresponding to the intermediate region L, but the rear exterior body 12B has a collar cover portion 14 that extends from the waist region T to the intermediate region L side. is doing. Although not shown, the front exterior body 12F is also provided with a collar cover portion that extends from the waistline region T toward the intermediate region L, a configuration that does not provide a collar cover portion while providing a groin cover portion, and the front exterior body 12F and It is not necessary to provide a portion corresponding to the intermediate region L in both of the rear exterior bodies 12B. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the lower edge of the buttock cover portion 14 is formed in a straight line shape along the width direction, similarly to the lower edge of the front exterior body 12F, but is positioned on the waist opening side toward the outer side in the width direction. It can also be a curve that becomes
The exterior bodies 12F and 12B are formed by joining the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H by a joining means such as a hot melt adhesive or welding as shown in FIGS. The sheet material for forming the outer sheet layer 12S and the sheet material for forming the inner sheet layer 12H are individual sheet materials as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, 8, 11, and 12, and 9 and FIG. 10 can be used as a common sheet material. That is, in the latter case, the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S are respectively formed by the inner portion and the outer portion of one sheet material folded at the crotch side edge. In the former form, since there are few sheet material folding steps, there is an advantage that the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S are not easily displaced, and in the latter form, the number of sheet materials is small. There is.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the end portions of the sheet material forming the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H and the front and rear ends of the interior body 200 are exposed to the waist opening WO, the corners of the sheet material hit the skin and the touch becomes worse. There is a possibility that a waist part W elastic elastic member, which will be described later, or a hot melt adhesive for fixing the same will be exposed. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7 to 9, and 11, the sheet material forming the outer sheet layer 12S wraps around the waist side edge of the sheet material forming the inner sheet layer 12H. It is preferable to fold inwardly to form a waist-side folded portion and to extend the waist-side folded portion 12r over the waist-side end of the interior body 200. As shown in FIG. 12, both the sheet material forming the outer sheet layer 12S and the sheet material forming the inner sheet layer 12H are folded inward at the edge on the waist side, and the folded portion 12r is turned to the waist side of the interior body 200. You may extend to the edge part.
The sheet material used for the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H can be used without particular limitation as long as it is a thermoplastic resin non-woven fabric. For example, synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters, polyamides, etc. A mixed fiber, a composite fiber, or the like in which two or more of these are used can be used. Furthermore, the nonwoven fabric may be manufactured by any processing. Examples of the processing method include known methods such as a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, an air through method, and a point bond method. When using a nonwoven fabric, the basis weight is preferably about 10 to 30 g / m 2 .
The total weight of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B is preferably about 20 to 60 g / m 2 .
In addition, in the exterior bodies 12F and 12B, elongated elastic elastic members 15 to 19 such as thread rubber are stretched between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H in order to enhance the fit of the wearer around the torso. Is provided at a rate. As the elongated elastic elastic members 15 to 19, synthetic rubber or natural rubber may be used. For bonding the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H on the exterior bodies 12F and 12B and fixing the elongated elastic members 15 to 19 sandwiched between them, hot melt adhesives and heat seals by various coating methods are used. At least one of fixing means by material welding such as an ultrasonic seal can be used. Since the flexibility is lost when the entire exterior bodies 12F and 12B are firmly fixed, it is preferable that the portions other than the adhesive portions of the elongated elastic elastic members 15 to 19 are not adhered or weakly adhered. In the illustrated embodiment, a hot melt adhesive is applied only to the outer peripheral surfaces of the elongated elastic elastic members 15 to 19 by an application means such as a comb gun or a sure wrap nozzle, and sandwiched between the two sheet layers 12S and 12H, thereby forming the elongated shape. Only the hot melt adhesive applied to the outer peripheral surfaces of the elastic elastic members 15 to 19 is used to fix the elongated elastic elastic members 15 to 19 to both the sheet layers 12S and 12H and to fix the sheet layers 12S and 12H. It has a structure to do.
More specifically, between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H in the waist part W of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B, a plurality of waist elastic elastic members 17 are vertically spaced so as to be continuous over the entire width direction. And is fixed in a state of being stretched along the width direction at a predetermined stretch rate. Moreover, about the 1 or several arrange | positioned by the area | region adjacent to the waist lower part U among the waist part elastic elastic members 17, you may overlap with the interior body 200 or the width direction which overlaps with the interior body 200 You may each provide in the width direction both sides except a center part. The waist elastic elastic member 17 has a thickness of 155 to 1880 dtex, especially about 470 to 1240 dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber. In the case of natural rubber, the cross-sectional area is 0.05 to 1.5 mm 2 , particularly 0.1 to 1). the rubber thread .0mm about 2), 4 3 to 22 present approximately at intervals of ~ 12 mm, respectively elongation 150-400%, preferably fixed in particular about 220-320%. Further, the waist elastic elastic member 17 does not need to have the same thickness and elongation rate. For example, the thickness and elongation rate of the elastic elastic member may be different between the upper portion and the lower portion of the waist portion W.
In addition, a plurality of waist lower elastic elastic members 15 and 19 made of an elongated elastic elastic member are vertically spaced between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H in the waist lower part U of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B. And is fixed in a state of being stretched along the width direction at a predetermined stretch rate.
The waist elastic elastic members 15 and 19 have a thickness of 155 to 1880 dtex, especially about 470 to 1240 dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber. In the case of natural rubber, the cross-sectional area is 0.05 to 1.5 mm 2 , particularly 0.1. It is preferable to fix the thread rubber of about 1 to 15 mm 2 ) at an interval of 1 to 15 mm, particularly 3 to 8 mm, and about 5 to 30 pieces, respectively, with an elongation of 200 to 350%, particularly 240 to 300%.
Further, a plurality of cover elastic elastic members 16 made of an elongated elastic elastic member are vertically spaced between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H in the buttock cover part 14 of the rear exterior body 12B. And it is being fixed in the state extended | stretched along the width direction with the predetermined expansion | extension rate.
The cover elastic member 16 has a thickness of 155 to 1880 dtex, especially about 470 to 1240 dtex (in the case of synthetic rubber. In the case of natural rubber, the cross-sectional area is 0.05 to 1.5 mm 2 , particularly 0.1 to 1. It is preferable to fix the thread rubber of about 0 mm 2 at 5 to 40 mm, particularly about 2 to 10 at intervals of 5 to 20 mm, with an elongation of 150 to 300%, particularly 180 to 260%, respectively.
When providing an inguinal cover portion on the front exterior body 12F, a cover elastic member can be provided in the same manner.
When the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 are provided in the front-rear direction range having the absorbent body 56, such as the waist lower part U and the buttock cover part 14 in the illustrated form, the width of the absorbent body 56 in part or all thereof. In order to prevent shrinkage in the direction, the middle in the width direction (preferably including the entire inner / outer fixing portion 201) including part or all of the portion overlapping the absorbent body 56 in the width direction is defined as the non-stretchable region A1, and its width Both sides in the direction are the stretchable region A2 over the entire width direction.
(Display sheet)
In the non-stretchable region A1 in at least one of the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B, a display sheet 25 having characters and the like is interposed so as to be adjacent to the inside of the outer sheet layer 12S. The display of the sheet 25 can be seen through the outer sheet layer 12S.
Characteristically, a crepe paper having a thickness of 50 to 200 μm and a density of 50 to 400 kg / m 3 is used as the base material of the display sheet 25. The thickness of the crepe paper is preferably 100 to 150 μm, and the density is preferably 100 to 200 kg / m 3 . A crepe paper having such a thickness and density can be produced by setting the crepe rate to around 10% with a basis weight of 10 g / m 2 or more. The density can be calculated from the basis weight and thickness. The crepe rate is a value calculated by ((Yankee dryer peripheral speed) − (Take-up reel peripheral speed)) / (Yankee dryer peripheral speed) × 100 (%).
The display added to the display sheet 25 is not particularly limited, and functions such as patterns for decoration (including pictures and one-point characters), usage and assistance, size, etc., manufacturer, product name, and characteristic A display such as a mark display of a function or the like can be added by printing or the like.
Characteristically, in order to completely eliminate the influence of the contraction force of the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18 on the display sheet 25, the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18 is not applied to the inner surface of the display sheet 25 and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer 12H. It is fixed. Furthermore, the inner surface of the display sheet 25, the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18 and the outer surface of the inner sheet layer 12H may be unfixed to each other. That is, the outer side surface of the display sheet 25 and the inner side surface of the inner sheet layer 12H can be fixed to the opposite surface by a fixing means such as a hot melt adhesive. The sheet layer 12H is not fixed to the outer surface by a fixing means such as a hot melt adhesive. Thereby, the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18 contracts independently, and the display sheet 25 does not contract. In such a structure, the inner side surface and the inner sheet layer 12H of the display sheet 25 are not applied to the portions of the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 that are located in the non-elastic region A1 at the time of manufacture. It can be constructed by not fixing to the outer surface of the.
However, in this case, since a continuous gap is formed on the back side of the display sheet 25, the display sheet 25 is in a state of floating from the inner sheet layer 12H, and an unintended wrinkle is formed. May affect. Therefore, the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18 may be directly joined to the inner side surface of the display sheet 25 and the outer side surface of the inner sheet layer 12H while being not fixed to the inner side surface of the display sheet 25 and the outer side surface of the inner sheet layer 12H. This is a preferred form. The means for joining the inner sheet layer 12H to the display sheet 25 is not particularly limited, but if the welding of the inner sheet layer 12H (particularly, welding by heating at the time of cutting elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 described later) is used, the display sheet is used. Since 25 is a crepe paper having fine wrinkles on the surface, the melt of the inner sheet layer 12H bites the display sheet 25 satisfactorily and is more firmly fixed. Further, when the welding of the inner sheet layer 12H is used, the crepe paper used for the display sheet 25 has an air permeability of 1 to 50 cc / cm 2 · sec, particularly 2 to 25 cc / cm 2 · sec. The biting property of the melt of the inner sheet layer 12H is particularly favorable, which is preferable.
(Cutting elastic elastic members)
The stretchable region A2 and the non-stretchable region A1 supply elastic stretchable members 15 to 17, 19 between the inner sheet layer and the outer sheet layer 12S in which the display sheet 25 is fixed to the inner surface with a hot melt adhesive or the like. After fixing the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 with the hot melt adhesive only in the portion located in the elastic region A2, the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 are placed at one place in the middle in the width direction in the region having the display sheet 25. In the non-stretchable region A1, the elastic stretch members 15, 16, and 19 are finely cut by pressurization and heating, leaving the stretchability in the stretchable region A2 and killing the stretchability in the non-stretchable region A1. Can be constructed.
FIG. 13A shows a case where the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 are cut at one place in the middle of the width direction, and a pressurizing part 71 having a cutting projection 72 at one place in the circumferential direction is shown. A display sheet is provided between the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S by a seal roll 70 that is provided on the outer peripheral surface and in which the cutting projection 72 is heated to a desired temperature, and an anvil roll 80 having a smooth surface disposed opposite thereto. 25 and the elastic stretch members 15 to 17 and 19 are sandwiched so that the inner sheet layer 12H is on the seal roll side, and only the portion sandwiched between the cutting projection 72 and the outer peripheral surface of the anvil roll 80 is sandwiched. The elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 are cut by pressurizing and heating. In the product subjected to such processing, as shown in FIGS. 14 (a) and 14 (b), between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H, continuous from the elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 in the elastic region A2. Only the remaining cutting portion remains as the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18.
FIG. 13B shows a case where almost the entire elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 are finely cut. The pressing part 71 having a large number of cutting protrusions 73 is provided on the outer peripheral surface, and the cutting protrusions are provided. The display sheet 25 and the elastic elastic members 15 to 15 are interposed between the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S by a seal roll 70 in which the section 73 is heated to a desired temperature and an anvil roll 80 having a smooth surface disposed opposite thereto. 17 and 19 are sandwiched so that the inner sheet layer 12H is on the seal roll side, and the elastic elastic members 15, 16, only at the part sandwiched between the cutting projection 73 and the outer peripheral surface of the anvil roll 80, 19 is cut by pressurizing and heating. In the product subjected to such processing, as shown in FIG. 14 (c), the remaining cutting portion continuous from the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 in the elastic region A2 is provided between the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H. And the cut piece of the elastic elastic member which is not continuous with the elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 in both the elastic regions A <b> 2 remains as the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18.
According to these methods, the elastic stretchable members 15, 16, and 19 are cut by heating the pressure portion for cutting only from the inside of the inner sheet layer 12H, and there is a certain thickness as described above. The display sheet 25 based on crepe paper having a low density to some extent functions as a heat insulating material that does not melt and is difficult to be transmitted to the outer sheet layer 12S. As a result, in the region having the display sheet 25 in the non-stretchable region A1, the inner sheet layer As shown in FIG. 14, the melt mark 22 may remain as a cutting trace at 12H, but the outer sheet layer 12S does not have the melt mark 22 or, if present, is not melted more than the inner sheet layer 12H. That is, an inconspicuous melting mark 22 remains. Therefore, deterioration of the appearance of the display sheet 25 due to the cutting traces of the elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 can be suppressed.
As shown in FIGS. 14 (a) and 14 (b), when the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 are cut only at one position in the width direction of the non-elastic region A1, the outer sheet layer 12S has melt marks and Even if a cutting trace such as a compression trace remains, the area becomes small, and there is an advantage that it is difficult to see the display on the display sheet 25 because the cutting traces overlap. In particular, as shown in FIG. 14 (b), when cutting the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 for forming the non-stretchable region A1 is cut at positions other than the center in the width direction of the non-stretchable region A1, the position of the cut trace Is preferable because it becomes other than the center and the display of the display sheet 25 is hardly obstructed. As a cutting pattern, besides a straight line shape as shown in the figure, it can have an appropriate shape such as a square shape or a zigzag shape.
The heating temperature for cutting the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 (the temperature of the cutting projections) may be determined as long as the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 can be reliably cut. In order to reliably cut the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 and prevent the cut portions of the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 from adhering to the surrounding members, the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 are used. The melting point is lower than the melting point, but is preferably sufficiently high. When cutting the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 at such a high temperature, if the melting points of the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H are lower than the cutting temperature, the inner elastic layer members 15, 16, Although there is a possibility that the melt mark 22 may remain or a hole may be opened at the 19 cut portions, the heat insulating effect of the display sheet 25 reduces the influence on the outer sheet layer 12S. In general, the melting point of the nonwoven fabric used for the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H is about 160 to 175 ° C., the melting points of the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 are about 200 to 230 ° C., and the heating temperature is 180 ° C. It can be -200 ° C.
Further, when the inner sheet layer 12H is melted by heating at the time of cutting the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19, as described above, the inner sheet layer 12H is joined to the display sheet 25 by welding by actively using it. It is also possible to do.
On the other hand, due to the pressurization and heating at the time of cutting the elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19, the cut ends of the elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 adhere to the inner surface of the display sheet 25 and the display sheet 25 contracts. Therefore, it is also preferable to apply a release agent to at least the inner surface of the display sheet 25. As the release agent, silicone, fluorine, long chain aliphatic, etc. can be used without any particular limitation.
(Crotch side folded part)
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B, the sheet material forming the outer sheet layer 12S is folded inside the inner sheet layer 12H at the crotch side end. It is also preferable that a crotch side folded portion 20 is formed and the crotch side folded portion 20 is fixed so as not to open. As a result, the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H in the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B is closed by the sheet material at the crotch end, so that the gap 12i opens to the crotch side. Is reliably prevented. As a result, when the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H opens to the crotch side, the appearance deteriorates, the inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S of the exterior bodies 12F and 12B peel, Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18 cut in order to kill the property from sticking out of the opening or coming out of the opening. Further, when the outer sheet layer 12S is folded back inside the inner sheet layer 12H to form the crotch side folded portion 20 as in this embodiment, the folded portion of the outer sheet layer 12S is not exposed on the outer surface of the diaper, so that the appearance is deteriorated due to folding. On the contrary, as shown in FIG. 11, a structure in which the sheet material forming the inner sheet layer 12H is folded outside the outer sheet layer 12S at the crotch end is employed. You can also
The fixing structure of the crotch-side folded portion 20 is not particularly limited, and the crotch-side folded portion 20 may be fixed by using other members, such as fixing the crotch-side folded portion 20 as a result of fixing in the inner and outer fixing portions 201, Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, the crotch side folding | returning part 20 may be fixed to the opposing surface via the hot-melt-adhesive. As indicated by reference numeral 21 in FIG. 8, the crotch side folded portion 20 can be sealed together with the folded portion by means of material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing.
When the outer sheet layer 12S and the inner sheet layer 12H of the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B are formed from a common sheet material, as shown in FIGS. The inner sheet layer 12H and the outer sheet layer 12S of the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B can be respectively formed by the inner part and the outer part of the sheet material folded in step 1). . Even in such a configuration, the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H in the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B is closed by the sheet material at the crotch end, so that the gap 12i is on the crotch side. Opening is reliably prevented.
Further, as in the form shown in FIG. 12, both the sheet material forming the inner sheet layer 12H and the sheet material forming the outer sheet layer 12S in the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B are located at the crotch end. It is also possible to form the crotch side folded portion 20 by folding outward (or inside).
As can be seen from these various forms, the turn-back length of the crotch-side turn-back portion 20 can be determined as appropriate, and in addition to a short portion of about 5 to 30 mm, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. The length of the exterior body having the folded portion 20 may be approximately the same as the length in the front-rear direction.
As described above, if the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H is difficult to open to the crotch side, the display sheet 25 extends to the crotch side ends of the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B. And a large display area can be secured. Therefore, the separation distance 25e between the crotch side edge of the display sheet 25 and the crotch side edges of the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B having the display sheet 25 can be about 5 to 30 mm.
As shown in FIGS. 14 (a) and 14 (b), when cutting the elastic elastic members 15, 16, 19 for forming the non-stretchable region A1 only at one place in the width direction of the non-stretchable region A1, The unnecessary elastic expansion / contraction member 18 is composed of only the remaining cutting portion continuous from the elastic expansion / contraction members 15, 16, and 19 in the expansion / contraction region A2, and the unnecessary elastic expansion / contraction member 18 basically becomes longer depending on the width of the non-expansion / contraction region A1. In particular, as shown in FIG. 14 (b), when the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 for forming the non-stretchable region A1 are cut at other than the center in the width direction of the non-stretchable region A1, one side in the width direction. Those that continue from the elastic elastic members 15, 16, and 19 in the expansion / contraction region A2 remain very long. However, when the above-described folded portion 20 is provided, the gap 12i between the display sheet 25 and the inner sheet layer 12H is unlikely to open to the crotch side, so that there is little risk of the unnecessary elastic elastic member 18 protruding.
In the above example, the crotch side folded portion 20 is provided on both the front exterior body 12F and the rear exterior body 12B, but only one of them can be provided (although both have the display sheet 25, only one of them is the crotch area). Including the case of having the side folded portion 20).
