     前記推奨商品抽出部が抽出した推奨商品について、対応する前記比較商品の売上増加時期であって、かつ当該推奨商品の売上増加時期とはなっていない時期を、当該推奨商品の推奨時期と設定する推奨時期設定部と、を備えた
