Basic Element 'Smart Watch'
Basic element, according to Fig.87, - 'Smart Watch' - contains processor pos.1 of 'Smart Watch', to which the wireless communication devices are connected - GPS/GLONASS module pos.2 of 'Smart Watch', WiFi module pos.3 of 'Smart Watch', Bluetooth module pos.4 of 'Smart Watch', as well as GSM block pos. 5 of 'Smart Watch', LTE block pos. 6 of 'smart watch', sensors pos. 7 of 'smart watch' (accelerometer, altimeter, gyroscope, hydrometer, thermometer), videocard pos. 8 of 'smart watch', display pos. 9 of 'smart watch', battery pos. 10 of 'smart watch', Micro SD cards pos. 1 1 of 'smart watch', BIOS block pos. 12 of 'smart watch', touchpad pos.13 of 'smart watch'. The body frame is equipped with rubberized wheel pos. 14. The adapter pos. 15 of the 'smart watch', PC pos. 16 of the 'smart watch' and outer devices: headset pos. 17, telephone pos. 18, WIDI adapter pos. 19, bracelet pos. 20, tube pos. 21 are connected to the processor pos. 1 of the 'smart watch'. Power source 22 is connected to the battery pos. 10.
The device named 'smart watch' - is a cylinder shaped device with the diameter 50 mm and the height 10 mm (previously, without manufacturer's approving) showed in fig.1. The top view of the device is shown at the fig. 2.
The device has a display pos. 9 with a touchpad pos.13 for purposes of data input and storage. The surface of the 'smart watch' bottom side, in fig. 3, is made from glass, in the center of the bottom side there are the charge contacts of the device (connector of the contacts will be described below).
Between upper and bottom surfaces (glasses), along the perimeter of a sidewall there are the rubberized wheel, pos. 14, necessary to select displayed data and menu entries as well as enter a text. The body frame of the 'smart watch' is waterproof.
The body frame with removed rear cover is shown in fig. 4. There are 4 slots, where one can set 1 Micro SD card pos.63; and one of the variants of SIM-cards sets:
- 3 Nano SIM cards pos. 62;
- 3 Micro SIM-cards;
- 2 Nano SIM-cards + 1 LTE-card; - 2 Micro SIM-cards + 1 LTE-card;
Positions of the rear cover for Micro SD card replacement are shown in fig. 5, 6, 7. Push the rear panel lock button, pos. 64, fixing the rear cover and turn the rare cover. The turning direction is no matter in our example the clockwise direction is shown.
When rotated at 45 degrees the slot for Micro SD card opens and the card can be removed fig. 6.
It's possible to return the cover to its original position or to continue its rotation in a clockwise direction. When continuing rotation in a clockwise direction in 45 degrees more the next fixing button opens - see fig. 7, the button is shown in the position 'pushed down'. Since the button fits to the slot of the rear cover, a spring will make the button return to its original position; the button will move up and fix rare cover, preventing it from rotation.
The same procedure is applied to replace SIM-cards or LTE-cards in the corresponding slots.
It should be noticed that the location of near-by slots, disposed in the left or in the right from the button, is indicated at the buttons. It helps to determine easier the location of the corresponding cards.
Bracelet
A bracelet pos. 20, according to fig. 88 has a bracelet controller pos.27; a bracelet switch pos. 28, bracelet battery pos. 29, bracelet sensors pos. 30 (blood pressure, body temperature, pulse), bracelet touchpad pos.31. bracelet battery pos.29 is connected to the power source pos.22.
The bracelet fig.8,9, 10 intended to fix the 'smart watch' on a hand, for 'smart watch' charging, its positioning, for placing additional batteries (optional).
In the center of the bracelet there is a shaped location for the 'smart watch'. In the center of this shaped location there is a round group of contacts (it will be described below) with a magnet. When the 'smart watch' is put into the shaped location, it is attracted by the magnet, and round group of contacts fit together in the bottom of the 'smart watch' and on the surface of the shaped location. Then the picture positioning on the display is carried out by rotating the wheel of the 'smart watch'.
The decorative bracelet laps pos. 65 with bracelet chrome (or fake-gold-look) ring pos.
66 (fig. 9) are placed on the bracelet made from plastics of white or black colour. The decorative laps are made in different colour variations. At the first (round) segment under the platform there is an optical mouse with button pos. 67 see fig. 1 1 intended to select the data on the display of the 'smart watch'. However, the segment platform itself is not fixed and can shift in vertical direction, simulating as if the button of the devise 'mouse' is pushed. The sleep mode buttons pos.68 (sidewall buttons) of the first segment can also be shifted in horizontal direction - thus the 'watch' can change / pass into 'sleep mode'.
The additional batteries of the bracelet as well as the GSM/LTE module and a slot for SIM-card can be located at the second and the third segments of the bracelet. In the shaped location of the bracelet there are the bracelet locks pos. 69, which are intended for reliable fixing of the 'smart watch' in the shaped location, see fig. 12.
The locks are spring-assisted and are buried into the walls of the shaped-location. The procedure and sequence of locks operation are shown in fig. 13. When the 'smart watch' is put in the shaped location, the locks, owing to the tapered surface, begin to push apart and to be buried into the walls of the shaped location, in such a way the 'smart watch' smoothly reaches the bottom of the shaped location.
When the 'smart watch' has reached the bottom, the locks, affected by the spring, return to its original position and fix the 'smart watch' preventing it from vertical shifting.
To take the 'smart watch' out of the shaped location, it's necessary to slightly bend out the bottom of the shaped location by pressing the center point of the shaped location up, and the side points of the shaped location - down. The locks will drift apart and it becomes possible to take the 'smart watch' out of the shaped location.
This construction permits to disconnect the 'smart watch' from the bracelet only while the 'smart watch' is taken off a hand and disables a spontaneous unclasping and falling out the 'smart watch' from the bracelet when just being worn on a hand.
After the 'smart watch' has been installed in the shaped location it needs to be tightened a further on a clockwise (or counterclockwise) direction to fix it in a necessary position.
The positioning is performed as follows. In the shaped location there is 12+2 pin connector 'Plug'; in the bottom of the 'smart watch' there is a connector of 'Socket' type (they will be described below). Relative disposition of pins is not important, thus the connector contacts to fit together it's necessary to tighten the 'smart watch' a further 0 - 360/12 = 30 degrees, see fig. 14.
The rubberized wheel of the disconnected 'Smart Watch' is blocked from rotation but as soon as contacts are combined, the signal is given to the 'Smart Watch' and the wheel starts rotating, at the same time automatic unblocking of the wheel rotation takes place.
The image orientation on the display is programmed beforehand, whereas the 'Smart Watch' defines a relative positioning concerning a bracelet lodgment, taking off data from contacts of sockets, and the image is always output in the correct vertical positioning. Bracelet length regulation buttons pos.70 fig. 15, 16 are located on the last segments of the bracelet. It is possible to extend an adjusting belt to the necessary length when pressing buttons, and then to immobilize it, having released buttons.
The principle of locks operation is based on magnetic forces. The locks located on the ends of sliding parts of the belt consist of two parts:
- internal, motionless, rigidly fixed on the moving-forward part of the belt;
- external, mobile with the reference to the internal part of the lock.
When two halves of the bracelet lock is combined, they are drawn by the main magnets opposing ones and are kept in the magnetic state on the wrist see Fig.17. Similarly charged auxiliary magnets are located far apart and don't interact.
To undo the lock, it is necessary to shift halves of the lock. Thus the distance between the main magnets will increase, forces of gravitation will weaken, the distance between auxiliary magnets, that will cause pushing away forces between halves of the lock at the same time, will decrease and the lock will be undone. Moreover, the direction of the lock halves shifting is unimportant.
Text Manual Input
The 'Smart Watch' allows inputting the text, putting signs on the display, seeing Fig.18.
If it is necessary to input the text, the cursor is set in the text field, then the signs are put in with the help of a finger or a stylus and their recognition and transformation into computer symbols takes place.
This technology is implemented in the operating system of the 'Smart Watch'. The technology significantly simplifies inputting the information through the display of the smaller size.
Input of the Text by Means of the Rotating Wheel.
Text information can be also input by means of selection of the corresponding symbols from the preset character set of the operating system Fig.81. It is achieved by turning the rubberized rotating wheel and confirmation of the chosen symbol by pressing the screen. In the same way it is possible to select icons program, points of the menu from the list, to increase/reduce loudness Fig.82 or choose any other information.
The input method - manual or by means of the rotating wheel - is established in the settings of the system. Electric Connectors
For power supplying to the devices, 2 types of electric connectors are used:
• Round
• Flat.
Round Electric Connector
The scheme of the round connector with 14 contacts (12 alarm contacts + 2 feeding contacts) and 1 additional contact on the socket (an interval path between 12 openings) is represented on Fig.19.
The connector is of a cylindrical form and is provided in two types: 'plug' and 'socket connectors, thus when connectors are connected to charge the devices the combination of 2 different types Plug - Socket is used.
There are 2 power contacts pos. 72 of the 'socket' connector and 2 power contacts pos. 77 of the 'plug' connector, having different polarity, and further on a circle there are signal contacts pos. 71 (12+1) of the 'socket' connector as well as signal contacts pos. 76 (12+1) of the 'plug' connector through which both signals for power connection, and information signals data can be transmitted.
When contacts are connected, all 12 contacts are signal ones and inform about connection of sockets, connect the current, avoiding short circuit. Additional microcircuits are used in these sockets: microcircuit pos. 80 of the 'socket' connector and microcircuit pos. 87 of plug connector. When an event is determined those connectors are connected and there is a course of electric current for feeding and/or charging of devices, further from 12 contacts leave one alarm, and other 1 1 contacts transfer to the mode of data transmission or electric current.
All three groups of contacts (alarming and feeding) are divided by the isolating surfaces: insulators pos. 74 of the 'Socket' connector and insulators pos. 79 of the 'Plug' connector.
There is one more contact between signal contacts 12+1 'socket' connector. This contact is a signal one and is used in case of the round connector with three contacts, it will be considered below. This contact path is also isolated from 12 signal contacts.
Surfaces of contacts of the plug connector are sprung that provides achieving tight connection of contacts when the sockets are combined.
There are some magnets in the bodies of sockets - body pos. 81 of the 'socket' connector and body pos. 88 of the 'plug' connector: magnet pos. 73 of the 'socket' connector and magnet pos. 78 of the 'plug' connector, which being under magnetic force, position sockets coaxially to each other. Although sockets have 12 pins - the angle of rotation additional turn of sockets referring each other for their exact positioning makes at most 30 degrees.
To connect 'socket' and 'plug' connectors, it is necessary to bring them close to each other and slightly turn the 'plug' connector until it clicks. Magnetic forces will attract and combine devices, thus the edge of the body of 'plug' connector will be round the socket magnet.
Electric current in the 'plug' connector approaches signal contact pos.83 of the 'socket' connector, contact '+' pos.84 of the 'socket' connector and contact '-' pos. 85 of the 'socket' connector, through wires pos.82 of the 'socket' connector. All these contacts are located on the underlay pos.86 of the 'socket' connector.
In the 'plug' connector, the electric current runs through the wires pos. 89 of the 'plug' connector to the signal contact pos.90 of the 'plug' connector, contact '+' pos.91 of the plug connector and contact '-' pos.92 of the 'plug' connector through the wires pos.89 of the 'plug' connector. All these contacts are located on the underlay pos.93 of the 'plug' connector of and sprung by means of contact springs pos.94 of the 'plug' connector.
As a rule, the 'plug' connector is installed in a surface of the charged device, and the 'plug' connector is in the attached part of a charging chain.
For example, in the lower part of the watch there is a 'socket' connector, respectively in a lodgment of a bracelet the 'plug' connector is located.
On the 'Plug' connector the rubberized rotation ring pos. 75 can be located. In a ring there is a place for a logo, under it light-emitting diodes are located. Illumination of light- emitting diodes can change depending on charging mode - 'charging', 'charging finished', etc.
The section of 'plug' and 'socket' connectors is represented on Fig.20.
The scheme of the round 'Plug' connector with 3 contacts is represented on Fig.21.
In this type of sockets the 'plug' connectors represent the socket intended only for charging without possibility of data transmission. Only three contacts are used on it, one of which being the signal contact of the 'plug' connector pos. 95. In the correspondent 'socket' connectors the feeding contacts are also used as it is described above. Signal contact in the 'Socket' connector is manufactured in the form of a collapsible tube and isolated by ports and insulators from 12 contacts (a mate side of pins).
In this case the angle of the sockets relative rotation doesn't matter for their exact positioning, that is they can be connected in any position of an angle of rotation relatively each other. To connect 'plug' and 'socket' connectors, it is necessary to bring them closer to each other. Magnetic forces will attract and connect devices, for more exact positioning it is necessary to position them coaxially to each other before click, thus the edge of the case of the 'Plug' connector will be round a magnet of the 'socket' connector.
As a rule, the 'Socket' connector is set on a surface of the charged device with the
'Plug' connector in the attached part of the charging chain.
Fig.22 represents the cross-section of 'Plug' connectors 3 contacts and the 'socket' connector 12 signal contacts and 2 feeding contacts are represented.
In certain cases the 3-contact 'Socket' connector shown on Fig.23 can be used.
In this option signal contact of the 'socket' connector pos. 96 represents a tube surface.
The principle of sockets operation is similar to the principle described above. Fig.24 shows the scheme of sockets in a section.
The round connector can be set in the cylindrical case as it is shown on Fig.19,21, thus the wire is separate from a cylinder end face.
The round connector can be also set in the case in the form of the small cylinder, thus the flat cable separate from a cylinder sidewall, as it is shown on Fig.25, is used.
Straight Electric Connector
Straight electric connector Figs. 26, 27 is used for charging the bracelet and positioning fastening of a bracelet on a wrist. As in the round connector there is an signal contact pos.97 of straight 'plug' connector signal contact pos.103 of straight 'socket' connector and two power contacts pos.98 of straight 'plug' connector on Fig.26. These contacts are set in the form of spherical segments slightly less than hemisphere and separated from the case by insulators pos.100 of straight 'plug' connectors and insulators pos.109 of straight 'socket' connectors. Contacts are sprung and can slightly dive in the body pos.101 of straight 'socket' connector and in the body pos.1 10 of straight 'plug' connector that provides tighter contact.
The socket can be two types 'plug' and 'socket' contacts. The straight 'plug' connector is shown on Fig.26. In the 'socket' connector which has mirror display, the corresponding contacts in the form of convex spheres change on hemispheres concave as it is shown on Fig.27 in a profile.
In the socket bodies there are the magnets - a magnet pos.99 of straight 'plug' connector, and a magnet pos.107 of straight 'socket' connector that provides magnetic drive and a spherical form of contacts, so it is easy to position sockets both relatively to each other, and the charger. In the straight 'socket' connector the electric current runs through the wires pos.102 of straight 'socket' connector, signal contact pos.103 of straight 'socket' connector, to contact '+' pos.104 of straight 'socket' connector and to contact '-' pos.105 of straight 'socket' connector. All these contacts are located on the underlay pos.106 of straight 'socket' connector and sprung by means of contact springs pos.108 of straight 'socket' connector.
In the straight 'plug' connector electric current runs through the wires pos. l l l of straight 'plug' connector, signal contact pos.97 of straight 'plug' connector, to contact '+' pos.1 12 of straight 'plug' connector of the straight 'plug' connector and to contact '-' pos.1 13 of straight 'plug' connector of the. All these contacts are located on the underlay pos.1 14 of straight 'plug' connector and sprung by means of contact spring pos.1 15 of straight 'plug' connector.
Charger
The charger consists of
-adapter;
-power unit;
and serves for mains supply of the whole complex of devices.
Charger Adapter
The adapter of the charger is shown on Fig.28 and serves for connection to the power unit of various devices.
In the adapter of the charger there is a signal contact pos.1 16 of charger adapter, power contacts pos. l 17 of the charger adapter, a magnet pos. l 18 of the charger adapter, insulators pos. 1 19 of the charger adapter.
Fig.28 shows the adapter top view, the bottom view is shown on Fig.29.
Apparently, lateral faces of the adapter are shaped in the form of flat electric sockets, there is one above, and there are two round electric sockets below.
The adapter can be inserted between bracelet locks, charging the bracelet and the 'Smart Watch' inserted into a lodgment. The adapter can also charge devices separately. Possible schemes of connection of devices will be considered below.
Charger Power Unit
The power unit of the charger is presented on Fig.30.
The power supply wires pos.122 can be extended from the case with the round connector pos. 123 to be connected to the adapter. The round connector on the end of the wire has a 'socket' type as all round connectors on an adapter are of the plug type, i.e. it is possible to attach a wire to any of three connectors. It excludes possibility of connection of the power unit to devices directly, omitting an adapter round connectors on devices are the socket type.
The full length of the wire is equipped with light-emitting diodes and can shine on connection to the electricity mains. In normal zero situations the wire is sunk in a power unit surface that is convenient for transportation. When pressing buttons of pos. 121 of the dispensing of power supply socket, the socket moves 10 mm above the case level - it can be pulled out easily for the necessary length. The wire can be cleaned back in the case, pressing the buttons on the socket.
The body has 3 types of plugs - EURO, UK, USA built in, thus stems of the US plug can be turned, and thus the 4th type of a plug - the Australian AUS) can be received. Turning of a wheel pos.120 of selecting of power plug electrical plugs of the corresponding type move forward from the power unit body. Thus, it is possible to use this power unit in many countries without any special adapter for electric sockets, see Fig.31.
Adapter with a Round Connector (Optional).
The adapter with the round connector is shown on Fig.32.
This type of the connector is delivered separately optionally and serves for power supply of laptops and other similar devices. The adapter with the round connector is inserted into the laptop bottom, and can be directed differently from the laptop to the left, to the right, back - at any angle as it can be inserted without binding to an arrangement of contacts. The other side of it is connected to the power unit of the charger described above.
The adapter with the round connector can have 3, or 12+2 contacts. It is shown on Fig.33.
The detailed view of the adapter with the round connector is shown on Fig.34.
The flat cable joining both connectors can be displaced using the roulette principle and be cleaned in the cylindrical body pos. 124 of round connector adapters. In the flat body pos. 125 of round connector adapter the round connector is removed. To pull out the flat connector from the body outside, it is necessary to use Sliders pos. 126 of Round Connector Adapter.
The ratchet allowing not only to extend a flat cable at the necessary length, but also to record it in this situation is built in the cylindrical body. If it is necessary to clean a cable back in the cylindrical body it can be pulled out slightly and smoothly to be released, and the returnable spring will return it to the curtailed position.
USB - Cable
USB -Cable is shown on Fig.35 and serves for communication of the 'Smart Watch' and its headset with personal computers having USB Port. This cable is connected to the USB Port of the computer on the one hand and in the round connector of the 'Smart Watch' or headset on the other hand and serves for data transmission between devices.
As it can be seen on the drawing, the cable consists of the round connector pos. 123, wire pos. 130 of USB cable and USB socket pos. 131 of USB cables. The rotating round wheel pos. 129 of USB cable is provided in the round connector body with the USB cable logo pos. 127. In case of connection to USB Port, the logo starts shining depending on a battery charging stage charging, battery charged, etc.). Having inserted the round connector into the charged device, it is possible then to turn the rotating castor with the logo up for convenience of the charging stage identification. The round connector has the plug type.
On other end of the wire there is a standard USB socket pos. 131 of the USB cable on which there is an USB logo pos. 128 of the USB cable with the same functions of charging indication, see. Fig. 36, 37.
WiDi Adapter is shown on Fig.38 and serves for communication of the 'Smart Watch' with the personal computers having USB port (USB 3.0 Version is supported), as well as transfer of the image on the HDMI Port (Version 1.4) of TVs, monitors and other equipment having such port.
On the shifted cover of the adapter the USB and HDMI logos identifying the location of the corresponding connector are represented.
For the use of the adapter it is necessary to shift the cover and to cast away or turn the corresponding connector as it is shown on Fig.39, Fig.40.
On the turning parts there are light-emitting diodes made in the form of the corresponding logos of the smaller size, which provide data transmission indicator i.e. shine in the presence of connection and blink at data transmission).
The back of the adapter is shown on Fig.40.
Clip
The clip is shown on Fig.41 and provides the possibility to wear 'Smart Watch' on a belt or a neck, its installation on a table and positioning of devices at simultaneous charging it will be described below). 'Smart Watch' is inserted into a lodgment similar to a bracelet lodgment and connected by means of magnetic drive of the round connector of socket type.
Fig.41 shows the clip from a reverse side. In the standard position the clip, together with the 'Smart Watch', can be hang up on a belt by means of a clip-stand pos. 135 of clip.
For carrying a clip on a neck it is necessary to pull out a flexible strap pos. 133 of clip and to put the clip on the neck Fig.42. The thong is cleaned when pressing buttons pos. 132 of the clip strap reeling off is shown on Fig.43. For installation of a clip on a table (location 1 ) and for use as an adapter and fixation while devices charging (location 2) it is necessary to unbend a clip clip-stand, previously having pressed the button pos. 134 of clip-stand fixation. When the button is released the support is fixed in a certain location (1 or 2). The clip support unbent in location 1 is shown on Fig.44.
The clip is not equipped with a battery, but it can be used for charging 'Smart Watch' by means of a power unit adapter. For this purpose on a reverse side of a clip there is a round connector of socket type.
Headset
Headset, according to Fig. 89, contains the processor pos.32 of headset with the following connections: block pos.33 of headset earphones speakers, block pos.34 of headset ring speaker, pos.35 of vibro-motor, block pos.36 of headset Micro SD, BIOS block pos.37 of headset, block pos.38 of headsets charging indicator, block pos. of 39 headset switch, block pos.40 of headset GPS/GLONASS, battery pos.41 of headset connected to the source pos.22 of power, block pos.42 of headset microphone, the touchpad pos.43 of headset, Bluetooth block pos.44 of headset, block pos.45 of main segment Multilens cameras , block pos.46 of headset sensors (accelerometer, altimeter, gyroscope, compass, thermometer, hygrometer).
Headset, according to Fig. 89, contains connected to the processor pos.32 of the headset block pos. 47 of the earphone speaker in the removeable segment, block pos.48 of removable segment Multilens cameras , touchpad pos.49 of headset.
The headset is intended for listening to audio recordings in mono and stereo mode, telephone conversation and video phone, suppression of external noise for example, in the plane or a noisy room). The general view of a headset is shown on Fig.45.
Fig.46 shows the headset view from the side of the right earphone. Fig.47 shows the headset in operation for listening to stereo records the wire taking-up mechanism is shown on the scheme).
Barometer, thermometer, hygrometer and acceleration sensor, for data recording and their subsequent use in 'Smart Watch' are built in a headset.
The location sensor and other sensors can be built in a headset.
We will consider in more detail the headset elements Fig.48 and their functions.
Fig.48 shows the view of the headset from the side of earphones.
The headset consists of 2 segments - the main segment of pos. 136 of headset and the removable segment pos. 137 of headset. The headset can be used both in the form of a T RU2014/000948
26 uniform segment, and in the form of 2 divided segments connected by a wire see Fig.46,47. Using a headset in the form of a uniform segment provides listening only in the mono mode, stereo mode listening is provided using 2 segments.
The main segment is inserted, as a rule, into the right ear, but also use of a headset for lefthanders is possible using ear-piece pos. 142 of headset earphones and patching loop pos. 141 of headset earphone, then the main segment can be inserted into a left ear.
The main segment contains the battery necessary for electricity supply for the headset. The electric power supply for charging is provided via the round connector pos. 123 of socket type, being on the internal part of the main segment Fig.48. This connector is closed by the cover opening by means of sliders pos. 150 of cover of a headset.
At the separated segment of a headset there is a button pos.151 to raise the camera of the removable headset segment.
The main and separated segments are connected together by means of the magnets set in them. It is necessary to pool the separated segment for division), overcoming magnetic forces, and to distance from the main segment. The wire thus is extended from the main segment at a size of 35-40 cm by the roulette principle, overcoming resistance of the spring returning it in an initial state. When pulled for the operating length the wire is fixed by a ratchet. Segments are gathered in the following way - it is necessary to distance slightly segments from each other, thus the wire will be removed from the locking ratchet latch, then segments should be slowly connected to each other. The wire, under the influence of the returning spring, will enter the main segment and will be reeled up on the coil, and the certain approach of segments should drive them close to each other by magnetic force. For exact positioning of segments relatively to each other headset laps rails pos. 161 are provided (see. Fig.54), in the form of 2 parallelepipeds, located in end faces of segments and working following the plug and socket principle.
The headset contains 2 built-in Multilens cameras pos. 144, providing taking both photo and video. One camera is located in an end face of the separated segment, the second in a basic end face. If segments are connected, only one camera located in an end face of the separated segment works.
This camera is the third-party development of Pelican Imaging firm http://pelicanimaging.com/).
Multilens photo and the video camera represent the massif of 4x4 lenses shooting along with different focal lengths and parameters of picture endurance, a diaphragm). It allows achieving redundancy of information for a picture and later by means of the software to establish necessary parameters of a picture - focal length, sharpness, a diaphragm, endurance.
In the main segment there is a clip pos. 147 of the headset to fasten the headset to clothes. When the upper clip part is pressed, it turns around the clip axis pos. 149 of the headset and is flushed in the notch pos. 148 of the headset clip. The clip lower part lifts to form a clearance and to allow clinging the headset to a pocket lining or a clothes edge. If the upper part is released, its spring returns the clip to the initial position to fix the headset on clothes.
Headset control is to be done in three ways:
- Way 1 : By finger tips
In laps of both headset sections there is a touchpad pos. 43 of headset, touchpad pos. 49 of headset. Volume increase is to be done by pressing the lap area (where buttons pos. 153 of headset volume are placed). It is located closer to the right earphone see Fig. 45, it is indicated with '+'. Volume decrease is to be done by pressing the lap area of the detachable segment see Fig. 45, it is indicated with Replying to a call is to be done by sliding movement over the headset from '+' to Ignoring a call is to be done by sliding movement in the backward direction. Also the other commands with other gestures are possible.
- Way 2: By words (voiceful)
Words having similar phonation in various languages are to be pronounced. They are processed and rendered to controlling commands for the headset. PHOTO - switching to the photo camera mode camera work), CLICK - taking a snapshot, MULTI - the mode of frame by frame filming, i.e. a snapshot is being done during a set period of time in equal time intervals to be set beforehand). VIDEO - the mode of video recording, START - video recording beginning, STOP - video recording end. PANORAMA - the mode of taking panoramic snapshots. The other commands are also possible.
- Way 3 : By 'smart watch' programmed
It is possible to set parameters and setpoints that are to be rendered to controlling commands for the headset by the 'Smart Watch' Software.
Time intervals for the frame by frame filming, voice activated dialing, track control to play music and other headset control options are implemented in the programmed way.
In the headset side part on top and bottom there are metal nets pos. 146 of the headset with holes. Under the lower nets inside there are 3 microphones one in a detachable segment and two in the main segment. The 4th microphone is in the headphone and will be described later together with the device and headphone functionality. 4 microphones pos. 143 of the headset are necessary to provide 2 additional headset modes:
- 'Surrounding' Mode;
- 'Noise suppression' Mode.
In the 'surrounding' mode the headset reads sounds of ambient surrounding and directs them to the speaker. Therefore, in both ear channels there is equal audibility (in case if the headset is only on one ear), or surrounding sounds/ speech is audible if the headset is on two ears), including listening to music or telephone conversation.
In the 'noise suppression' mode the headset reads sounds of surrounding for their subsequent suppression in the signal sent to the speaker by means of feedback and incoming signal reverse. This diagram is used also for noisy premises (club, discotheque, stadium) or in a plane in order to eliminate parasitic noises and to boost the useful signal. In this mode it is also possible to additionally switch 4th microphone in the ear channel, which reads voice of a speaking subscriber directly from the ear channel. This provides good quality recording a voice signal and possibility of good quality telephone conversation in a noisy place a talker doesn't hear loud sounds of surrounding).
All these options are adjusted in the 'smart watch' similarly to volume limitation in the headsets.
4th microphone is in the headphone and will be described later together with the device and headphone functionality.
Under upper nets there is a ringer speaker pos. 145 of the headset, selection of a melody and volume adjustment is to be done by the 'smart watches'. In the very segment there is also a vibro-motor to vibrate instead of the buzzer.
In the end part of the main segment near the right ear phone there is an indicator pos. 155 of the headset battery, a switch pos. 154 of the headset and a switch pos. 156 of the headset battery indicator, see Fig. 49, Fig. 50. Two switches are combined in one assembly: the switch pos. 154 of the headset moves vertically and it switches off the headset, whereas the switch pos. 156 of the headset battery indicator, when pressed, shows remaining time of headset operation at a current level of headset battery charge.
The headset is exchanging data with the 'smart watch' via the Bluetooth protocol and electric energy is being saved at the time. In order to save electric energy, the headset might be temporally switched off by the switch.
The switch and the microdisplay pos. 157 of the headset are given in Fig. 50.
The switch, when moved up/down, switches on/off the headset respectively. However, when the slide is pressed, battery charge indication is seen. The battery charge indicator shows a level of remaining charge in the battery in percentage bar shape and as remaining time in hours of headset work in the mode of 'conversation'. The battery charge indicator glows continuously, when the headset is connected to mains for charging. You can always see a current level charge and time of headset work. See, Fig. 50.
In the external part of the headset there are plastic laps pos. 152 of the headset. They are fabricated in various colors and might be detached and replaced with other laps fitting by color to the bracelet. They fasten to segments with 2 magnets pos. 160 of headset laps and holes pos. 159 for headset lap rails. See Fig. 51. Magnets 2 pes for each lap are located in the headset body near the guide holes and they serve to fix laps in the main set position. On each lap there are 2 guides pos. 158 of headset lap rails: long and short laps. The long guide serves as a turning axle, when laps are being replaced. The short guide is a lock fixing the lap in its initial position.
In order to change laps, it is necessary to turn each of them clockwise or counter-clock wise against the long guide, which is near to the headset edge. See Fig. 52. Farther, when the magnet force is overpassed, just lift the lap. Lap installation is to be done in the reverse order.
A resistive film making the lap sensory is located on the lap surface. When swiping a finger over the lap from top to bottom, you can answer a call, whereas, when swiping from bottom to top, you can ignore a call. By pressing zones '+' and '-' ~ you can increase/ decrease volume of speakers. These zones might be illuminated.
The sensory surface is also on the detachable segment. By pressing it during player operation it is possible to pause file playback and by double pressing you can continue its playing. By swiping finger over the sensory surface you can start playback of the next previous track.
The other type of the headset is given in Fig. 53. The structure of connecting 2 sections with a wire is well seen.
The headset in open state is given in Fig. 54. In the main segment there is also the
Multilens camera allowing taking pictures even in the shifted state of the headset. At the same time due to the structural feature the wire doesn't obstruct shooting by camera lenses.
The earphone pos. 138 of the headset removable segment can turn around its axle. In the open state it might be inserted in the ear conch and listen to audio records in stereo mode.
In the assembled state the ear phone goes into its socket and doesn't obstruct to wear the headset. See Fig. 55. A memory card of the MicroSD format might be inserted in the headset. It is located under the upper lap of the detachable segment. In order to substitute it, open the lap and press the card. See Fig. 56.
The earphone structure is shown with the example of the earphone pos. 139 of the headset main segment in Fig. 57.
The earphone is to be inserted in the ear conch and fixed in it by a rubber three stage lap pos. 140 of the headset earphone due to elastic and friction forces. The lap is detachable. Five laps of various sizes for different ear sizes are delivered in the full set.
In the earphone there are 2 speakers in the same body: high frequency speaker and low frequency speaker to produce sound of better quality.
In the lap middle there is a hole for the microphone pos. 143 of the headset. The microphone takes sound directly from the ear conch to provide conversation in the mode of noise suppression see above).
Additional earphone fixation in the ear is provided by a patching loop pos. 141 of headset earphone and the ear piece pos. 142 of the headset earphone. At the same time both elements are detachable. The loop is fabricated of transparent rubber soft plastic and it provides fixation of it in the ear conch due to elastic force in longitudinal and transverse directions. The fixation loop is delivered in a full set of 5 pes of different sizes for different sizes of ear conchs.
The ear holder has a wire core, around which rubber is cast soft plastic). The ear holder is being hanged on an ear and should be used due to sensible relatively heavy weight of the headset main segment).
The earphone of the detachable segment might be turned around its axle see Fig. 55, i.e. in the assembled state it is being flushed in the detachable segment, whereas in the working state it is bent off for right location of the detachable segment against the ear conch see, Fig. 47. The left earphone is fixed in the ear conch only by the rubber lap. This is enough due to light weight of the detachable segment.
Telephone
As per Fig. 90 the telephone contains the processor pos. 50 of telephone, to which the cameras block pos. 51 of telephone, microphones block pos. 52 of telephone, speakers block pos. 53 of telephone, switch block pos. 54 of telephone, battery pos.55 of telephone connected to the power source pos. 22, display pos. 56 of telephone, touchpad pos. 57 of telephone, block pos. 58 of telephone proximity sensor, indicator pos 59 of charging, Bluetooth block pos. 60 of telephone, WiFi block pos. 61 of the telephone are connected. There is a more informative view of Speaker 2 and Microphone 1 in Fig. 65 In the telephone there is also the following: a proximity sensor pos. 171 of the telephone, an indicator pos. 172 of the telephone.
In the telephone as well as in the headset there are also a barometer, thermometer and hygrometer to measure data and use them later in the 'smart watch'.
Tube
The tube Fig. 91 contains a controller pos. 26 of tube, to which speakers pos. 23 of tube, battery pos. 25, LEDs pos. 24 of the tube are connected. It communicates with the 'smart watch' a processor pos. 1 of 'smart watch' and the telephone pos. 18. The battery pos. 25 of tube is connected to the power source pos. 22.
The tube is given in Fig. 66, 67, 68, 69. It is designed to store, transport, charge devices as well as to playback sound and to make light effects color music.
Main purpose of the tube is in protecting the devices placed in it. The tube is a cylinder divided into segments rotating around vertical axle. There are devices in the segments.
In the central segment pos. 175 of the tube there is the 'smart watch', the headset and a power source of the charger from the rear side. In the clip segment pos. 176 of tube there is a clip and in the smartwatch segment pos. 177 of the tube there is the smartwatch. In the adapter segment pos. 178 of the tube there is the adapter of the charger, whereas in the WiDi-USB segment pos. 179 of the tube there are a USB cable and WIDI adapter.
The tube might be located in horizontal position as well see (Fig. 67). In the center of the tube there are 4 support legs pos. 186. They are necessary for stable position of the tube on its side: 2 pairs of legs are provided for symmetry; the tube might be positioned either on left side or on right side.
In the upper cover pos. 180 of the tube and in the lower cover pos. 182 of the tube there are the upper speaker pos. 181 / the lower speaker pos. 183 of the tube. In segments adjoining to them along the tube surface there are 2 light indicators: the upper flash indicator pos. 184 of the rube and the lower flash indicator pos. 185 of the tube. They change their color depending on a selected mode and other conditions. For instance, when an alarm clock signal is received, the light indicators gradually glow with white light, whereas in the mode of playing back music, color of light indicators change depending on quantity of low/high frequencies color music.
In the tube center there is a tube shutter pos. 187. Under there slide door there is a round connector of the 'plug' type see Fig. 66. Therefore, it is possible to slide the shutter away and connect a telephone in vertical position to the connector as per Fig. 70. The horizontal tube position is main one. It is more stable. The connected phone serves as a display and its speakers play back stereo sound. The tube is turned into a full-featured mulch-media center with own processor 'smart watches', see Fig. 67.
At the rear of the tube Fig. 69 there is a round connector of the 'plug' type. It is possible to connect a power source and to charge devices located in the corresponding segments, i.e. 'smart watch', telephone, bracelet and headset.
The tube segments can turn around vertical axle and lock with magnets, i.e. in order to turn a segment around its axle, it is necessary to overcome magnet attraction force. Such lock helps to avoid accidental turning opening the segments.
Only tube segments located above the central segment can rotate. This is achieved by special locks at the rotation axle. Their structure will be described later.
Some devices like 'smart watch', clip, bracelet, headset, adaptor, USB cable and WIDI adaptor are located in cradles with lifts and round connectors for charging and positioning round connector magnets). A device for instance, 'smart watches' should be placed on the cradle located in lifted position at the same level with cradle surface. Prior to this the cradle should be turned from the initial position to 180 degrees around vertical axle in order to provide free access to it. The device is being attracted by magnet of the round connector and positioned against the lift and the cradle. Farther, it is necessary to flush the 'smart watch' with a finger deeper into the section till lock click is heard; the fixing cradle in such position. In such position the upper border of the device in this case: 'smart watches' doesn't protrude beyond the upper border of the segment, which might be turned to the initial position.
In order to remove a device from the cradle, it is necessary to press the device with finger again to release the lock fixing the cradle lift. Under influence of the returning spring and the damper the lift slowly takes the cradle and the device to the upper position.

Structure of locks at the tube rotation axis
Only those tube segments can turn that are positioned above the central segment, when the tube is in vertical position. In the regular position these are segments with 'smart watch' and the clip.
In order to have access to the segment with the adapter, the WIDI-adapter, the USB- cable and the power source it is necessary to turn the tube to 180 degrees against the horizontal axle.
Such mechanics is defined by special locks at the rotational axle. See their structure in Fig. 77.
All segments rotate around the vertical rotation axis pos. 191 of tube segments by means of lock plugs pos. 188 of the tube. The central segment is fixed and can't move. In the bushes and rotational axis there are channels pos. 189 of the tube lock in the form of a capsule. A tube lock ball pos. 190 is placed in them. As it is seen from the diagram, the channels are positioned so that in the upper segments designated with No 1 ball under influence of gravity rolls to the bush hollow and doesn't obstruct bush turning around its vertical axle; in the lower segments designated with No 2 ball gets into the rotation axle hollow and locks the segment, whose rotation around axle is impossible.
When turning the tube itself around the horizontal axle, the balls under influence of gravity lock lower segments designated with 1 and open upper segments designated with 2 for rotation.
Therefore, it is possible in any tube position to turn only upper segments i.e. located above the central segment and to lock lower ones.
Cross section schematically of 'smart watch'
In Fig. 78 one can see schematic cross section of 'smart watch'. The back cover rubber seal pos. 193 of the 'smart watch' is designed to prevent moisture penetration into the 'smart watch' body. This makes it moisture-proof. The back cover pos. 192 of the 'smart watch' is fixed by two laps pos. 194 of the back cover of 'smart watch' and screws located in it.
On the bracelet fabricated of white/ black plastic there are laps pos. 65 of the bracelet with chromed (or like gold) rings pos. 66 of the bracelet. The laps are made in various color compositions (Fig. 79).
In Fig. 80 there is cross section of the bracelet with the cradle for 'smart watch'. As it is seen in the figure, inside the cradle there is a hollow for the bracelet adjusting belt pos. 196.
Inside the bracelet in 2 first segments there is place for additional bracelet batteries pos. 29 for longer operation of 'smart watch'. Charge is being supplied to 'smart watch' through the round connector in the cradle pos. 195 of the bracelet.
Besides the additional batteries in 2 first segments of the bracelet it is possible to place also additional sensors pos. 30 of the bracelet for instance to measure pulse, body temperature or blood pressure, etc.
In the headset the Multilens camera with several lenses allows to do photo/ video shooting. If the headset is worn in the regular condition when main and detachable segments are assembled, the camera sees forward at the eye level. This allows doing shooting with the presence effect. Determination of a shooting vector is to be done by head movement, a shooting mode photo/ video shooting in definite time intervals is to be defined by 'smart watch', whereas focal depth due to availability of several lenses is to be set later, when 'post producing' by a personal computer.
Availability of 2 cameras in the headset allows doing shooting in different directions. Thus, when disconnecting segments, i.e. when the main segment is on one side of the head and the detached is one the other side and both are inserted in ear conchs, the camera of the detached segment watches backward and makes shooting of events happening behind.
If anatomic features of a head don't allow to do it a large ear conch or bouffant hairdo), it is possible to lift the camera with some lenses at the detachable segment by pressing the button under the earphone of the detachable segment, i.e. the button pos. 151 of the camera raise of the headset removeable segment. The camera in the lifted position is shown in Fig. 83
The pad is supported by a spring in the elevated position. Return to the initial position is to be done by simple pressing till fixation.
The camera can rotate in to axes: horizontal and vertical for better selection of shooting angle. A user can bent the pad with camera away and shoot events happening on the side horizontal rotation axis. The pad can be bent away by an arm and it is to be returned to the initial position by the same arm. The pad with the bent away camera is shown in Fig. 84
Moreover, the pad can rotate around its axis vertical rotational axle what allows to shoot events happening above. When turning to 180 degrees, both cameras watch forward. This allows achieving the stereo base principle for shooting video in the stereo mode.
The pad at different turning angles is shown in Fig. 85 and 86. As it is seen from the said above, availability of 2 cameras with several lenses and the turning pad allows making the headset into a powerful versatile device for shooting in various modes (photo, video, regular and stereo).
The hardware and software system is operate in the following way
The 'smart watch' hardware and software system does the following functions:
- time determination (hours);
- playing back and listening to music (MP3 Player);
- playing back and showing video, including playing back sounds MP4 Player);
- coordinate determination (GPS Module);
- determination of cardinal directions (inbuilt compass);
- determination of acceleration ( inbuilt accelerometer);
- determination of spatial position and elevation (gyro and altimeter);
- communication with other electronic devices (GSM, Wi-Fi and BlueTooth communication);
- determination of distance from a signal source (GSM, Wi-Fi and BlueTooth);
- output of sound, video to headphones, telephones and other electronic devices, including simultaneous operation of several devices using the technology Multipoint BlueTooth;
- charging the device from electric mains of various types;
- data recording to the non-volatile memory;
- making calls in networks GSM and LTE, including video calls;
In Fig. 5, 6 one can see positions of the back cover pos. 192 of 'smart watch', when changing the card of the Micro SD format. Having flushed the rear panel lock buttons pos. 64, it is necessary to turn the rear cover. A turn direction has no importance. In our case it should be clockwise.
When turning to 45 degrees, the socket of the Micro SD card will open. Now it might be removed.
The cover might be returned to initial position or to rotate farther clockwise. When rotating clockwise 45 degrees more, the next button of rear cover fixation will open. See Fig. 7.
When the fixation button and the cut in the rear cover match each other, the spring will return the button into initial position; the button will rise and fix the rear cover to prevent it from rotation.
In the same way it is possible to change SIM/LTE-cards in corresponding slots. It should be noted that on the buttons one can find designation of adjoining slots located to the right/ left of the button. This facilitates identification of corresponding part position.
When lowering 'smart watch' into the cradle pos. 195 of the bracelet, its attraction by magnet and matching of round contact groups in the 'smart watch' bottom and the cradle surface happen. Later by turning the rubberized wheel pos. 14 of 'smart watch' one can achieve picture positioning on the display.
On the first rounded bracelet segment under the pad there is device called Optical mouse' pos. 67 with button, which is combined with the button see Fig. 1 1 to select information on the 'smart watch' display. At the same time the segment pad is not fixed and it can shift in vertical direction, in so doing, it imitates pressing the 'optical mouse' button.
The side buttons of the first segment also can shift in horizontal direction: at the same time 'watch' can go to/ leave the 'sleeping mode'.
Bracelet cradle locks are spring-actuated and they can flush in the cradle walls. Principle and sequence of locks pos. 69 of the bracelet is shown in Fig. 13. When releasing 'smart watch' into the cradle, the bracelet locks start to open due to the beveled surface and flush in the cradle walls. In this way 'smart watch' reaches the bracelet cradle pos. 195 without any hindrances.
When 'smart watch' reaches the bottom, the clips will return backwards under influence of the spring and fix the 'smart watch' to prevent them from vertical movement.
In order to remove 'smart watch' from the cradle, it is necessary to slightly bend out the cradle bottom by pressing its center up while keeping its edges down. Locks will open to sides and 'smart watch' might be removed from the cradle.
The structure allows to detach the bracelet and the 'smart watch' only if the latter is taken off the hand. This makes impossible accidental unbuckling and dropping down 'smart watch' from the bracelet during their wearing on the hand.
After installing 'smart watch' into the cradle, it is necessary to turn it further clockwise or counter clockwise in order to fix it in needed position.
Positioning happens in the following way. In the cradle there is a 12+2 connector of the 'plug' type and in the base of 'smart watch' there is a connector of the 'socket' type they will be described later). Arrangement of pins is not important, however, in order to match connector contacts it is necessary to turn 'smart watch' further to the angle of 0-360/12 = 30 degrees (Fig. 14). The rubberized wheel pos. 14 with detached 'smart watch' is blocked against rotation. However, once contacts match, a signal is sent to 'smart watch' and the ring starts to rotate, automatic unblocking the ring rotation happens.
Picture orientation on the display happens programmatically. The 'smart watch' itself defines its position against the bracelet cradle, taking data from connector contacts. So, the picture is always output in vertical orientation.
When pressing buttons pos. 70 of bracelet length regulation (Fig. 15, 16), it is possible to extend the belt to a necessary length and then to fix it by releasing the buttons.
When matching bracelet lock halves, they are being attracted by main magnets of opposite poles and held in the magnetized state on the hand. See Fig. 17. Auxiliary magnets of similar poles are placed far one from another and they don't influence on each other.
In order to unbuckle the lock, it is necessary to move the lock halves together. Thereby the distance between main magnets increases, attraction forces weaken and the distance between auxiliary magnets decreases as well. It will cause repulsion forces between the lock halves and the lock will unbuckle. A side of shifting lock halves against each other is not important.
Text Manual Input
'Smart watch' allows entering text by handwriting on the display. See Fig. 18.
If a text should be entered, a cursor is to be set on the text field. Then handwriting signs are put by a finger or stylus on the display. Their transformation into computer symbols happens later.
The technology has been developed by Vision Objects Company http://www.visionobiects.com/ and it might be introduced in the operation system of 'smart watch'. This technology significantly simplifies entering information on a display of small size.
Textual information might be also entered by selecting corresponding symbols of a preset symbol quantity of the operation system. This happens by turning the rubberized ring with confirming a selected symbol by pressing on the display. In the same way it is possible to select icons programs), menu items and the other information.
In the connector bodies - the body of pos. 81 the 'socket' connector' and the body pos. 88 of the 'plug' connector there are magnets: the magnet pos. 73 of 'socket' connector and the magnet pos. 78 of the 'plug' connector, which align connectors by magnetizing. Due to connectors' having 12 pins, their angle of turn against each other for precise positioning makes 30 degrees at most. In order to connect the plug and socket it is enough just to move them close to each other and slightly turn the plug till click is heard. Magnet forces will attract and align the devices; the plug body rib will be around the socket magnet.
In order to connect the plug and socket as per Fig. 20 it is enough just to move them close to each other. Magnet forces will attract and align the devices. For better positioning it is necessary to align the connectors till click is heard. The 'plug' body rib will be around the 'socket' connector magnet.
A flat cable linking both connectors of the charger can roll up like a tape ruler and hide in a cylindrical body. The round connector hides in a flat body as well. In order to take the flat connector out of the body it is necessary to use slides.
A ratchet is installed in the cylindrical body. It allows not only to draw the flat cable to necessary length, but also to fix it in such position. If it is necessary to roll up the cable back into the cylindrical body, draw it slightly out again and release it at low speed. A returning spring will take it back to the rolled state.
The USB cable is given in Fig. 35 and it used for communication of 'smart watch' and the headset with personal computers that have USB ports. The cable is to be connected into a computer USB port on one end and to the round connector of 'smart watch' or the headset on the other end. It is used to exchange data between devices through wires.
The adapter WiDi is given in Fig. 38. It is used to link 'smart watch' with personal computers having USB ports USB 3.0 version is supported), as well as to send image information to the port HDMI version 1.4 of TV-sets, monitors and other devices with such port.
On the shifting cover of the adapter one can see logos USB and HDMI allowing identifying position of a corresponding connector.
In order to use the adapter, it is necessary to shift the cover and flip back turn corresponding connector as it is shown in Fig. 39, 40.
On the turning parts there LEDs made as small size logos. They serve as indicators of data exchange i.e. they glow, if connection is established, and blink, (if data exchange).
In the standard state the clip might be clung to a belt together with 'smart watch'. In order to wear the clip on the neck, it is necessary to draw out the flexible strap pos.
133 of clip and to put the clip on the neck Fig. 42. The belt is rolled up by pressing the button of rolling it up. The clip with the drawn out strap is given in Fig. 43.
In order to install the clip on a table position 1 and to use it as an adapter / a support for charging devices position 2, it is necessary to bend away the clip-support by pressing the button 134 of clip-stand fixation. When the button is released, the support fixes in a set position 1 or 2. The clip bent away into position 1 with the support is shown in Fig. 44.
There is no a battery in the clip, but it might be used for charging the inserted 'smart watch' by means of a power source adapter. For this purpose on the rear side of the clip there is a round connector of the ' Socket' type.
Playing back audio records in mono/ stereo - modes, listening and speaking in the phone/ video call mode, suppressing external noises for instance, when flying in a plane or a noise premise might be done by the headset. A general view of the headset is given in Fig. 45.
Barometer, thermometer, hygrometer, sensors of position and acceleration of the headset serve to measure data and use them in 'smart watches'.
The headset consists of 2 segments: main segment pos. 136 of the headset and removable segment pos. 137 of the headset. The headset might be used either as one segment or as 2 detached segments connected by a wire. See Fig. 46, 47. When using the headset as one segment, it is possible to listen music only in the mono mode, whereas when using 2 segments, playing back is possible in the stereo mode.
As a rule, the main segment is to be inserted in the right ear, but the headset might be used for left-handed people as well. In such case the earpiece pos. 142 of the headset earphone and the patching loop pos. 141 of the headset earphone can rotate. Then the main segment might be inserted in the left ear.
In the main segment there is a battery necessary to feed the headset. Energy supply for charging is done through the round connector pos. 123 of the 'socket' type, which is in the internal part of the main segment (Fig. 48). The connector is closed with a cover, which opens by means of cover slider pos. 150 of the headset.
The main and detachable segments in the assembled state are magnetized to each other by magnets installed in them. The detachable segment for parting should be drawn in order to overcome magnetic forces and to part it from the main segment. At the same time the wire is being drawn out from the main segment to the length of 35-40 cm like a tape ruler. It overcomes the spring force, taking it back to the initial position. When extending to the working length, the wire is being fixed by the ratchet. The segment should be assembled in the following way. It is necessary to slightly part the segments from each other: the wire will release the ratchet lock. Then the segments should be slowly connected to each other. Under influence of the returning spring the wire will enter the main segment and roll up on a spool, and the segments, when approaching each other, will magnetize each other. For precise positioning of segments against each other the headset laps rails pos. 161 are provided. See Fig. 54. They are made like 2 boxes and placed in segment ends. They work as per the principle 'plug' and 'socket'.
In the headset there is 2 inbuilt Multilens cameras pos. 144 of the headset allowing to make photo and video. One camera is in the detachable segment end, whereas the other is in the main segment end. If the segments are connected, only one camera works, i.e. the camera located in the detachable segment end.
The Multilens photo and video-camera is a set of 4x4 lenses that shoot simultaneously with various focal distances and image parameters exposure and diaphragm). This allows to achieve informative excessiveness for a snap and to set later necessary parameters for the image focal distance, resolution, diaphragm, and exposure).
In the main segment there is a clip pos. 147 of the headset to fasten the headset to clothes. When the upper clip part is pressed, it turns around the axis pos. 149 of the headset clip and is flushed in the notch pos.
43, pos. 49. Volume increase is to be done by pressing the lap area where buttons pos. 153 of volume adjustment is placed. It is located closer to the right earphone see Fig. 45, it is indicated with '+'. Volume decrease is to be done by pressing the lap area of the detachable segment see Fig. 45, it is indicated with Replying to a call is to be done by sliding movement over the headset from '+' to '-'. Ignoring a call is to be done by sliding movement in the backward direction. Also the other commands with other gestures are possible.
- Way 2: By words voiceful
Words having similar phonation in various languages are to be pronounced. They are processed and rendered to controlling commands for the headset. PHOTO - switching to the photo camera mode camera work), CLICK - taking a snapshot, MULTI - the mode of frame by frame filming, i.e. a snapshot is being done during a set period of time in equal time intervals to be set beforehand). VIDEO - the mode of video recording, START - video recording beginning, STOP - video recording end. PANORAMA - the mode of taking panoramic snapshots. The other commands are also possible.
- Way 3 : By 'smart watch' programmed It is possible to set parameters and setpoints that are to be rendered to controlling commands for the headset by the 'smart watch' software.
Time intervals for the frame by frame filming, voice activated dialing, track control to play music and other headset control options are implemented in the programmed way.
In the headset side part on top and bottom there are metal nets pos. 146 of the headset.
Under the lower grids inside there are 3 microphones one in a detachable segment and two in the main segment). The 4th microphone is in the headphone and will be described later together with the device and headphone functionality.
4 microphones of pos. 143 of the headset are necessary to provide 2 additional headset modes:
- 'Surrounding' Mode;
- 'Noise Suppression' Mode.
In the 'surrounding' mode the headset reads sounds of ambient surrounding and directs them to the headphones. Therefore, in both ear channels there is equal audibility in case, if the headset is only on one ear), or surrounding sounds/ talk are audible if the headset is on two ears), including listening to music or telephone conversation.
In the 'noise suppression' mode the head set reads sounds of surrounding for their subsequent suppression in the signal sent to the earphones by means of feedback and incoming signal reverse. This diagram is used also for noisy premises club, discotheque, stadium or in a plane in order to eliminate parasitic noises and to boost the useful signal. In this mode it is also possible to additionally switch 4th microphone in the ear channel, which reads voice of a speaking subscriber directly from the ear channel. This provides good quality recording a voice signal and possibility of good quality telephone conversation in a noisy place a talker doesn't hear loud sounds of surrounding.
All these options are adjusted in the 'smart watch' similarly to volume limitation in the headsets.
The 4th microphone is in the earphone.
Under upper grids there is a speaker pos. 145 of the headset ringer, selection of a melody and volume adjustment is to be done by the 'smart watches'. In the very segment there is also a vibro-motor to vibrate instead of the ringer see (Fig. 49).
In the end part of the main segment near the right ear phone there is an indicator pos. 155 of the headset battery, a switch pos. 154 of the headset and switch pos.
The switch and the headset microdisplay pos. 157 are given in Fig. 50.
The switch, when its slide moves up/down, switches on/off the headset respectively.
159 of headset lap rails. See Fig. 51. Magnets 2 pes for each lap are located in the headset body near the rail holes and they serve to fix laps in the main set position. On each lap there are 2 rails pos. 158 of headset laps: long and short laps. The long rails serves as a turning axis, when laps are being replaced. The short rail is a lock fixing the lap in its initial position.
In order to change laps it is necessary to turn each of them clockwise or counter-clock wise against the long rail, which is near to the headset edge. See Fig.
By pressing it during player operation it is possible to pause a file playback and by double pressing you can continue its playing. By swiping finger over the sensory surface you can start playback of the next previous track.
The other type of the headset is given in Fig. 53. The structure of connecting 2 sections with a wire is well seen. The headset in open state is given in Fig. 54. In the main segment there is also the Multilens camera allowing taking pictures even in the shifted state of the headset. At the same time due to the structural feature the wire doesn't obstruct shooting by camera lenses.
The earphone pos. 138 of the headset removable segment can turn around its axis.
In order to substitute it, remove the lap and press the card. See Fig. 52.
The earphone structure is shown with the earphone example pos.
In the lap center there is a hole for the microphone, which takes sound directly from the ear conch to provide conversation in the mode of noise suppression see above.
Additional earphone fixation in the ear is provided by a loop pos. 141 of patching headset earphone and the ear piece pos. 142 of the headset earphone. At the same time both elements are detachable. The loop is fabricated of transparent rubber soft plastic and it provides fixation of it in the ear conch due to elastic force in longitudinal and transverse directions. The fixation loop is delivered in a full set of 5 pes. of different sizes for different sizes of ear conchs.
The ear holder has a wire core, around which rubber is cast soft plastic. The ear holder is being hanged on an ear and should be used due to sensible relatively heavy weight of the headset main segment).
The earphone of the detachable segment might be turned around its axle see (Fig. 55), i.e. in the assembled state it is being flushed in the detachable segment, whereas in the working state it is being bent off for right location of the detachable segment against the ear conch see, (Fig. 47). The left earphone is fixed in the ear conch only by the rubber lap. This is enough due to light weight of the detachable segment.
Charging the system devices might be done in several ways, but it is necessary to remember that the devices including the charger power source are equipped with the 'socket' connector. That is why charging is possible only through an adapter having round connector of the 'plug' type on its both ends. See Fig. 58.
Also, it is possible to charge devices immediately; a connection diagram is shown in Fig. 58, 59, 60, 61. The clip-stand pos. 135 of the clip is fixed in position 2 and serves as additional supporting points. See Fig. 61. On one end the clip is connected to a charger power source. In this case the clip serves as a current conductor. The headset and the bracelet with 'smart watch' inserted in it are fed from the charger adapter connected to the clip.
The telephone Fig. 62 is designed to accept phone/ video calls and answer them, including the mode of 'hands free', as well as to select a talker, to take video/ snapshots, to indicate information on calls and to control the other devices.
The telephone is being switched on and off by the switch pos. 173 of the telephone (Fig. 63). When the switch button is pressed, the telephone goes to the 'sleep mode'. The repeated pressing the button 'wakes up' the telephone.
In the body pos. 162 of the telephone there is a sensory display pos. 163 of the telephone the display is with a touchpad to output graphic information: incoming calls, talker selection, etc. - and to control the telephone: answering calls, making calls, entering information and other functions. See Fig. 64.
- Camera 1 pos. 169 of the telephone Fig. 62 - of low resolution 640x420 pixels), it is designed for video calls;
- Camera 2 pos. 170 of the telephone Fig. 64 - of high resolution some Megapixels), it is designed for photo and video shooting;
- The flashlight pos. 174 of the telephone Fig.64 - provides an additional light source for the camera 2;
- Speaker 1 pos. 64 of the telephone Fig. 62 - transmits voice conversation in the mode 'Phone conversation';
- Microphone 1 pos. 166 of the telephone Fig. 62 - receives a voice signal in the mode 'Phone conversation';
- Speaker 2 pos. 165 of the telephone Fig. 62 - transmits a voice signal in the mode 'Hands Free';
- Microphone 2 pos. 167 of the telephone Fig. 63 - receives a voice signal in the mode 'Hands Free' and a sound signal of surrounding for noise suppressing.
- Microphone 3 pos. 168 of the telephone Fig. 64 - receives a voice signal in the mode 'Video shooting'.
Barometer, hygrometer and thermometer inbuilt in the telephone might be used to measure data and use them later in 'smart watch'. Main purpose of the tube is in protecting the devices placed in it.
The tube might be located in horizontal position as well see (Fig. 67). In the center of the tube there are 4 supporting legs pos. 186 of the tube. They are necessary for stable position of the tube on its side: 2 pairs of legs are provided for symmetry; the tube might be positioned either on left side or on right side.
In the upper cover of the tube pos. 180 and in the lower cover of the tube pos. 182 there are the upper pos. 181 and the lower pos. 183 speakers. In segments adjoining to them along the tube surface there are 2 light indicators: the upper flash indicator pos. 184 of the tube and the lower flash indicator pos. 185 of the tube. They change their color depending on a selected mode and other conditions. For instance, when an alarm clock signal is received, the light indicators gradually glow with white light, whereas in the mode of playing back music, color of light indicators change depending on quantity of low/high frequencies color music.
In the tube center there is shutter pos. 187 of tube. Under there slide door there is a round connector of the 'plug' type see Fig. 66. Therefore, it is possible to slide the door away and connect the telephone in vertical position to the connector as per Fig. 70.
The horizontal tube position is main one. It is more stable. The connected phone serves as a display and its speakers play back stereo sound. The tube is turned into a full-featured mulch-media center with own processor 'smart watch'), see Fig. 67.
At the rear of the tube Fig. 69 there is a round connector of the 'plug' type. It is possible to connect a power source and to charge devices located in the corresponding segments, i.e. 'smart watches', telephone, bracelet and headset.
Some devices like 'smart watches', clip, bracelet, headset, adaptor, USB cable and WIDI adaptor are located in cradles with lifts and round connectors for charging and positioning round connector magnets). A device for instance, 'smart watch' should be placed on the cradle located in lifted position at the same level with cradle surface. In such position the upper border of the device in this case: 'smart watch' doesn't protrude beyond the upper border of the segment, which might be turned to the initial position.
In order to remove a device from the cradle, it is necessary to press the device with finger again to release the lock fixing the cradle lift. Under influence of the returning spring and the damper the lift slowly takes the cradle and the device to the upper position.
Only those tube segments can turn, which are positioned above the central segment, when the tube is in vertical position. In the regular position these are segments with 'smart watch' and the clip.
In order to have access to the segment with the adapter, the WIDI-adapter, the USB- cable and the power source, it is necessary to turn the tube to 180 degrees against the horizontal axle.
Such mechanics is defined by special locks at the rotational axle. See their structure in Fig. 77.
All segments rotate around the rotation axis pos. 191 of tube segments by means of plug pos. 188 of the tube lock. The central segment is fixed and can't move. In the bushes and rotation axle there is channels pos. 189 of the tube lock in the form of a capsule. A tube lock ball is placed in them pos. 190. As it is seen from the diagram, the channels are positioned so that in the upper segments designated with 1 the ball under influence of gravity rolls to the bush hollow and doesn't obstruct bush turning around its vertical axle; in the lower segments designated with 2 the ball gets into the rotation axle hollow and locks the segment, whose rotation around axle is impossible.
When turning the tube itself around the horizontal axle, the balls under influence of gravity lock lower segments designated with 1 and open upper segments designated with 2 for rotation.
Therefore, it is possible in any tube position to turn only upper segments i.e. located above the central segment and to lock lower ones.
