Abstract

The invention relates to a thin-film battery having an increased service life and low fluid content, wherein its fluid content is at most 2000 ppm, preferably at most 500 ppm, particularly preferably at most 200 ppm and most preferably at most 50 ppm. The invention further relates to an inorganic, silicon-containing, in particular silicate, substantially fluid-free material and to a method for producing such a thin-film battery.
