Abstract

An interface element connected to a device and a security die-chip are fabricated in a single package. The security die-chip can provide an authentication function to the interface element which cannot be provided with an authentication function. For example, the security die-chip can comprise a PUF for providing a personal key and a hard-wired security module for executing encryptions and decryptions by means of the personal key.
