La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de lecture de rappel, ainsi qu'un système de service de rappel. Le procédé de lecture de rappel consiste : à obtenir le numéro du terminal appelé au cours d'un processus d'appel d'un terminal appelé; à déterminer si le numéro se trouve dans une liste de relations de communication et si un fichier de rappel correspondant au numéro est mémorisé par le terminal appelant; si oui, à lire le fichier de rappel correspondant au numéro; et à surveiller la signalisation d'état de communication renvoyée par un serveur de communications et à réguler la commutation entre un canal audio et/ou un canal vidéo du terminal appelant en fonction de la signalisation d'état de communication. Grâce aux solutions techniques apportées par cette invention, lorsqu'il passe un appel, le terminal lit le fichier de rappel correspondant au numéro préenregistré dans un téléphone d'origine, une plateforme de service de rappel lit le fichier de rappel, et un dispositif terminal lit le fichier de rappel séparément à la place du mode d'émission répétée d'un réseau de communications. Par conséquent, le problème de la capacité de réponse insuffisante de la plateforme de service de rappel est résolu, et le problème du gaspillage des ressources d'émission du réseau est également résolu.
