Abstract

The utility model relates to devices for temporarily immobilizing a limb and can be used for transporting a patient with an injured limb to a medical facility. The device for temporarily immobilizing a limb comprises a base (1) and a tube (3) and is equipped with a cylinder (2) containing foaming components, wherein one end of the tube is connected to said cylinder, while the other end of said tube is placed, for the introduction of foam, between the limb and the base, which is in the form of a bag which is made of woven or non-woven material and is put over the limb. The device additionally comprises a tourniquet (4), and the bottom part of the base (1) has an opening. The device is characterized by relatively small overall dimensions and by comfort during use and transportation, and ensures reliable stabilization of the injured limb.

Устройство может быть использовано также автомобилистами, жителями сельской местности. Кроме того, важно использовать именно теплую воду, так как при использовании холодной воды гипс дольше затвердевает. Известна шина для временной иммобилизации конечности (патент РФ JV°2442550, опубл. 20.02.2012 г., МПК A61F5/01), выбранная нами за прототип, содержащая надувную основу, выполненную с возможностью обхвата, по меньшей мере, части конечности. Эта шина имеет наибольшее число общих существенных признаков с предложенным устройством. Основа выполнена с возможностью удержания, по меньшей мере, одной пластины таким образом, что при обхвате основой конечности эта пластина обращена к конечности одной из своих поверхностей. Возможность удержания основой указанной пластины реализована благодаря тому, что эта основа содержит сквозной карман, выполненный с возможностью вставки в него указанной пластины. Основа может содержать три кармана, каждый из которых выполнен с возможностью вставки в него одной из трех пластин. Шина дополнительно содержит пояс, выполненный с возможностью соединения с одной из пластин или ее отсоединения, причем такая возможность реализована посредством застежки типа «липучка» или типа «молния». Кроме того, основа снабжена клапаном для надувания и сдувания, а пластина содержит, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие и лестничную шину. Внутрь основы 1 под жгут 4 вставляют трубку 3, соединяют баллон 2 с трубкой 3 и открывают баллон. При этом из баллона 2 в основу 1 поступает наполнитель в виде полиуретановой пены, образующейся из компонентов наполнителя . При этом воздух из основы 1 выходит через отверстие в ее донной части. После заполнения основы 1 пеной баллон 2 отсоединяют от трубки 3. Пена в основе 1 в течение 10- 12 минут затвердевает. Таким образом, достигают надежной иммобилизации конечности, а также защиты конечности от внешних воздействий.
