  1.  投稿情報を取得する投稿情報取得部と、
     前記投稿情報取得部により取得された投稿情報の投稿にユーザを誘導するタイミングである投稿誘導タイミングを判定するための判定情報を取得する判定情報取得部と、
     前記判定情報取得部により取得された判定情報に基づいて、前記投稿情報取得部により取得された投稿情報の前記投稿誘導タイミングを判定する投稿誘導タイミング判定部と、
     前記投稿誘導タイミング判定部の判定結果に基づいて、前記投稿情報取得部により取得された投稿情報の投稿誘導タイミングを切り替える制御部と、を有する携帯端末。
