     車両側と前記携帯端末とが互いに通信接続する状況で該携帯端末が外部と無線通信接続した後、前記第1の情報取得手段により情報取得される前記履歴情報に含まれる該無線通信が行われた第1の時刻と、前記第2の情報取得手段により情報取得される基準時刻を基準にした該無線通信が行われた第2の時刻と、のズレを算出する算出手段と、
     前記算出手段により算出される前記第1の時刻と前記第2の時刻とのズレに基づいて、前記第1の情報取得手段により情報取得される前記履歴情報を車両側で扱う際の時刻情報を補正する補正手段と、
     を備えることを特徴とする車載情報処理装置。
