Claims (12)

  1.  液体が充填される第1の組立体と、使用時に、該第1の組立体が装着され、その装着状態で、前記第1の組立体から前記液体を排出する操作を行う第2の組立体とを備える液体投与セットであって、
     前記第1の組立体は、筒状をなす外筒と、
     前記外筒の先端部に装着され、先端側に先端側針先を有し、基端側に基端側針先を有する両頭針と、
     筒状をなし、先端側に前記液体を排出する口部を有し、前記外筒内で該外筒の軸方向に沿って移動し得る内筒と、
     前記内筒内で該内筒の軸方向に沿って移動し得るガスケットと、
     前記内筒の前記口部に装着され、前記内筒と前記ガスケットとで囲まれる空間を封止し、前記両頭針の前記基端側針先が刺通し得る封止部と、
     前記外筒または前記内筒に設けられた第1の係合部とを備え、前記内筒と前記ガスケットと前記封止部とで囲まれた空間に前記液体が充填される第1の組立体本体と、
     前記第1の組立体本体の前記両頭針の少なくとも前記先端側針先を覆うキャップとを具備し、
     前記第2の組立体は、前記第1の組立体を挿入する開口を先端側に有するケーシングと、
     前記ケーシングに対して、軸方向に移動可能に設置され、前記装着状態で当該液体投与セットを使用する際に、前記ガスケットを押圧して先端方向に移動させるプランジャと、
     前記ケーシング内に支持され、前記開口に前記第1の組立体を基端側から挿入して前記第1の組立体を前記第2の組立体に装着する際に、前記内筒を押圧して先端方向に移動させる内筒押圧部と、
     前記ケーシング内に支持され、前記装着の際に、前記第1の係合部と係合し得る第2の係合部と具備し、
     前記内筒は、前記外筒に対して、前記両頭針の前記基端側針先が前記封止部を刺通していない第1の位置から、前記基端側針先が前記封止部を刺通して、前記両頭針の内腔と前記内筒とが連通する第2の位置に移動可能であり、
     前記装着前は、前記内筒は、前記第1の位置に位置し、
