Abstract

The invention relates to means for conducting lottery draws and can be used for increasing the efficiency, speed and reliability of the determination and recording of winnings in an instant lottery. The technical problem addressed by the invention consists in the possibility of an unlimited increase in the number of players, the competitiveness of the game, an increase in the entertainment value, and an increase in the variants of the game, both with the possibility of using lottery tickets formed with a removable protective mask layer covering gaming sections of the lottery ticket for determining a winning combination of game symbols located on these sections and of completely electronic lotteries. The lottery system uses cellular telephones, a cellular telephone network and a video broadcast network (Internet and/or television broadcasting channel), and comprises a signal deciphering and comparison unit, a memory unit for identification codes of the lottery ticket, the telephone number and winning combinations of game symbols of the gaming sections, a monitor, a system control unit, a presenter panel, a ticket selection unit, and a random numbers generator.
