Abstract

Essentially comprising the incorporation of a rear extension (2) into the rear part of the trailer body (1), to make the total length of the trailer body equal to the length of the chassis of the semi-trailer with three spaced axles, and including the use of a rear cover (3) installed such that the total gross combined weight of the whole does not exceed 53 tons, in which incorporation of said rear extension of said trailer body obviates the need for any means for sliding the suspension or trailer body to reposition the center of gravity of the load when tipping, also providing auxiliary means for discharging the load.

APPLICATION FIELD

This Utility Model Patent Report refers to CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN LOAD BOX for semi-trailers with spaced axles, popularly referred to as "Vanderléia".

BACKGROUND ART

National Traffic Council Resolutions 210 and 211 of November 13, 2006, which set the legal weight and size limits and the necessary requirements for cargo transport vehicles to travel on Brazilian highways, released the use of semi-trailers. with spaced axes, popularly called "Vanderléia".

This type of composition corresponds to the combination of a three-axle and three-axle semi-trailer mechanical horse with a combined gross weight (PBTC) of up to 53 tonnes provided that the total length of the composition exceeds 16 meters of bumper and to -shock.

In the light of these recommendations, long-chassis semi-trailers with sliding suspension or load box features have been introduced to the market, with a view to repositioning the center of gravity of the transported load upon tipping.

Examples of these developments are illustrated in patent documents BRMU-8901526-6, which deals with sliding means for the suspension, and US-4384816, which deals with means for sliding the cargo box, both for the displacement of the suspension. Suspension as well as the box, complex hydraulic systems are employed, which consequently create great difficulty for their installation and maintenance, and contribute directly to the increase of the cost of these solutions. In order to overcome all the inconveniences arising from current techniques, the CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN CARGO BOX was developed, which is now proposed, through which it is incorporated in the rear of the cargo box, so that the length end of the load box may coincide with the length of the chassis, thereby suppressing the need for displacement from one another and, consequently, the use of hydraulic systems to perform these offsets, making their installation simpler and more practical. maintenance, resulting in a significant reduction in the costs involved in its production.
