Способ проведения лотереи, включающий создание в электронном лотерейном комплексе посредством генератора случайных событий электронных макетов лотерейных билетов, формирование электронной базы данных лотерейных билетов с символами лотерейной информации, изготовление лотерейных билетов в полиграфическом исполнении и их распространение через операторов - распространителей и/или терминалы продажи, регистрацию реализованных лотерейных билетов в электронной базе данных, создание посредством генератора случайных событий электронной базы данных лотерейной информации, включающей выигрышные символы, проведение розыгрыша, определение выигравшего лотерейного билета путем сравнения в блоке сравнения выигрышных символов лотерейной информации, определенной генератором случайных событий, с символами лотерейной информации зарегистрированных лотерейных билетов и выплату выигрышей, отличающийся тем что, создают в электронном лотерейном комплексе посредством генератора случайных событий и блока формирования лотерейных билетов электронные макеты лотерейных билетов, включающие символы лотерейной информации, образующие по крайней мере, два игровых поля, при этом в блоке памяти лотерейных билетов создают электронную базу данных лотерейных билетов, изготавливают лотерейные билеты и распространяют их, осуществляют по системе связи через блок ввода-вывода информации регистрацию реализованных лотерейных билетов на участие в розыгрыше N-oro тура отборочного этапа тиража в М-ном Бинго клубе, при этом информацию о зарегистрированных лотерейных билетах распределяют по базам данных лотерейных билетов зарегистрированных на Ν-ый тур отборочного этапа тиража в М-ном Бинго клубе и в блоке формирования призового фонда создают п х ш электронных баз данных призовых фондов каждого N-ro тура розыгрыша отборочного этапа тиража каждого М-ного Бинго клуба и одну общую для всех Бинго клубов электронную базу данных призового фонда второго этапа тиража, проводят поэтапный розыгрыш тиража, состоящий из розыгрышей п- туров отборочного (первого) этапа тиража и одного розыгрыша второго этапа тиража, посредством использования генератора случайных событий или лотерейного оборудования, при этом осуществляют трансляцию процесса поэтапного розыгрыша тиража в m Бинго клубах, участвующих в проведении лотереи, определяют выигравшие в каждом Ν-ом туре отборочного этапа тиража лотерейные билеты путем сравнения в блоке сравнения разыгранных лотерейных билетов выигрышных символов лотерейной информации, сформированной генератором случайных событий для каждого N-ro тура отборочного этапа тиража из блока памяти разыгранной лотерейной информации п туров и второго этапа тиража, с символами лотерейной информации лотерейных билетов, зарегистрированных на Ν-ый тур отборочного этапа тиража из блока регистрации лотерейных билетов на N- ые туры в М-ных Бинго клубах, соединенного через блок управления (интерфейс) с базами данных лотерейных билетов, зарегистрированных на N- ый тур в М-ном Бинго клубе, определяют вьшгравшие в каждом Ν-ом туре отборочного этапа тиража лотерейные билеты, при этом осуществляют формирование баз данных лотерейной информации результатов п туров тиража, производят расчет сумм выигрышей для лотерейных билетов в блоке обработки разыгранных лотерейных билетов, определенных выигрышными для каждого N-ro тура отборочного этапа тиража в каждом М-ном Бинго клубе в соответствии с размерами призовых фондов каждого N-ro тура отборочного этапа тиража для каждого М-ного Бинго клуба, осуществляют выплаты выигрышей по лотерейным билетам, определенных выигрышными по каждому Ν-ому туру отборочного этапа тиража в каждом М-ном Бинго клубе, при этом через блок платежей, который связан через блок управления с базой данных идентификационных данных игроков направляют по системе связи в блок выплаты выигрышей информационные сигналы для осуществления выплаты выигрышей путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет игрока либо на счет его мобильного телефона либо путем выдачи наличных денежных средств в платежном терминале либо пункте выдачи выигрышей, затем проводят сравнение на соответствие критериям отбора для допуска к участию в розыгрыше второго этапа тиража лотерейных билетов, разыгранных в отборочном этапе тиража, при этом формируют электронные базы данных символов лотерейных билетов, допущенных согласно критериям отбора к участию в розыгрыше второго этапа тиража, определяют выигравшие во втором этапе тиража лотерейные билеты путем сравнения в блоке сравнения выигрышных символов лотерейной информации, сформированной генератором случайных событий для второго этапа тиража, с символами лотерейной информации лотерейных билетов, допущенных к участию в розыгрыше второго этапа тиража и осуществляют выплаты выигрышей по второму этапу тиража, при этом база данных призового фонда второго этапа тиража общая для всех Бинго клубов, участвующих в проведении лотереи. 1.
