Description

Golf tee
The present invention relates to a golf tee, and more particularly, to a golf tee having a light-emitting element incorporated therein.
In golf competitions, golf tees are used when hitting on a tee ground or playing ground, with the tip inserted into the ground, a golf ball placed on the top, and a golf ball placed on a wood or iron club. It is something to strike.
However, this golf tee may fly to the front, back, left or right when you hit the ball, and it is difficult to find it, which takes time, delays play, and is annoying to subsequent parties Has been pointed out.
In addition, the player chased the whereabouts of the ball he had hit too quickly, causing a head-up.
In this regard, the golf tee (Patent Document 1) has a configuration in which the expansion plate opens outward after hitting and is not blown away by air resistance, or a cylindrical base with a vent hole on the side surface. A technique having a feature that does not fly far away when the golf tee flies away is disclosed, such as a golf tee (Patent Document 2) that suppresses the co-flying distance due to air resistance from the pores.
On the other hand, a golf game accessory (Patent Document 3) in which a fluorescent material is mixed with a raw material resin and a golf ball coated with a fluorescent paint so that the golf tee that flew when the ball was released can be easily found. Tee (Patent Document 4) is disclosed.

The golf tee described in Patent Document 1 is feared to be damaged by directly hitting the expansion plate with a golf club. In particular, at the time of a tee shot with an iron, there is a high possibility that the sole portion of the iron hits the expansion plate and breaks. In addition, usually after a tee shot, it is often stored in a pocket such as trousers. Therefore, each time a tee shot is made, the expansion plate must be closed, which is cumbersome to handle.
Since the golf tee described in Patent Document 2 is very different in shape from the conventional golf tee, the uncomfortable feeling that the player will have when entering the address (preparation for hitting) cannot be wiped off. In addition, it is not used to pierce into the ground, and because it has a cylindrical shape designed to receive air resistance, it will receive air resistance even when teeing up, so play on a windy day Then it is not stable.
On the other hand, golf game accessories (Patent Document 3) formed by mixing a fluorescent material with a raw material resin and golf tees (Patent Document 4) coated with a fluorescent paint are golf tees formed of a resin not mixed with a fluorescent material, Alternatively, it will be easier to find a golf tee that has been removed from the ground as compared to a golf tee that is not coated with fluorescent paint. However, the effect of the fluorescent material cannot always be exhibited in cloudy weather or in the evening play before the outdoor lighting is turned on.
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to find a golf tee that is not cumbersome to handle, looks the same as a conventional golf tee, is stable during use, and has been dislodged even in cloudy or evening play. It is an object to provide a possible golf tee.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a golf tee according to claim 1 includes a tapered support portion that is inserted into the ground and is self-supporting, and a placement portion that is connected to the support portion and projects upward from the ground to place a golf ball thereon. It is characterized by incorporating a light emitting element and a power source.
The golf tee according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the configuration according to claim 1, a light emitting element is built in the support portion.
The golf tee according to claim 3 is characterized in that in the configuration of claim 1 or claim 2, the light emitting element blinks.
According to the golf tee of the first aspect, it is possible to easily find the golf tee that has been removed from the ground even in cloudy weather or in the evening play before the outdoor lighting is turned on by the light emitted from the built-in light emitting element. .
According to the golf tee of the second aspect, since the light emitting element and the power source are further incorporated in the support portion, there is no possibility that the club head directly hits the light emitting element and the power source, and the durability of the golf tee is ensured.
According to the golf tee described in claim 3, the light emitting element blinks and emits light, so that the player can more easily find the location of the golf tee.

In this embodiment, as a light emitter, a high-intensity light-emitting diode (hereinafter simply referred to as a light-emitting diode in the present embodiment). A 1.6 mm diameter is connected in parallel for each color of red, yellow, and green. Two pin-type lithium batteries (BR425 / 2B: manufactured by Panasonic) connected in series are blinked and lit.
In the figure, 20 is a main body, 21 is a supporting portion, 22 is a mounting portion, 23 is a switch, 24 is a light emitting diode, 25 is a pin-type lithium battery, and 26 is a coil spring.
Further, although not shown, an LED flasher IC (M34-8L: manufactured by Bowin Electronic Company) with a period of 0.125 seconds and a resistor having a predetermined value are mounted to blink each light emitting diode.
In the present embodiment, the positive electrode of the pin-type lithium battery 25a is in contact with the contact piece α, and the contact piece α is connected to the (−) terminal of the light emitting diode (FIG. 4).
The contact G, that is, the (− pole) of the pin-type lithium battery 25a is connected to the contact H, and the contact piece β suspended from the contact H contacts the positive electrode of the pin-type lithium battery 25b when the power is turned on. (FIG. 4).
The pin-type lithium battery 25b is urged upward in the longitudinal direction by the coil spring 26, and normally, the contact E and the contact F are appropriately separated (FIG. 4).
In the golf tee 20 according to the present embodiment, the switch 23 is rotated to advance the pin-type lithium battery 25b downward against the bias of the coil spring 26, and the contact E and the contact F are brought into contact with each other to cause the light emitting diode 24 to move. Flashes and lights up (FIG. 5).
Also in this embodiment, since the golf tee 20 blinks and lights in the ground as in the above-described embodiment, it does not hinder the concentration of the player who enters the address (a posture for hitting the ball). And, since the golf tee that has been removed from the ground after hitting the ball continues to flash by combining a plurality of colors, it is much easier to find where it has fallen.
The material of the support portion 21 of the golf tee 20 and the mounting portion 22 excluding the switch 23 in this embodiment is preferably made of a hard resin such as polycarbonate, and the switch 23 is preferably made of a soft resin such as polyurethane. It should be noted that other materials may be used as long as the object of the present invention is not hindered, and various means can be used for light emitting diode mounting means and switches. For the purpose of the present invention, at least the support portion 21 is transparent or translucent.
The golf tee of the present invention is effectively used in the evening play before cloudy weather or outdoor lighting, in addition to fine weather and daytime.
