Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé d'évaluation d'efficacité d'application et de satisfaction d'utilisateur. Dans un mode de réalisation, le système et le procédé calculent un indice opérationnel (OPdex) représentant le degré de satisfaction d'un utilisateur pour une application. L'OPdex peut être un nombre quantifiant le degré de satisfaction d'un utilisateur pour une application, telle qu'une application Internet, et une efficacité de système. L'OPdex peut être fondé sur une ou plusieurs métriques mesurables ayant une plage de valeurs qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur la satisfaction d'un utilisateur ou sur l'efficacité d'une application. L'OPdex peut comporter le calcul de l'indice sur la base d'un seuil souple, d'un seuil rigide et de mesures indiquant un temps de réponse d'application perçu. Le calcul d'OPdex peut également prendre en compte la sensibilité de la satisfaction d'un utilisateur d'un temps de réponse. Sur la base de l'OPdex, le système et les procédés fournissent également des informations indiquant la relation entre des seuils de temps de réponse d'application configurés par les utilisateurs, le degré de satisfaction d'utilisateur et le temps de réponse moyen.
