Abstract

The invention relates to an organic natural solid and liquid fertilizer from poultry dejections, to a process and to a installation related to the process. The organic natural solid fertilizer produced by the defined process according to the invention has a pH value of 6,8...8,0%, a humidity of 9...20%, a ratio C/N of 7...15, a content of organic substance of 68...70%, crude protein of 25...30%, MgO of 2,1...3,3%, SO4 of 2,25...4,2% and a specific weight of 0,7··.0,8 g/cm3 because of the kieserite presence. The organic natural liquid fertilizer produced by the defined process according to the invention in case of growing poultry in battery cages or on gratings, has a pH value of 6, 8...7, 5%, a concentration of solid components of 1,5...3% and an organic substance content in solid components of 80...90%. The process according to the invention, assumed the treating of the dejections either with 2-3 h before their evacuation from housing, or after them evacuation on a temporary conditioning and storage concrete platform with dehydrated lime, being as powder, in a proportion of 1...10 %, gypsum in a proportion of 1...10%, an amount of 0,03...0,07 I/ m3 natural mixture formed of enzymes and co-enzymes solved in water in a proportion of 1 : 200....2000 and 1...5% granulated kieserite reported to dejections amount.
